08/12/2025: There were seven of us young people, several of my friends, who didn't want to order anything. The very unfriendly waiter, with a smile that could easily irritate him, forced us to order. So we all ordered something, BUT honestly, considering the price of a can of Coke, I think forcing young people to buy something against their will is really pushing it, especially since several of us had already ordered drinks. (PS: It was the middle of the afternoon, the place was empty, and we weren't bothering anyone. They wouldn't even give us a glass of water because: it's not considered a drink, AND it's one drink PER person. I imagine that otherwise, we all would have had to leave the terrace.)

08/11/2025: Update following today's visit (November 8, 2025). We decided to give them a second chance. No regrets! We were served by Coralie. Thanks to her, the rating is now a perfect 5. Very pleasant and smiling. It immediately makes you want to come back. No complaints. (Except thank you for the excellent service.) What used to be the only weak point has now become one of the strong points. — The food is very good, no complaints there. However, the state of the tables was disappointing… They were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The person who greeted us wasn't smiling and was very rushed, just to serve us quickly. Our meal was placed on their tray in a hurry without a goodbye, a "enjoy your meal," or a "bon appétit." Seriously disappointed…

01/12/2025: A particularly disappointing experience for an establishment that's supposed to offer a minimum level of service. I ordered three drinks, and all three were poorly prepared. I specified twice that I wanted my drinks without coffee; both times, this request was ignored. Similarly, the third drink bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. Having to return to the counter a third time, I was unpleasantly surprised to hear the person in charge of preparing the drinks declare that we were "being a pain in the ass." Beyond the repeated mistakes, this blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy is absolutely unacceptable.

23/09/2024: We are from Bagnols and we prefer to eat there. Very good service, pleasant employees and it's served hot! This is not the case for cars. Thanks for being there ☺️

31/01/2026: McDonald's keeps raising prices, okay, why not, everything's going up anyway! Oh wait, no, except the portion sizes, they're reducing them as the prices go up. If it were just once, fine, but it's all the time. A McFlurry for €4.10 that's not even half full is unacceptable!

31/01/2026: Horrible staff, very unpleasant, they don't want to serve customers because of past issues. I asked for a Coke with sugar and they gave me a sugar-free one. I was dying! I politely asked for a change and they brought me the same glass. I find it outrageous of them, especially since I was paying. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

26/01/2026: Thank you to Lauren for her disastrous way of speaking to customers (and her colleagues). We came with friends to pick up our breakfast at 10:00 AM. Since we attend school right next door, we're regular customers. We usually eat in because we have a 20-minute break. Last year, we went to the "takeaway" line, but we were asked to go to the "eat-in" line because we also order hot drinks. On January 26, 2026, we were placing our order when Lauren ORDERED us to go to the "takeaway" line while her colleague (a very professional young man) was serving us. I didn't think someone could be so unpleasant over a simple order. I see that in this establishment, students on work-study programs can't use their break to eat in... Please coordinate the organization; we couldn't have known.

25/01/2026: Just so you know, products that aren't fresh that day are immediately noticeable to a loyal clientele, so please stop this, otherwise we'll go elsewhere. Simply put, what you sell that day is great. If you want to sell items that aren't sold the next day, put them in your designated basket at the entrance, clearly marked as they were the day before. Otherwise, you're simply taking advantage of your own customers, and this has happened several times. I can name several products that you shamelessly put back the next day. Unbelievable, but true.

14/01/2026: The place is large, cozy, and very pleasant. They have heating, good internet, and if you make a reservation for two or more people, you get unlimited coffee and food. Plus, the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

13/09/2024: moi et mes amis sommes venu en ce vendredi 13, une foi n’est pas coutume, nous avons été mal reçu, toute l’interface informatique était buguée et nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour au final ne pas recevoir notre mc smart+. Même avec l’aide de mika (gérant chef du SAT) ça n’a pas marché. très déçu…

28/01/2026: I arrived around 12:15 PM (peak time) and was unpleasantly surprised to find that three of the four entrance doors to the restaurant were locked. When I alerted an employee, he told me that "it's normal." However, this is against regulations (not to mention the danger it poses to customers and staff in case of fire).

20/01/2026: I'm giving one star for the service because I arrived at 9:00 AM, right when they opened, but I was told nothing was ready for service. For me, who only had time to eat there between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, that was a no-go. You should update your opening hours if your service isn't available at 9:00 AM.

20/01/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The service takes over 20 minutes per order! This isn't a one-off; it's a recurring problem. The staff is unfriendly and slow. Also, be aware that not all offers on the mobile app are valid, especially the duo offers! €25 for a burger is outrageous considering its size!!! Luckily, the manager kindly offered four nuggets as compensation—a real gesture, woohoo!

13/12/2025: This is the second time my order hasn't been fully delivered. The last time it was a sandwich, which I reported, and it's been over two weeks with no response. Now, the fries with the meals weren't delivered either. There's been no response to my complaints; they even hung up on me. Completely unprofessional; you really think people are idiots. At some point, take your work seriously. We pay for a service, and the least you can do is satisfy your customers. I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service.

21/11/2025: BEWARE OF FRAUD! We saw the google reviews, but nothing else was open nearby, so we tried our luck. The food wasn't bad in our opinion, everything was fresh and hot, just very unsalted. However, when paying, the waiter tried to charge 1953.5 euros instead of 53.5 euros, thank goodness the limit on the card was blocked...

12/11/2025: Beware, there's a smoking area outside and the food isn't great at all. I had salmon pasta which had no flavor, no salt, and was bland, and a Caesar salad which was also very bland. I won't be going back; it was a bad experience. There's a much better place next door.

24/09/2024: Only two stars for a hotel that I really like. I am proactively leaving a review hoping that it will be read by management and that they will respond to help us find a solution. We have booked a room + SPA day with my wife and our wish is to go to the place by bike. We therefore called the hotel to ensure that the bikes could be stored either in our room or in a secure room. These are quite expensive bikes. We came across a lady at reception who was not ready to help us. In summary, we don't have a solution for you. Your bikes will stay outside. Take it or leave it. Too bad for such a beautiful address. Update: When we arrived, we spoke with the person at reception who informed us that the hotel was working to add a secure bicycle garage.

24/09/2024: Everything was perfect, the room, the meal, the service, the spa. We had a very good weekend and recommend the place
