12/05/2026: A very bad experience today at lunchtime in this restaurant, which is nevertheless recognized as a member of the Toque d’Auvergne association. The banquette offered in the bistro section was very uncomfortable. After asking to be seated at the end of the table, on a chair, the manager spontaneously offered us a seat in the gastronomic section, where tables were available, to allow for a more comfortable seating arrangement. This solution, initially accepted and offered by the manager herself, was then refused by the manager. He indicated that this table required ordering the gastronomic menu. As a result, we were forced to pay €36 instead of the original €19 menu price, simply to be seated more comfortably. For an establishment recognized by the Toque d’Auvergne association, one could legitimately expect a more respectful, consistent, and customer-focused welcome. A real lack of consideration and a very disappointing experience, especially considering we had been there before...

12/03/2026: Absolutely excellent. The rooms, while not luxurious, are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is very professional. The restaurant is superb. Refined, gourmet cuisine at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this establishment.

06/12/2025: We went in the summer, on our way home from the Alps by motorbike... The place isn't luxurious, but the setting is unique. Absolute tranquility. Very clean and comfortable shared bathrooms. Our room had a bathtub and sink. Many thanks to Teo for his hospitality. We arrived in our rain gear completely soaked, and he let us undress in the lounge, where it was nice and warm from the fireplace. You can also read Nacho de Rivas's review. 29/05/2026: I thought it was fantastic. The street is lined with bars and pubs anyway. We chose this one. Sitting outside, the beer tasted especially good watching some drunk Scotsmen two pubs down the road, yelling at passersby until the police arrived. They had a good selection of beers, reasonably priced by French standards, and inside, as you'd expect from a true Irish pub, it was incredibly cozy with loud folk music. Awesome. And unfortunately, it was hard to leave.

13/05/2026: Be wary of the owner if you receive packages. I had proof that mine was indeed at her house because she had scanned it (it was a very valuable package). She wouldn't tell me she hadn't received it. I had several people come over, I threatened to call the police, and after a few days, she said, "The package did arrive." Yeah, right! And the package was definitely open too. Anyway, never again. It's really because I had no other choice.

03/07/2026: Here is a suggested one-piece review of Pat à Pain in Vierzon, respecting all your guidelines: Pat à Pain in Vierzon is a great option if you're passing through and looking for a place to grab a sandwich or a quick bite. Although it's a bit of a walk from the train station, it's well worth it because the staff is really excellent and welcoming. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service; it's a very convenient place that I recommend without hesitation.

28/07/2026: I was served a hamburger without the meat 🤣🤣, a first! The poor guy in the kitchen must have been overwhelmed; it was packed. The fries were cold too, and the soda was flat and had no ice. Anyway, I'll chalk it up to the crowds, the rush, and the heat. The waitress, seeing the empty hamburger, immediately replaced it and the fries too. Poor staff during these busy times, especially with the heat. Not easy. This message is for the manager. 😪 I felt bad for the young employees, in the middle of the rush and dealing with customer complaints. Best of luck to the staff.

10/06/2026: We went to watch the 2026 Champions League final. It was crazy. Bar with a big screen, lots of people cheering and a big party at the end.
