22/02/2026: Horrible! I accompanied my friend to the bathroom (girls, you know, we always go in groups) and then, a crazy woman started banging on the door, yelling at us. My friend didn't even have time to get dressed before Pedro opened the door to yell at us again, as if she were on some unknown drug, and then violently pushed us out of the toilet. Very aggressive. Never go there, horrible experience.

04/12/2025: The pictures speak for themselves. Extra fries with cheddar and bacon, and double cheddar. Look closely, you can see the cheddar under the few fries and the two or three pieces of bacon if you look hard enough. 😤 Last visit to this restaurant, which has already disappointed me so much.

11/11/2025: I placed my order at the drive-thru today, and I noticed they'd already prepared the ice cream before anything else. So, at 2:14 PM, the ice cream was patiently waiting, but the rest didn't arrive until 6 minutes later. I didn't say anything, but when I got home, the ice cream had leaked all over the bag—it was obviously melted and precariously balanced on top of the drinks. I understand it's a holiday today, but there should be some decency. I'm really disappointed, especially since it's an ice cream meant for a child in the Happy Meal, which costs an extra 95 cents. Besides, Happy Meal desserts are getting ridiculous; you have to pay extra for practically everything, and the "toys"—don't even get me started! 😂😂😂

20/03/2026: Honestly, a fantastic experience! The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is welcoming. Special mention to Tiffany, who was absolutely amazing: smiling, efficient, and incredibly pleasant. It definitely makes a difference; you can tell she loves her job, and it puts you in a great mood 😊 I'll definitely be back!

23/03/2026: The place looks pleasant, but the experience falls far short of a 5-star standard. The Italian restaurant is very disappointing: uninspired dishes and prices clearly excessive for the quality offered. The room was clean, but the stained furniture immediately detracts from any impression of luxury. The spa is undoubtedly the most problematic aspect: small, poorly designed, and offering no privacy whatsoever. Guests at the bar can directly observe those in the pool, which is frankly awkward. The facilities are limited (two small saunas, a cold plunge pool), and the Nordic bath is only accessible by reservation, further restricting the experience. The stables are attractive but completely underutilized: no activities are offered, they ultimately serve only as decoration. The large outdoor area is reserved for golf, which also limits the possibilities. Only a few thoughtful touches, such as chocolates, slightly improve the overall experience. Another major drawback is a forgotten item: I left my swimsuit, which I was particularly attached to as it had real sentimental value for me. I called reception only three hours after my departure, but my room was listed as "not found." This is a difficult situation to accept and leaves a very bad impression. In short, this place tries to project a high-end image but clearly doesn't live up to it. As a frequent guest of 5-star establishments, this is the first time I've left with such a bitter feeling. The value for money is simply unjustified.

We sat down, just the two of us, in the row behind, and then a waiter came and told us, "We don't serve that row." I didn't say anything and we left. Seriously, if you see customers arriving, you can set the tables... Really disappointed, goodbye to the opera house!

27/02/2026: Another attempt, and the same disappointment. The products (cakes) are overpriced, and the drinks aren't cold because the sun shines directly through the windows into the drinks fridge. Not very smart. The saleswomen lack smiles and easily get our choices wrong. And the terrace is still in its deplorable state.

They show you a picture of a sandwich with pickles, tomato, lettuce, other condiments, and a fillet, but you end up with just the fillet, lettuce, white sauce, and cheese—everything else is missing. And when you point it out, they tell you, "Yes, it's all there, but we only list what you received." Dishonesty, and on top of that, a violation of the rules. Avoid at all costs.
