Cojean I often go during off-peak hours, and yet the servers are consistently unpleasant. I ask for a recommendation, and they tell me, "It depends on your taste." I ask what they think of the praline macchiato, and they tell me, "It's hazelnut." Great 👍 And let's not even talk about the outrageous prices, as expensive as a proper sit-down restaurant. I mean, they don't set the prices, I can understand that. I ordered a peanut butter latte; you had to imagine the peanut butter to even try and taste it. You might as well save your money, and if you want a salad, walk to the Monoprix at CNIT; they have a nice, inexpensive food counter (but it's completely sold out by 1:30 pm).

At €15 a day, are you going to quibble over 20 cents? Please don't reply with: "There's nothing we can do, it's the app." Or "Just ask." "I don't have to complain." "Improve the app." Or "Just give mayo and ketchup automatically."

31/12/2025: I bought a Céline belt at Printemps Haussmann today. I tried on two sizes in the store (70 cm and 75 cm) and clearly chose the 70 cm size. In fact, I picked up the belt with the label clearly indicating a 70 cm size, which confirmed my choice at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, once I got to my car, I realized that the belt in the bag was actually a 75 cm size. I tried calling the store immediately, but I couldn't get through. Since I don't live in Paris and the belt is for an important occasion this evening, this mistake is very frustrating, especially considering the high price of the item. The sales assistant was pleasant enough, but this kind of error shouldn't happen with a brand of this caliber. I hope a solution can be offered to me quickly.

I had bought a pair of jeans, but unfortunately the gold buckle broke. They had to be sent back to the factory... but the buckle wasn't available. The result (a truly luxurious one!) was an exchange for a pair of jeans from the new collection—perfect! 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All this while enjoying coffee and water from a bottle bearing the brand's logo. 🫶

29/12/2025: A truly unpleasant experience with a sour waiter/owner. It was my first time at this place with my girlfriend. It will be the last. I asked if they offered plant-based milk (I'm lactose intolerant) for the hot chocolate, only to be met with a disdainful response: "Oh no, I don't make hippie drinks here. We only serve real milk. If you want your stuff, go see the hippies further down the road." A simple "No, I don't have any" would have sufficed. I strongly advise against going there.

27/01/2026: I felt like I was bothering them; apparently, the person serving me was under pressure and didn't appreciate my perfectly legitimate questions. I apologized for making them work. Disappointing, the waitress was extremely unpleasant.
