14/12/2025: Honestly, it's a pain in the ass. We've ordered Click & Collect several times, and several times things have been missing. ALWAYS check if everything is there because otherwise you get ripped off... Today, December 14, 2025, I was waiting for my order (€55 order / #ORD 9548) and strangely enough, the two damn dog toys that cost €7 and the Christmas drink worth 75 points (€75 spent at McDonald's, I remind you) were missing. So I walked back, and at the counter they gave me what I was owed, thankfully. However, I went home to eat, and imagine my surprise when I realized I should have also checked the fries, which didn't have any cheddar cheese!! Seriously, it's infuriating because I waited so long to not even get what I ordered.

10/12/2025: I often eat at McDonald's restaurants and I found the one in Cavignac really pleasant. The music was nice, the decor very pretty, and the employee Clemence served me with a big smile and great professionalism, which is always a pleasure. I recommend this McDonald's.

21/12/2025: Our favourite pub in Annecy! Amazing vibes/ atmosphere, epic choice of beers and some good pub food. Also this is fab location by the to water -a must see if you come to Annecy.

21/12/2025: Nice and cozy pub, good location. It could be a 4 or even 5 star if it wasn't for the god awful music choice. Constant pop-punk / early-2000s alternative rock like Green Day blasting in the background completely kills the atmosphere — way too loud, aggressive, and out of place for an otherwise relaxed pub.

23/12/2025: I spent an evening there for a private party. Friendly service. The buffet food was quite good. I don't know about the price, as I was a guest. Just a little noisy.

30/01/2026: The €14 salad was tiny. No dressing. Half a cherry tomato. And to top it off, there was no bread left to go with it (had it all been used for an "event" tonight??). Minimal service...

21/01/2026: The hamburgers were good considering the low lunchtime offer, as were the desserts. However, the Caesar salad was disappointing given the high price: sparse filling (no eggs, no bacon, no ingredients worthy of a proper Caesar salad) and very dry, overcooked chicken. After our main course, we waited almost 20 minutes before being offered dessert and had to call the waiter twice. The service needs improvement. I'll come back for the atmosphere for after-work drinks.

03/02/2026: You can feel a real passion for human contact! The manager is about as friendly as a prison door. Always speaking to you in a condescending tone, he ignores you half the time when you say hello/goodbye. Once, I clumsily inserted my card upside down when paying, and he made a mocking, dismissive remark, implying he thought I was an idiot. If you don't like your job, find another one. I now go to the L'Olaketal tobacconist at the Roustaing tram stop. It's a bit further, BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE FRIENDLY. If contempt were an Olympic sport, you'd definitely get a medal! Rude, ill-mannered jerk!

09/11/2025: I went into this tobacco shop and received a very poor welcome. The shopkeeper didn't respond when I said good evening, simply nodded without speaking, and had a cold and unpleasant attitude. When I simply pointed out that a little politeness would be basic in a business, he replied curtly. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I am very disappointed by the staff's attitude. I do not recommend this place.

17/01/2026: Outrageous. Three mistakes in the last three times, this is too much. I went on the evening of January 16th, there were maybe 10 of us in the McDonald's... it took 30 minutes to be served for two meals, they forgot one of the three sandwiches we ordered so we had to point it out, and to top it all off, they gave us a Big Mac instead of a Crispy! We went to point it out again, the cashier claimed he couldn't make our Crispy because he was out of chicken... Otherwise, they forced us to get a Big Mac even though I don't like it. The people next to us had the same problem, they got their orders wrong... They left, not happy. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it, this McDonald's has been in total decline for a year. I'm done with them, I'll go to the one in Rochefort or the one on the island, but never again the one in Marennes.

11/01/2026: The price has become outrageous, the hamburgers are tiny, squashed, and completely unappetizing. We had to eat in our winter coats because the restaurant was so freezing. In short, we'll never go back to McDonald's.

15/12/2025: A warm welcome from pleasant and friendly staff. The location is excellent. The dishes are delicious with a wide selection of side dishes. Good value for money.

11/12/2025: We had a wonderful time; we enjoyed the comfortable room with its lake view, but especially the dinner—it was delicious (kudos to the chef!). A very friendly team.

20/12/2025: Good atmosphere, good cocktails, and nice music. Most of the servers are professional and pleasant. However, one server in particular (with a beard) was persistent in demanding a free drink. After a clear refusal, the service became distant, to the point where I had to order from the bar. It's a shame, because this behavior really clashes with the rest of the team.

28/01/2026: A wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome, a fantastic atmosphere, and incredibly helpful staff during service. The added bonus was the genuinely friendly and relaxed clientele, which contributed to the festive yet respectful ambiance. Thank you for this memorable experience.

02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

11/12/2025: A bit too long a wait for my liking, but the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, thank you to the whole team.

10/12/2025: Cramped in. Packed like sardines. So-so waiters. Orders were full of forgotten items, and for several people. Floors covered in food. Slippery toilet floors. They don't even have simple little green salads anymore. Salads are now set menus and cost 7 or 10 bucks! Only the toys have changed. I've already noticed the lack of space and wanted to try again, but after these numerous mishaps, I'm definitely not going back.

25/12/2025: Great spot in Courchevel 1850! Prix ta luge et tire toi is a top-notch place: friendly staff, quality equipment, and a super convivial après-ski atmosphere. Ideal for getting kitted out, enjoying a delicious snack, or having a drink with friends. A must-visit in the Forum area!

25/12/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! Disgusting. We ordered two poke bowls; the salmon was overcooked, my daughter didn't even eat it! We asked for a vegan poke bowl without a vegan patty, just a little salad, and she charged extra for two ridiculous lettuce leaves—unbelievable! She was dishonest, and I even spoke to the manager. Since she told me my negative review was very gratifying, I'm taking the liberty of writing it.

10/12/2025: The staff here were very friendly and spoke English (which is very important in France 🤣). The seating area on the second floor is an outdoor terrace! It's really amazing when the weather is nice! I know Starbucks is a chain, but I think the staff who served me that day and the terrace alone deserve five stars! I was there on the afternoon of November 18th, and the staff at the counter were really lovely 😊

03/12/2025: I've meant to write this review several times, so I'm finally taking the time to share my thoughts. This Starbucks is very welcoming, as are the staff, but I especially want to mention Thomas, who I think is exceptional for his kindness, helpfulness, and overall hospitality! Thank you!

06/02/2026: The tacos are delicious, but it's so cold inside that it's impossible to sit on a plastic chair. It's so uncomfortable that I'll think twice before going back. The restrooms are either poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all.

05/01/2026: 30 minutes to get a set menu plus two extras... it's literally -7°C outside and there's no heating in the restaurant... I feel sorry for your employees. I won't be going back anytime soon.
