02/03/2026: I went to the Céline boutique at Printemps initially to buy a comb. The welcome at the entrance was friendly; no complaints there. The sales assistant brought me a comb, but it was scratched and damaged. I pointed this out, and he kindly went to get me another one. The second comb was in better condition, although it still had a few small scratches. I also mentioned this to him, and then I decided to buy it anyway. Up to this point, the service in the store was satisfactory. Later, I received a satisfaction survey, which I answered honestly, explaining my experience, particularly regarding the condition of the product. The store manager then contacted me to discuss my rating, specifying that it mainly concerned the welcome and service. I completely understood, and there was no problem on my end. However, he then assured me he would do his best to find me a comb in better condition. Yet, since the beginning of February (it's now the beginning of March), I haven't heard anything. I am therefore particularly disappointed. If he hadn't offered me this solution, I would have left it at that: I had accepted the product despite its flaws. But promising to provide a solution and then not following up reflects, in my opinion, a regrettable lack of professionalism. It is this lack of follow-up that is the reason for my disappointment today. In short, I will never return to this shop.

23/02/2026: Great spot for a quick and refreshing break! The service is really efficient: you're served quickly, even when it's busy. The portions are generous and well-filled, which is much appreciated. The price is very reasonable considering the quantity and freshness of the ingredients. Special mention to the staff, who are particularly friendly and kind. The welcome is professional, and you immediately feel at ease. A great option for eating healthy without wasting time!

09/04/2026: Unpleasant staff, I experienced discrimination, the service is appalling, I will never eat here again, truly the worst McDonald's in Chartres. It's high time the staff at this fast food restaurant received training; this is not representative of the McDonald's brand!

01/02/2026: Two men working there were not nice to us just because we are tourists and don’t speak French well (at least we tried). They were rude, especially the guy with long hair, who served us with bad facial expressions, as if he were paying for our breakfast. By the way, the Panthéon is across the street, so you should expect tourists in your coffee shop.

30/01/2026: I was looking forward to having coffee and a snack at Columbus with my friends. I never imagined that the behavior of the staff, and in particular one saleswoman, could so drastically spoil what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were smiling, polite, and considerate. The waitress was extremely unpleasant, completely lacking in courtesy, got our order wrong, provided minimal service, didn't know the menu, didn't listen to us, and didn't even look at us. Salespeople like that tarnish Columbus's image. And it's very unpleasant for other customers. We were clearly bothering them. Having worked in this field when I was younger, I would never have allowed myself to treat customers like that (regardless of our personal problems. Unfortunately, we all have them). You should be more careful about who you hire. In the meantime, you've lost some customers! You can thank your saleswoman... It's a shame because your products are very good.

03/03/2026: Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had last night at the Mélomane nightclub, organized by the Mercury Bar. I was discriminated against for apparently no valid reason. I was kicked out of the club, according to the organizers, who are clearly not open-minded. I have plenty of details I can give you if you'd like. Your response here is incorrect; are you saying this because you saw it yourself or because you were told about it? Unfortunately, I have witnesses who confirm my version of events: I was neither aggressive nor insulted anyone. However, yes, I did have poppers, which displeased one of the organizers, who did everything she could to get me removed. Neither I nor some people I know have seen your version of events. 23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.
