20/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

07/07/2026: First passenger here on a trip. Almost no charging stations were active, and when it was our turn, the station became unavailable due to an update... This resulted in a long wait that could have been avoided. However, the staff were very understanding.

06/07/2026: It's a great meal in the evening after a heavy drinking session, but they're stingy with the ketchup, and they put a piece of onion in mine even though I asked for none, and my double cheeseburger isn't straight. Anyway, I recommend it.

10/07/2026: We had much higher expectations for this restaurant. In our opinion, the ratings are clearly too high. The food was rather disappointing. The mashed potatoes were full of lumps and practically inedible. The octopus was tasteless and tough.

10/04/2026: €11 for a pedestrian ascent seems quite expensive to me... Especially with the bar at the top closed...

07/04/2026: These gondolas are very convenient for skiing or walking on the snowy peaks. €11 per pedestrian for a round trip on the day.

22/07/2026: This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They had more vegetarian options than I am used to. The food and drinks came in reusable containers and cups, which saves a lot of waste. We got large portions for the price we paid. They forgot the ice cubes in the iced coffee, so it was warm. We went back and they made a new one immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful.

11/07/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because the service was catastrophic; I waited over 40 minutes for a simple meal. The burger was completely dry with no sauce. They were laughing in the kitchen instead of serving. Finally! Avoid this place.

10/07/2026: Never again! I've been going there for 5 years, and for 5 years, every time there's been an order mistake, a spilled drink, or rude staff, I just put up with it... This time, I'm done. I went at 6 pm thinking it would be quicker, but I hadn't counted on the fact that it's a bunch of incompetent, ill-mannered people! It's 7 pm, and I've only just gotten home. Almost 40 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru with a 3.5-month-old baby who was sweating profusely. The waitress didn't smile, didn't look at us, closed the window after we paid, and I went through... But then it was back to square one when I tried to get my order. My baby was exhausted, and the only other car behind us was honking, but they didn't even care... We were literally roasting alive. She finally took my order, still no smile, no goodbye, she closed the window, and NO APOLOGIES!!!! If anything had happened to my baby, I would have filed a complaint against McDonald's (which, by the way, has a great manager), and against that waitress who deserves to spend an hour in the blazing sun in her car!

09/07/2026: A superb experience! The atmosphere is fantastic, the cocktails are excellent, and the place is truly lovely. But what makes all the difference is the staff, and especially Riad. He is incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive, and very professional. He immediately puts you at ease and ensures that every customer has a wonderful time. A huge thank you to him for his exceptional hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend this bar and will definitely be back.

05/07/2026: Terrible experience. The service was incredibly slow, they kept forgetting our drinks. One of the waiters pretended not to hear me, remaining nonchalant all evening and contributing to this appalling service. However, he suddenly regained his energy and became very threatening and aggressive towards my friends. We're going to file a complaint.

22/07/2026: It’s a big space inside and out and you definitely can work on a computer here. The inside smells very bad. The food is not good and it’s dirty. The outside is better but neither are charming or attractive.

21/07/2026: I highly recommend this place! The Spanish woman is very kind and welcoming. More seriously, it's a great place for lunch or to work. An extra point for Mika, who's behind the counter: always smiling, full of joie de vivre, and incredibly kind. It's a real pleasure to be greeted when you arrive! I recommend it 100%!
