20/05/2026: Hello Ms. Delonde, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order at your establishment. An error was made by your staff with an item missing from my order, and I find it shameful that this has not been acknowledged. When I explained the situation to you, your response was to say that there had been "several people taking advantage" and that without a receipt, you wouldn't do anything. I would like to point out that a receipt is not the only possible proof, especially when a customer immediately returns to point out an omission. Directly treating customers as cheaters is very inappropriate and disrespectful. A manager's role also includes listening to and respecting customers, even when there is a problem. Unfortunately, your attitude struck me as arrogant and unprofessional. I am very disappointed by this experience and, with such a welcome, I will not be returning to this McDonald's. Sincerely.

15/05/2026: The restaurant is clean and the welcome was quite pleasant. The service was fairly quick despite being busy. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, nothing out of the ordinary.

21/05/2026: I came to the drive-thru tonight at 11:50 PM, but despite my late arrival, I was served by a lovely young woman with a smile! Thank you to her and her colleague! 🙃

30/05/2026: I've been coming to this McDonald's for 10 years now (I'm 28 now), and frankly, it's really filthy. The tables are always dirty, and so are the self-service kiosks. This has been the case several times I've been there. I think I'll go to Burger King instead.

24/05/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order, ordered a large wrap but received a small one. The drink wasn't the right one, and the sundae with potatoes, cheddar, and bacon was practically nonexistent, with only three measly pieces of bacon. Great, keep it up! We spend money to get products we didn't choose or to get nothing at all. 👍

07/05/2026: Great sandwiches. The best coffee around: comes from the coffee roaster a block away 😋

16/04/2026: A truly typical bistro. Friendly welcome despite the late hour. The platters are delicious and high quality. Excellent playlist! A very pleasant stop.

28/02/2026: We didn't try the food, but as a nighttime spot to have a drink and chat with people it's a 10/10, very affordable prices for being in Paris and where it is.

25/05/2026: I strongly advise against going to McDonald's! I ordered a veggie wrap because I'm allergic to meat, and they served me chicken! No action was taken, plus the kitchens were closed mid-service, and we couldn't even complain. I ordered ice cream for later pickup, and I never even got it! Avoid this place! The staff is very disgruntled! They're understaffed; they should close this McDonald's.

21/05/2026: I picked up my takeout order, got home, and was sorely disappointed. The burgers were clearly poorly prepared: crooked buns, sauce everywhere—it was really unappetizing. But the worst part was the caramel sundae… as soon as I started eating it, I discovered hair in the ice cream. So, I threw it in the trash. What's even worse in my case is that I'm currently on medication and quite fragile health-wise. Finding a stranger's hair in a food product is completely unacceptable and frankly alarming. Since it was a takeout order, it was impossible to get a replacement or refund right then and there. So, in the end, it was money down the drain and a very bad experience at McDonald's.

17/05/2026: I had a problem with my Uber Eats order; it wasn't delivered to my address. The McDonald's manager in Armentières found a solution and refilled my order. He was incredibly kind and understanding. Thank you so much!

14/05/2026: I've had several 5 euro McDeal meals... a sundae is offered as a dessert, today I received a sundae in a mini McCafé glass... 4 spoons, whereas 2 days before the same meal the sundae was small but normal... I don't know if I can attach a photo.

04/06/2026: I came with my sweetheart on May 25, 2025 ❤️ to visit Mont-Saint-Michel. We stopped by Brioche Dorée on the way back. We were very warmly welcomed by a young lady named Brenda. She was very patient and professional, always smiling, and a pleasure to chat with. Thank you again, Brenda. I wish you all the best, and I hope to see you again if we return to Mont-Saint-Michel!

05/05/2026: A very unpleasant experience. The person who served us yelled at us in front of all the other customers because we had taken sandwiches from an area where, apparently, self-service was prohibited. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and makes customers feel uncomfortable. A simple, calm explanation would have been more than enough. Furthermore, it's important to point out that this establishment only has two tables for eating in, which is very limited. I do not recommend it.

15/02/2026: Excellent local kebab shop; whenever the urge strikes, I'm there, never disappointed!!

14/02/2026: I ordered takeout, I live right across the street, and the fries were cold, with a hair in one of the sandwiches. I went back two minutes later and explained to the manager that it wasn't acceptable. She responded haughtily, when the least she could do was apologize. Disappointed. I won't be going back.
