06/01/2026: The restaurant was clean and the service was perfect. The only downside was the cold fries and my Giant burger seemed to have been made too long ago.

05/12/2025: Charming, smiling, and professional hosts with a delightful touch of humor. The home-style cooking is delicious, the service is cheerful, and there's no wait. We weren't familiar with this brasserie, but we immediately felt like we were staying with friends. I highly recommend this establishment if you're visiting the beautiful village of Caux, and I thank all the staff for their kindness and generosity.

28/08/2025: We reached there and it was shut with a paper on its front door saying they were away inspite of the details on Google saying it should be open.

23/01/2026: Drive-thru open until 11:30 PM. Arrived at 11:05 PM. The employees there tonight deliberately ignored us. Too lazy to work, perhaps? In any case, I hope they'll be held accountable for it. The Burger King across the street was perfect. 😘

19/01/2026: Hello, we ordered on a Monday evening at 9 pm. We ordered two meals and only received one fry. No sauce. Disgusted.

23/01/2026: As a regular and usually satisfied customer, I'm very disappointed with my order this evening. I arrived at 6:30 PM, when it wasn't busy, and waited 15 minutes only to receive an incomplete order (just one Big Mac out of the two meals ordered). Everything was served cold, fries and burgers alike, and €9 wasted. I hope to have a better experience next time.

23/01/2026: It was so simple... 1 Coke, 1 fries, 1 goat cheese wrap, 1 chicken wrap, 9 Hot One nuggets. I'm missing the Hot One and Deluxe sauces. The whole point of a drive-thru is to avoid having to come back, especially if you don't live nearby. In the end, I ate everything without sauce, great. Next time I'll do your research and check before leaving the drive-thru. Update January 23, 2026... Oasis, Big Mac Chicken, New York McWrap, Oreo ice cream, and Deluxe sauce. No McWrap and no sauce... Another €7 wasted.

03/07/2024: J'achète de quoi déjeuner, je m'installe avec mon ordinateur et on vient me voir pour me dire c'est interdit à l'heure du déjeuner d'avoir son pc car ça veut dire que vous prenez plus de temps que place et nous on a du monde ... comment vous dire que c'est pas comme si j'avais rien pris chez eux et ça m'a coupé l'appétit. Débile surtout que je peux très bien restée sur mon téléphone et manger en même temps et prendre trois fois plus de temps ...je n'y reviendrai pas

01/07/2024: Unhelpful hostess, no wifi, I come to eat at 12 p.m. and I am told that the computer is forbidden. The manager forces me to turn off my computer to stay, I didn't know it was kindergarten and that we had to be controlled like that, I've never seen that. A service of unequaled mediocrity. Especially since I was bothering no one, if the manager hadn't said anything to me it wouldn't have changed anything in her life, nor in that of Prêt à Manger.

01/10/2025: Run away from this place, I vomited a few hours after eating at this kebab shop, nothing is fresh. Everything is frozen, the products I ate are unacceptable. Nothing is good

04/01/2026: Hot meals served, which is rare at McDonald's. Always a pleasure to come, very welcoming, and the staff and manager are lovely. Very friendly, I recommend it 100%.

22/12/2025: Yesterday, December 22, 2025, I had lunch at this McDonald's. The floor was so greasy, and indeed poorly cleaned, that it was dangerous to move around. The managers, to protect themselves legally, had installed floor signs saying "Caution: Slippery Floor." The truth is, they said, "Be careful, we don't know how to clean the tiles here." The worst part is that if a child runs or an elderly person slips, they're protected by the law. 😡👎

28/01/2026: New team is fantastic, expertly crafted cocktails, attentive service, and the new manager is always smiling and welcoming. The food is good. The DJ at 10 pm on weekends is a great bonus for partying in Rouen.

07/12/2025: Extremely disappointing. We drove all the way home and nothing matched our order. We received a small coffee we hadn't ordered, two set meals were missing, two burgers were missing, an ice cream without topping (even though we had asked for chocolate topping), a drink was missing, and we were missing sauces and napkins. It was a complete mess! And yet we paid full price! Shameful!
