01/06/2026: A somewhat disappointing evening in terms of taste. The waitress didn't know the dishes, forgot to bring us the carafe of water and coffee at the end of the meal, but didn't forget to charge us for it. We pointed this out when paying, but the waitress, who was standing next to the waiter handling the payment (who did offer us coffee at the counter and apologize for our dissatisfaction), offered no apology. Similarly, when we brought our plates back, the same waitress, to whom we spoke about our dissatisfaction with one dish (the scallops were overcooked, bland, and only two out of three were returned), said she would pass on the information. We never heard back, hence the complaint, which we felt was important to report. On the other hand, we were pleasantly surprised by the desserts, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We always enjoyed good food and excellent service under the previous owners, but now with the new owners, we won't be returning anytime soon. Too disappointing for just one evening. We do not recommend this establishment.

30/05/2026: Some rooms are outdated, and the value for money is disappointing. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken, even though it was 30°C outside. As a result, we were in unbearably hot conditions all night, and the staff offered no alternative solution at the time. The services are not really commensurate with the price charged!

18/05/2026: I organized a bachelorette party last week and I must say everything was absolutely perfect! The food was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests. The staff were incredibly attentive and available. A huge thank you to Diego and his colleague who greatly helped us resolve our computer problem. A wonderful evening that wouldn't have been possible without the contribution of every member of your team present that night. From the kitchen and bar to the reception and security, thank you all!

18/05/2026: I booked the nightclub section (the club downstairs) for my birthday with 100 guests, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! In particular, the room is spacious, the sound system is fantastic, the DJ area is perfect, the private mini-bar is super cool, the prices are incredibly attractive, and we had very friendly security at the entrance for the private event. I especially want to thank Isabella, who was always very responsive by message—particularly regarding visits—and who was there from beginning to end! I'll definitely be back!! Thanks again for everything <3

27/05/2026: The most pleasant terrace in town, quieter than others, as it's known almost exclusively to regulars. Very reasonable prices for excellent food. An unpretentious place, so it's worth a visit. The waiter is polite, nothing more... there was a time when waiters were much friendlier.

20/05/2026: Worst McDonald's in Toulouse. After ordering, we received our order 30 minutes later for two Happy Meals and an extra charge, and there was an error in the order—they weren't the right burgers. I went to the counter to ask for a correction, and the woman spoke to me and looked at me as if I were the one who had made a mistake. She said, "Excuse me, madam, but just do your job properly and everything will be fine. No one will need to bother you during your shift." The slide in the play area was full of melted ice. I asked an employee to take care of it because I didn't have the cleaning products. He said okay and never came back. My little one couldn't play. Then I took my little one to the restroom. To my surprise, the toilets were absolutely filthy, dirty, and the toilet seat was disgusting, so she couldn't use the restroom. In short, I was shocked by the place. Avoid it at all costs.

12/04/2026: We went there to try the best kebab in France. Okay, we did get some wraps which were good, but the fries were a disaster, what a shame.

06/05/2026: Here, we're at the end of the world, it's as if time has stood still! A little piece of Lapland in the high Alps. The snow avalanches impressed me!

12/04/2026: The best mountain refuge/hostel we've ever stayed in, without a doubt! Pierre is incredibly kind, cooks delicious meals, and was a huge help in getting us through to the emergency services (15) after a skiing accident! We ate like kings and slept in clean sheets (unlike at the Glacier Blanc refuge...!). The food here is local, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. In short, we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

09/06/2026: Always satisfied in Sézanne. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the waitress Aurore who always has a smile. Responsive staff and professional, rather quick service.

04/05/2026: The restaurant is clean. The burgers are clean too (no sauce spillage, no soiled wrappers, etc.). However, the sandwich stands are only there during school holidays, and the prices are higher than at Bonne Nouvelle and Madeleine, but lower than at Cadet.

02/05/2026: Probably one of the worst McDonald's in France. Constantly cold fries, a screeching noise every 15 seconds to scare away homeless people, and disgusting food—20-minute-old burgers that were all rock hard. Apparently, they're not allowed to add salt. In short, a horror.

25/05/2026: Catastrophic experience. Over an hour's wait just to prepare an Uber Eats order at McDonald's, which is completely unacceptable for a chain that's supposed to be fast. No organization, no consideration for customers' time, and no serious communication regarding the delay. The delivery driver wasn't responsible; the problem clearly lay with the restaurant. Frankly, if you can't manage orders properly, you'd be better off shutting down Uber Eats instead of making people wait this long. 05/24/2025
