06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.

25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.

31/05/2026: Terrible restaurant, terrible Uber Eats. I ordered three full meals for three people, the delivery driver brought three drinks and left. I do not recommend this restaurant.

31/05/2026: I came in earlier for an afternoon snack, ordering 5 apple pies and 2 ice creams (1 caramel and M&Ms McFlurry and 1 chocolate sundae). The order arrived after 15 minutes or more. The sundae was half melted and still there, and my McFlurry was barely a milkshake and without the M&Ms... At the counter, they added the M&Ms to the melted ice cream and a little more ice cream to the sundae... NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. P.S.: I don't usually like leaving reviews, but this really annoyed me. The ice cream should have been made after the apple pies were baked. Otherwise, everything was fine.

07/06/2026: Not great. Slow service for ice cream and drinks, even though there was no one there. Very noisy with the music; we're not in a nightclub. And the hygiene of the restrooms was deplorable.

07/06/2026: The service was very slow despite there being few people, and the sandwiches were assembled quickly. Half of one was spilled in the packaging. The music was too loud; this isn't a bar with a lively atmosphere.

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

I do not wish to be judged on my appearance when I simply bought a product from you. If you are not capable, madam, of thinking before you speak, there is no need to open your mouth for nothing. Just do your job and everything will be fine. Thank you.

24/05/2026: It's 30°C, we're exhausted so we take a break to cool down and... no air conditioning. It's hotter inside than outside. Heads up, diabetics: we ordered Diet Coke and received Diet Coke. As for the fries with cheddar sauce, we're still looking for the cheddar... at 5 bucks a pack, it's a rip-off. Anyway, we won't be back. (And on top of that, it took us ten minutes to find the parking lot entrance...)

12/11/2025: Located near the Nantes-Brest canal, this restaurant offers good traditional cuisine at very reasonable prices. The owner is friendly. I recommend it.

02/02/2026: The owner is unpleasant and aggressive. The waitress is nice, but when the owner is leaning on the bar, she becomes unpleasant too. Avoid at all costs!

31/05/2026: After the McDonald's in Bonneuil, this one is second in terms of staff. They're all over the place. You order at the kiosk at noon, they don't pay until 1 p.m., by which time someone actually decides to work.

30/05/2026: This McDonald's is very modern, but they've removed all the electrical outlets. It's a real shame. You can see there used to be outlets, but they've been blocked off. It's not convenient when you want to charge your phone.

17/05/2026: 😡💢 The atmosphere is like being policed. The owner is hysterical (spends her time yelling on the phone, at customers, or at staff...). The employee turnover is incredibly high. Several tables complained about being charged for things they didn't order, like drinks. Half the food wasn't fresh! So, half the orders (meat-based) resulted in food poisoning. Good luck!

06/06/2026: Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to the McDonald’s in Guipavas today. My older sister and I placed our orders together and put both of them on the same table. However, her order was served well before mine. She had practically finished her meal when I still hadn't received anything. I therefore had to go to the counter to ask for my order. When I spoke to a member of staff, their attitude seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. I felt that my request was bothering them, when all I wanted was to get my order, which was running late. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining area was very disappointing. All the tables we saw were dirty, and none appeared to have been cleaned. This situation is particularly unpleasant and makes one not want to stay and eat there. I find it regrettable that an establishment of your chain would offer such an experience to its customers. I hope this report will help improve the quality of service and the maintenance of the restaurant. Sincerely.

02/06/2026: If you want to spend your break waiting, go ahead!!! And that's because I can't give it a 0. 24 minutes of waiting for an order! Everything was cold when I got back to the car, and two donuts were missing—it's a disgrace. No napkins, no sauces, etc. S

27/05/2026: A considerable lack of respect from the "manager" on that day (May 27th), the man in the blue shirt!! I arrived at your restaurant at 12:45 PM and wasn't served until 1:28 PM!!! How shameful! And then the manager, when I complained, had the nerve to say "what's wrong now?" They should find another line of work. As a manager myself, no matter what happens, no one on my staff ever speaks ill of customers. I must point out that the woman who served me was unfriendly and talked behind my back. You are not professional. We always have to wait a long time at this McDonald's. Ask yourselves the right questions!!! The worst part is going around the restaurant offering things in exchange for good reviews... ready to do anything, lol. I will never set foot in that place again.
