Today, my order was incomplete (missing vegetables in the sandwich, and the sauce I paid for was missing upon delivery). I hope it was an oversight, but I'll check again on my next visit. I'm leaving this review for now.

04/04/2026: Great for gluten free and staff are knowledgable about coeliacs. I had the gluten free burger with chips and nachos as a starter. Wish there was still outdoor seating (we went at 5pm on a sunny April evening), but the inside is still lovely.

03/04/2026: I never put bad reviews but after my children horrible experiences I will say this please is not worth the visit avoid!!!!! Just horrible place, I spooked with the manager after the incident and he was rude, not worth the trip. Avoid!!!!!!! If you go there be aware your child can’t touch the menu at the bar( my little 7years old did and been told my the manager to not touch the plastic menu ) please avoid not worth the stress. My little one still doesn’t know what did he wrong.

22/05/2026: We had an amazing meal this evening at Le P'tit Lecourbe. The food was amazing (best French meal we have had on our trip so far) and service was friendly. The meals were great value and the kids menu was great quality. Highly recommend!!!

08/06/2026: We dined at this establishment very recently. To begin with, the setting is truly superb, both outside and inside the restaurant. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We ordered a set menu and some à la carte dishes. The dishes were all very good, refined, beautifully presented, made with quality ingredients, and the sauces and wine pairings were excellent. However, we noticed a significant difference between the à la carte menu and the set menu. While some difference is normal, in this case, it was quite pronounced. I must emphasize that the dishes were nonetheless very good. The service was very pleasant, relaxed, and attentive to our requests. Regarding the price, we found it slightly high for the food and drinks, spending almost €100 per person. The cocktails, on the other hand, were very well made. It remains a very fine restaurant that we will likely return to.

15/12/2025: I placed my order on Sunday at 8 pm. There was a small hiccup, but it was resolved. They reacted very well, were very professional and quick. I recommend them.

21/05/2026: I came for a click and collect order, but I had to wait over 20 minutes for it, even though I was in a hurry—hence the reason for choosing click and collect. There's a serious lack of communication between the teams.

21/05/2026: A very unpleasant experience at the Franconville McDonald's on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. I ordered a milkshake using my points, and the cup was dirty. I asked for a different milkshake, which is normal, but they simply put the milkshake that had touched the dirt into a new cup. I explained that this was absolutely unacceptable and that I would never drink it. The "manager" then came over and told me that the cup was clean and that the brown stains were from strawberries. 🤡 He tried to demonstrate by taking two other cups, and strangely enough, the brown stains were gone. He then started getting angry, telling me that they were just splashes, blah blah, and that he wouldn't make me another milkshake and that he would give me my points back. So I went to the till asking for my points and he ended up refusing to give them back to me, avoid the McDonald's in Franconville, ill-mannered and impolite staff.

30/04/2026: It's also important to mention when things go really well. I think of all the McDonald's in the area, you're definitely the cleanest, and that's a pleasure. It also reassures me and my friends and family. Whenever we're craving McDonald's, we always come to you. Plus, we always get to see the staff with a smile, which shows the great atmosphere. 29/04/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars not because of the food—it's still fast food, after all 😀—but because I'm giving it 5 stars to highlight the quality of this McDonald's compared to others I've eaten at across France. 5 stars for cleanliness: both the indoor dining area and the patio. The food is never disappointing, and the staff is pleasant, open, and smiling. The staff who bring you to your table is a real plus, as it's done with a smile and genuine care. The staff is attentive and flexible. A message to those who felt cheated on their orders: speak up; you'll see that communication helps improve things.

19/03/2026: I bought some almond chocolate croissants this morning. They were clearly defrosted, dry as stale bread, with hardly any almond or chocolate filling. The prices are high and the quality is lacking. We won't be going back.

17/03/2026: Very expensive for the quality. Pizza, pastries, viennoiseries, hot drinks... Meh. A definite selection, but ultimately disappointing. I tried it twice. Nice decor, beautiful presentation, clean, but no smiles, no flavor. What a shame.
