29/07/2026: Dirty and smelly toilets. No air conditioning in the children's area despite it being 41°C outside.

09/07/2026: It's crazy how something's almost always missing from orders: a burger, fries, sauces… There's always something forgotten. The worst is when an ingredient is completely missing from the product. For example, back when the breaded mozzarella burger was on the menu, I was surprised to find there simply wasn't any breaded mozzarella inside when I got home. The same thing happened with the Oasis Tropical Boba: I paid an extra €2 for the sorbet balls… and once I got home, there was no boba in the drink. It really stings to pay extra for something you don't receive. Despite everything, the staff is still friendly and the place is generally quite clean, but I never eat there. However, the "fast" in "fast food" seems to have been somewhat forgotten, as the wait times are often quite long.

05/07/2026: The cleanliness isn't great. I admired the nice lady from the cleaning service and everything she does. It's a general problem. You can smell the toilet in the entrance, and standing at the first order machine is awful. Those machine surfaces are practically never cleaned. They're disgusting. The outdoor area, well... shabby and dirty.

02/07/2026: We we visited Colmar, France in 2019 and found this lovely cafe along the canal. Plenty of seating available inside but it was a beautiful day so we choose the outdoor patio on the water. What a desire to see Swans, boats and gondolas go by as we ate a wonderful breakfast. Service was impeccable and there was no rush to get us out so of course we took our time

25/06/2026: I went for Mother's Day and my mother really enjoyed her fruit tea. However, the cheesecake was stale because I could feel that the edges of the cake had hardened. I ordered a Frappuccino (from the menu) and received a coffee with a few small ice cubes… not exactly what a Frappuccino is supposed to be, but thankfully, the coffee was good. The staff are young, which is great, but they clearly haven't received any training in customer service. It's a café that could be better managed because it's beautiful, cute, and comfortable.

16/07/2026: What a disappointment… After a doctor's appointment late in the morning, we were simply looking for a good pastry and some bread for lunch. Given the location of this bakery, between Rue de Friedland and Faubourg Saint-Honoré, we naturally expected quality befitting the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The croissant and the pain au chocolat were far from what one expects from a French pastry. The lamination was practically nonexistent: the crumb was more like bread than a true butter croissant. The outer layers, instead of being light, crisp, and melt-in-your-mouth, were hard, almost brittle, with a texture more reminiscent of a thin sheet of plastic than the delicate crispness of good puff pastry. The chocolate wasn't any better: its flavor lacked subtlety and bore no resemblance to the quality dark chocolate one usually finds in a good pastry. We also tried a creation combining a croissant and a cookie. Unfortunately, it possessed neither the qualities of a croissant nor those of a cookie: a bland, tasteless dough that failed to impress in either category. The bread, too, disappointed us. The crumb was surprisingly dense and elastic, difficult to chew, and far from the lightness, openness, and crispness one expects from a good French loaf. Finally, the pistachio and chocolate chip pastry was equally frustrating. The pistachio was practically nonexistent despite its name, while the chocolate chips were plentiful but of disappointing quality, with an unpleasant flavor. This is all the more regrettable given the exceptional location, which naturally raises expectations. We had hoped to discover a bakery worthy of this prestigious neighborhood; unfortunately, we left with a profound sense of disappointment.

08/07/2026: Excellent croissants and pain au chocolat! They're just as good as the most famous ones! We loved them so much! The pastries are super delicious!

25/05/2026: Menu 280 at €17, as expensive as a pizzeria or a restaurant.

20/05/2026: I hadn't been there in a long time because of problems with my order (they forgot the fries, sauce, etc.), and I thought I'd give it another try. Avoid it at all costs! I'll never set foot in there again. I ordered a McChicken and ended up with ketchup, which I hate. As a result, I didn't eat the sandwich. I also ordered nuggets with deluxe sauce, but instead I got barbecue sauce and ice-cold fries! I live 5 minutes away, so don't even bother telling me... Anyway, I see that after more than 6 months, nothing has changed.

29/07/2026: Unbeatable value for money. Staff are as efficient and professional as they are friendly and pleasant. We are very lucky to have them nearby.

25/07/2026: We came as a family on Sunday, July 19th. We were seated on the terrace. The two young women welcomed us with big smiles. What's more, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

24/03/2026: The service was very warm and quick, the staff were kind and welcoming. I had the chicken masala; the portion for €11 was very reasonable, and the sauce was flavorful and nicely spiced, a welcome change from some Indian restaurants where the spice level is lacking. In short, I recommend it if you're looking for a good, classic Indian restaurant.

28/07/2026: The worst McDonald's in the Rouen area, a 25-minute wait for a Nuggets meal… the concept of fast food isn't really put into practice here…

23/07/2026: I was very satisfied with my visit to this McDonald's! Despite the late hour (around 1 a.m.), the service was quick and efficient. A big thank you to the entire team, who were particularly pleasant and smiling, from the manager to the cooks. It's truly wonderful to be greeted with such good cheer, even in the middle of the night. I will gladly return!

19/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, the welcome and service were terrible, we left without eating after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes even though our order had been taken, they literally treated us like idiots.

29/05/2026: Was hoping to go there for dinner but the man turned us down because we didn’t have a reservation all for other people to come in as they please and not to mention all the seating inside was free too. We believe that it may be because we were tourists as we can’t think of any other explanation. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a meal.

11/07/2026: Uber Eats order received, only drinks and desserts. Manager Sandy blamed the delivery driver... Unacceptable for a company like McDonald's... The driver was kind enough to return to the location and received the same response... It wasn't his problem, the bag must have been given to another driver... What professionalism...
