05/08/2024: Disappointed to have dealt several times with the same saleswoman who is barely friendly, no smile and who doesn't know how to say the composition of the food she sells. In addition, grabbing the pastries with both hands without gloves or tongs is not very hygienic. This bakery has changed a lot.

31/07/2024: Quite a choice but very few vegetarian dishes or sandwiches. Very friendly and smiling staff, especially the dark-haired lady who brings the hot orders back to the room.

16/09/2024: If you want to cool off or just like ice cream, you might as well go straight to the source. Very useful for finding flavors of the brand that are not found everywhere (shout out to violet, the best of all). Lots of choice, it makes you want to taste everything.

12/09/2024: Cold reception. Skinny portions, despite the potential of this restaurant which has a beautiful space. It's still slightly overcharged. We remain with a bitter taste despite the announcement. We expect a big feast and we end up with a small snack that is quite poor in flavor (I had the Auvergnat). The bread leaves something to be desired.

26/01/2025: Good evening, I find it worrying to forget on very basic menus (Mc Smart) the main element is the SANDWICH, moreover we placed an order at the table which was never served to us despite I think the systems put in place to find the table. Following this our order was placed loosely on the counter (Hello HACCP standards). As a restaurant chain I find it absurd to end up with a fork instead of a spoon because I quote "we don't have one anymore". Inventory management seems to me to have been carried out. In short, what I remember is that you should train your staff more to prevent them from going around in circles and wasting valuable time in this area. I understand that I am in a fast-food restaurant but at the very least be careful about the HACCP standards which must be impeccable whether in the kitchen, the room or on its teams. 27/06/2025: My girlfriend and I had a €6 drink at Starbucks—it looked pretty, but it tasted like… water. ZERO flavor, like drinking melted ice. Honestly, at that price, you expect something decent, not this tasteless stuff. Huge disappointment. Move on.

29/11/2024: J’y vais de temps en temps surtout pour déjeuner et j’adore. Les prix sont top, surtout en menu, le chocolat et le muffins sont tellement gros qu’il y a de quoi caler, service rapide et simple. Très contente à chaque fois

26/10/2024: Nous sommes venus pour prendre un café et un thé, mais nous avons eu ni sucre ni cuillère. De plus nos verres étaient sales. Nous avons demandé un café latte froid, nous l’avons reçu brûlant. Nous ne l’avons pas reçu car la commande était à prendre au comptoir. Une honte.
