04/09/2026: The fries were very greasy and soggy. They didn't seem fresh. The smoked salmon platter was sparsely filled. The tarte tatin was far too sweet. The service lacked warmth. We were disappointed.

26/05/2026: We were comfortably seated and enjoyed a delicious speculoos crepe, which was generously portioned (though a bit of a shame it was served in a cardboard box). The service was friendly, fairly quick, and efficient. Prices were reasonable.

07/03/2026: Terrible service and very unpleasant staff. We went to the self-service counter and asked what was in the burgers. The cook told us it was listed on the menu. Okay... great salesman's response. Then, for a children's meal, a crepe is included, but my husband was met with a very unpleasant response when he asked for it. Finally, when we asked to see the manager, she had the nerve to tell us that we were the ones with the problem and that no one else was complaining about the service... seeing the reviews... I'm not so sure. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and it will be my first and last time there.

05/09/2026: Lovely site, well maintained. Clean, spacious facilities, including accessible cubicle. electricity and water on the pitch. Nice lake views, lovely walking and cycling from the site.

15/08/2026: We spent three nights at the Bosmeleac campsite. A very nice little campsite, clean facilities. Well-equipped. I recommend it. Inexpensive.

18/09/2026: Horrible! There were hairs or bits of hair in my hamburger, I don't know what they were. The hygiene was catastrophic; everything was stuck together and dirty.

15/09/2026: A very disappointing experience and particularly disrespectful behavior from the staff on September 15th at 7:55 PM. After a mistake at the kiosk when ordering a Big Mac meal (a Wrap ended up on my tray), I simply asked for an exchange at the counter. Instead of resolving the issue amicably, an employee insisted on taking me back to the kiosk to prove that the error was mine, then directed me to the register. The worst part was the treatment I received there: when I returned to the counter at the employee's request, they had the nerve to say, "Wait, we're serving the customers at the register first!" This is completely unacceptable. I was ALREADY a customer, my order was paid for, and my companions were already eating at their table. Treating me like a nuisance when I was simply trying to get the sandwich I wanted is unacceptable. The result: I left in a huff, completely ignored. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul.

25/04/2026: Our meal was interrupted. A waitress sat at our table to ask us to leave a Google review and wouldn't leave until we scanned the QR code. Hopefully, this won't become a habit for this establishment.

27/09/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, right from the start. It's a real shame because the place is great, the atmosphere seems good, but the haughty attitude of the first staff member we met immediately put us off. And then we just felt like we were bothering them.

06/09/2026: Extremely disappointed. At almost €4 for ice cream, I only got a third of the contents of each tub. It's shameful! I ended up giving my ice cream to my son so that the two tubs could be used to make one full tub. Outrageous! Not to mention the wait at the drive-thru before someone spoke to me and told me to wait even though there was no one else there (just one car in front). I don't expect luxury, it's a fast-food restaurant, but a minimum standard! (As you can see from my previous reviews, some are better than others.) It's a shame, but I'm especially angry.

05/08/2026: I wanted to eat a McDonald's sandwich, but someone in a really bad mood wouldn't give it to us. McDonald's closes at 3 a.m., so it's normal to get my sandwich at 2 a.m.

04/08/2026: We have been customers of this restaurant for a long time and, until now, we had very little to complain about. However, we were very disappointed by what happened in the last few days. Last week, we ordered takeout meals. When we got home, we noticed that two Spider-Man figurines were missing from the large meals. The next day, I went back to the restaurant to report it and was told I had to call, which I found unfair. Yesterday, the same problem happened to my son. I tried calling immediately, but no one answered. This morning, I called again and explained the situation; the person on the phone assured me that there was no problem and that the figurines would be set aside. So I went to pick them up today around 6 p.m., and was finally told that they didn't have my name and that "a lot of people were doing the same thing." I found this remark very inappropriate, as if our honesty was being questioned. This is the first time we've encountered this situation. We paid for these meals, and the figurines were included in the offer. I would simply like the manager to take the time to explain the situation and to give us back the figurines that were paid for with the meals. It's a shame, because this kind of problem gives a bad impression of an establishment we had previously been satisfied with.

07/09/2026: McDonald's is disgusting, the hygiene is deplorable. You usually wait 30 minutes to be served, and often you don't get your entire order. When they call your name, you can't hear anything; you always have to ask them to repeat themselves. I'm extremely disappointed.

03/09/2026: The fries were cold. I ordered Fanta, but they gave me Sprite. The hygiene was terrible; there were rats on the floor.
