12/12/2025: So, to begin with, the staff were incredibly unpleasant and spoke to us very rudely. I wanted to use the toilet, but it required a code. I asked for help, and they brushed me off. Finally, on the third try, they decided to help me, but they made snide remarks, making me feel like I was stupid and incapable of thinking for myself. I went into the toilet: no trash can. How am I supposed to throw away something like towels? After struggling to discreetly throw my towel in the PUBLIC trash can, I went to wash my hands, but imagine my surprise: there was no soap in the toilets. I slipped on the floor because it was so greasy, the walls were stained with strange substances, the fries were cold… I wouldn't recommend going there again.

12/12/2025: I've never eaten so badly; I got food poisoning. The hygiene needs to be reviewed, especially since there are flies in the kitchen. I've never seen such rude people; they insulted my mother because I asked for a drink that wasn't too hot. In short, never come here unless you want to get sick. And I found hair in my kebab, even though the kebab shop owner is bald.

08/02/2026: Hello, I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of a young man named Archange 😃. His welcome was warm, polite, and he was very attentive to the customer 🤝✨. I pointed out to him that my Kit-Kat add-on is often forgotten, as is the case in almost all McDonald's 🍟❌, even though I always pay €0.40 for it. This young man, "Archange," immediately passed on the information. Thanks to him, I received my complete order, along with a second portion as compensation ✅🍦. I wanted to emphasize his gesture because customer service, politeness, and dedication are unfortunately becoming very rare at McDonald's 🤨📉. 07/12/2025: If you ever want to know what the multiverse looks like where McDonald's messed up, stop by the McDonald's in Albaret-Sainte-Marie. It looks like the never-finished beta version, or a McDonald's ordered on Temu with a 45-day delivery time. First off, the Croc McDo? Apparently, it lives in the same dimension as unicorns and winning Euromillions tickets, because it doesn't exist here. The McFlurry? It's a local myth. They should put up a sign saying "Imaginary product, please dream elsewhere." Then there are the orders… It's like there's a raffle going on in the kitchen: "Today, in this gentleman's bag, we'll slip… ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING!" You pay for a large milkshake, you leave with a tiny one the size of a thimble and the texture of a depressed iceberg. Impossible to drink: you pull on the straw like you're trying to siphon reinforced concrete. Taste-wise? Well… crushed ice, a real disappointment. In short, this McDonald's isn't a McDonald's: it's the tutorial phase of a cosmic intern discovering fast food. Maybe one day they'll unlock the real recipes. Until then… hang in there.

27/11/2025: We pass through the La Garde rest area twice a month (Tesla charger required). McDonald's is usually full or half full. There's hardly any wait on those occasions, the staff is friendly, and the food is good (keeping in mind it's McDonald's, of course). Today we stopped by on our way back to Paris. The restaurant was deserted: an opportunity for a crew member to diligently scrub the tables and seats with sponges, a scraper, and a lot of effort. Kudos to the team for their hygiene and for maintaining their restaurant, and all my encouragement to the "workaholic" who earned his daily pay and will sleep well tonight. Sincerely

18/01/2026: The service is disrespectful; there are rats everywhere, swarming at your feet while you're eating. My daughter, who's in fifth grade, was there with her friends. The age limit was 10, and she yelled at them and forced them to leave even though they hadn't received their orders yet. My daughter paid for nothing; they were just children, and the restaurant didn't take them seriously.

15/01/2026: I've been coming here for three years now whenever I want McDonald's (because I live nearby), and it's always incredibly slow, even when there's no one there. I don't understand how they operate here.

18/11/2025: I ordered Uber Eats and they forgot 2 fries and 1 drink, and the drink arrived spilled. No help from Uber Eats as the helping website does not work. beware! Tried calling the restaurant but the number does not work either.
