14/06/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Coty on a Sunday evening with my son. The place was practically empty, so I don't understand the state of the establishment. Food was everywhere on the floor; a woman nearly tripped over a sign that had been lying on the ground for ages. Three customers in the restaurant and eight in the kitchen—there's no valid excuse. But what's truly awful is the cockroach right in front of the table where I was planning to seat my son. I won't even mention the zero-level friendliness. This is a place where children eat; it's intolerable.

15/06/2026: Terrible service, employee unable to answer any questions I had (prices, packages, etc.). Unsanitary toilets. Arcade games out of order and faulty controls. Very narrow bowling lanes.

14/06/2026: We had a great experience at the arcade machines this Sunday afternoon. All the staff members we encountered were very welcoming.

29/04/2026: Surprised to find my Big Mac missing the patties on both sides... Several times the drive-thru hasn't deducted my points from my account either. After the sauces, do we now have to check the burger ingredients? It's going to be a long wait, especially considering the already long wait times... A worrying decline for this chain.

11/05/2026: Honestly, a great experience at this Subway. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff pleasant. Another big plus: they accept holiday vouchers, which is becoming quite rare these days. We took the €6 Subway deal, and honestly, for the price, it was more than reasonable. They often have good offers, so it's a great way to eat without spending too much. It's still a classic Subway, but for a quick dinner, it's efficient and gets the job done.

When I asked about the bread, she pretended we didn't hear and then asked me what I was doing in it. But hey, it's the most expensive sandwich on the market, a little care would be appreciated.

21/05/2026: I mistakenly ordered an ice cream and a coffee, and they brought me two of each. No problem, it was my fault. I asked the waitress if it was possible to add a drizzle of caramel, and she said no problem. When she came back, there was indeed caramel, but she removed the two coffees as compensation, even though they were already on the table. I left quickly, disgusted by this lack of consideration for customers. The fault doesn't lie with the waitress, but with the manager who gave the order. It's despicable!
