After initially admitting us, they made it clear we shouldn't linger because closing time was approaching. And the owner was truly unfriendly, bordering on rude. We will never go to this place again. He doesn't deserve to work.

Okay... great salesman's response. Then, for a children's meal, a crepe is included, but my husband was met with a very unpleasant response when he asked for it. Finally, when we asked to see the manager, she had the nerve to tell us that we were the ones with the problem and that no one else was complaining about the service... seeing the reviews... I'm not so sure. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and it will be my first and last time there.

To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 04/04/2026: We order from here from time to time and we love it every time! The staff is very friendly and the pizzas are absolutely delicious! I would recommend it to all food lovers :) However, for payment, you can pay in cash or by check. So don't forget to bring some with you before you go to pick up your pizzas.
