19/12/2024: I have never seen such unmotivated employees...There weren't many people in the restaurant and we were served after 25 minutes. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. The employee brings me the tray to the room, the sundae is half full and I tell him that the sandwich is missing from the tray. He comes back with a sandwich that is not the right one... A disaster... Already now, we order alone at the terminals, we clear our trays, we can't wait for us to do the cooking ourselves because we are never better served than by ourselves even.

09/04/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. I was sick for a whole day because of a raclette burger, priced at McDonald's, and even the employees prepare their food haphazardly. With all due respect, I'm disappointed. Also (this isn't the employees' fault, of course), some people don't clear their tables and think they can do whatever they want. A little respect when you eat or drink would be appreciated. Thank you. Thank you to the employees for cleaning up after themselves.

14/03/2026: ⚠️⚠️⚠️ The menu says "homemade iced tea." However, I saw the bartender open a Fuze Tea and perhaps add sugar, or at least syrup. Maybe we have different definitions of "homemade." I also ordered an avocado toast, which was really unconvincing. The salad was so drowned in dressing that you couldn't even taste it… I was so disappointed that I couldn't even finish my plate… I don't recommend it for food. However, the place is still nice for a drink—except for the "homemade" iced tea.

I really wonder, what kind of clientele this bar/restaurant is trying to attract...

For a town like Bry, which is committed to promoting artisans, I am surprised that this poor quality of service is tolerated. And I am clearly not the only one to say so.

16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.
