21/08/2026: The quality is no longer there. The kebab rolls used to be delicious, but now they're a mess. It feels like they're mass-produced, worse than McDonald's. I also had a focaccia, and the bread was harder than a day-old baguette... In short, things have changed a lot here. I'm sure it's better at the Super U next door!

13/08/2026: A serious hygiene problem. She takes the bills and change with her bare hands, then, without washing her hands, arranges the éclairs, handling them with her thumb. Meanwhile, flies are laying eggs in the tarts, some of which aren't even protected. It's simply horrific.

02/08/2026: The pasta was bland, absolutely tasteless, and the "parmesan" had no flavor at all; using quality ingredients would have made all the difference. The breaded chicken was good, and the salad too, but again, the accompanying pasta was tasteless.

31/07/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, the likes of which I've never seen in a restaurant. We had an aperitif (three adults and two children), then ordered lunch. Since pizzas weren't available for children, we ordered a pasta dish for both of us, and the waitress told us that wasn't possible: one seat equals one dish, otherwise we had to leave... how shameful! We had even ordered a dish for each adult... truly a terrible place, I would not recommend it.

06/07/2026: What's the point of offering menus if the "cook" just makes the tacos his own way and produces tacos that have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the order? Furthermore, it's impossible to contact the establishment. A real shame. A consumer complaint will be filed…

26/07/2026: — An experience to avoid, Thursday, July 23, 9:30 p.m. Incomplete order, frosty reception, no respect for the customer. That's what awaits you at this McDonald's in Bordeaux-Lac. Several items were missing from my order. Faced with this easily corrected error, I was met with utter contempt by the management. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and resolving it politely, the managers present adopted a condescending and unpleasant attitude, as if reporting a problem were an offense. To top it all off: when I asked for their names to identify the people I was speaking to, they categorically refused to give them to me. This refusal speaks volumes about the seriousness of this establishment's management and its complete lack of responsibility towards customers. Customer service worthy of the name begins with transparency and respect, two concepts clearly foreign to the management team at this restaurant. If you're looking for even a modicum of consideration for your money and your time, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

11/07/2026: The welcome was fantastic; the lady, the gentleman, and the youngest were very pleasant and respectful. The place was clean.

26/10/2025: Good location, quiet and pleasant, but the meal was not great, especially the dish offered in half-board (perhaps it was a bad day, the roast pork ratatouille was very limited in terms of taste and preparation). Fortunately, the breakfast was nice, but the croissants were not really all you can eat.

25/10/2025: We had a very pleasant week with a very friendly welcome from the management and a super pleasant staff who took great care of us. And what about the cuisine with varied and tasty dishes in addition to being generous. The icing on the cake, the spa... upon returning from hikes, a real plus.

01/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes to be served despite having a reservation. When I pointed this out, the owner told me I needed to be patient. He addressed me informally and touched my shoulder, which I absolutely did not request. The portions were ridiculously small. I paid €25 for a salad, and there was no vegetarian option on the menu, although I was able to work something out. The cake was delicious, but we won't be back.

03/03/2026: Excellent establishment, very welcoming staff, and the icing on the cake: showers available for truck drivers.

15/12/2025: I placed my order on Sunday at 8 pm. There was a small hiccup, but it was resolved. They reacted very well, were very professional and quick. I recommend them.
