24/08/2026: This little restaurant, run by a couple, serves homemade food, and it's priceless! (And yet, the prices are far from exorbitant.) The Maroilles cheese tart is to die for! 😍😍 The daily special (ribs, fries, and salad) is a very generous portion for €15.50, I think. Absolutely delicious!! The owners are friendly and communicative, and they go the extra mile! With dishes from the North, Normandy, and Périgord regions, there's something for everyone! I highly recommend this establishment, which is open year-round. I fueled up before an 80km kayak trip, and I'm so glad I came to eat here! 11/09/2026: Food-wise, you have a choice of three ready-made recipes or the option to create your own custom bowl. You can sit inside in the warmth or enjoy the terrace if the weather is nice. The restaurant is very well located yet peaceful. I highly recommend it.

The main course was a generous portion: a pasta salad with grated vegetables and a Thai-inspired dressing, followed by a completely indulgent dessert 😋: warm doughnuts with salted caramel. The beer, which we enjoyed, was locally sourced and had a low alcohol content. Perfect for us. The owner was confident in his choices and readily took the time to chat with his customers. A very good restaurant. Highly recommended.

15/07/2026: I ordered two lunch menus at €12.90 each, pointing to the chalkboard menu that featured them. They took my order. When we got to the till, they told us, "No menus on public holidays"... Great, wouldn't it have been more honest to say that when we ordered? 👍🏼 EDIT: Thanks for your reply, chat gpt 😑 The problem isn't paying the right price; you clearly saw that I said I'd take the menu while pointing at the chalkboard... just say so directly or remove the chalkboard.

25/07/2026: Very disappointed... the children's menus aren't suitable. I had to order an adult burger for a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, which meant separate drinks and desserts. The frozen fries weren't great for a restaurant. The fish was very good. However, a tiny baby potato cut in half as a side dish was really meager. We left feeling unsatisfied. We mentioned this to the waiter (who was very nice) but received no response, which is a shame.

24/07/2026: The mussels and fries with Roquefort sauce are good (get them when they're in season), and the Bounty bar is good too. The service is good, and everything else is too. I recommend it.
