24/01/2026: A 45-minute wait for 3 milkshakes? If I wanted to wait that long for ice cream, I would have asked my dad to bring it back before leaving me. It's about time they hired competent staff.

12/12/2025: The waiter takes the ice by hand and pours it into the cocktails. Talk about poor hygiene! Advice: don't take the ice cubes... the guy couldn't care less. This should be reported to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

11/12/2025: We came for lunch because we were staying at the Marriott and thought we'd get a quick meal. Arriving around 12:30 pm, the main course was served fairly quickly for a simple "main + dessert." However, for dessert… after our plates were cleared, the wait became interminable: over 45 minutes, despite reminding the waitress, who then went back to attend to other tables. We finally left. Honestly, we could almost have left without paying, as no one came back or seemed to care about anything. At the reception desk, the response to our complaint was: "We're not doing it on purpose, it's busy." Yet, regular customers clearly seemed to have priority: our neighbors, who arrived well after us, received their appetizer, main course, and dessert before we did, and had finished while we were still waiting for dessert. A chocolate fondant and a fruit salad don't require 45 minutes of preparation, especially since it wasn't that busy. We finally left at 2 PM in utter despair, but to the complete indifference of the restaurant staff. Regarding the dish: pork and duck stir-fry, dry and unsalted, even though there was a generous portion. Prices: – Pork stir-fry: €15 – Coke: €5.10 As you can see: a disappointing experience and a lot of wasted time.

20/11/2025: We arrived at 3 pm. Orders placed at the kiosks, quick service. Helpful staff.

13/10/2025: Horrible!!! A few weeks ago I called them because when I got home I noticed that there was no cheese on the cheddar bacon fries. They told me that the box had fallen or something and so the cheddar was stuck to the bottom and it was impossible to eat. Last night we ordered a golden double cheese bacon menu without onion, where is the bacon???😡. I took a photo but as usual it won't change anything. Not to mention that there are often sauces missing; you ask for them without ice and you get them with it. In short, always something 🤦🏻😡

06/02/2026: Very good McDonald's, we were served quickly. The fries were piping hot. The sandwich selection changes regularly.

05/02/2026: This restaurant gets a 0 out of 10. They have absolutely no credit for customer service. One day, my payment was declined, so I told them to cancel the order. A female employee even made a nasty comment about my decision not to order again. On top of that, the service is terrible, and the hygiene is appalling. What a disgrace this restaurant is!

10/12/2025: Order placed tonight, I'll never go back, thieves! I ordered a meal for €38.40. I called them to ask where my McDonald's sandwich was, and they told me it was in the bag. Impossible! I turned everything upside down, even my car, and NO, IT'S NOT THERE! I'm not going to call myself a thief for €3.60!!! Mistakes happen, you have to own up to it and stop making people look dishonest! AVOID AT ALL COSTS from now on, it's over for me.

28/12/2023: Commande Ubereat livrée froide, les onion rings livrés sans sauce, la boisson sans glaçons, le sandwich froid également, pas de cuillère pour la glace…bref du grand n’importe quoi. Quand on fait remonter le problème au restaurant celui-ci répond que comme le produit n’avait pas de prix ils ne peuvent rien faire, pourtant j’ai bien payé ma commande… bref un comportement qui en dit long sur la manière dont sont gérés les clients. Je me suis fais avoir une fois et ce sera la dernière. Mise à jour le 11/09 suite à réponse du restaurant : J’ai bien envoyé un mail comme demandé mais à ce jour aucun retour…

22/09/2024: My husband and I visited Limoges on our way to Toulouse and called in unannounced at Le Cheverny. We had the most incredible meal, the staff were brilliant and we wish we had time to stay longer. We highly recommend everything about this wonderful restaurant!

19/11/2024: Hello, we arrive with 4 friends on the terrace for a drink, the very unpleasant waiter does not respond to our good evening we do not take it into account and we sit down after 10 minutes of waiting the waiter comes to clear our table (where was the consumption of former customers) by dropping our personal belongings without even apologizing!! 10 minutes later he comes to tell us that if we are in a hurry we can leave!! very rude waiter people around were shocked So we went to a nearby bar where we were much better received. I would like to point out that the waiter was not overwhelmed but was just on his phone, there were not many customers. In short, I strongly advise against it. I don't know if it was our outfit that was disturbing, knowing that we were coming back from hiking, but nothing justifies such a welcome, we were shocked!

20/01/2025: The staff was super friendly and willing even though they only speak French. The problem is that the cake dough is completely rubbery and soft, not at all crunchy as it should be. The cheese board comes mostly with fetas, something unthinkable in a country like France. Could improve a lot

15/11/2024: Warm setting and atmosphere, wide range of plates to share with vegetarians. The selection of wines is nice and varied but it deserves to be expanded/refined a little with natural wines, bubbles and macerations. A great moment to share with several people on one of the large wooden tables at the back of the room!
