25/11/2025: This reeks of SCAM... last-minute cancellation of my Livebox reservation (with a dubious reason)... and they still cashed the "check" for the service! No response from them... They're no longer replying to our various requests... Registered letter returned... Strange! Contacted the local tourist office, but they were evasive...!!!??? Reported to Livebox. See other similar reviews on this site... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

05/10/2025: SCAM - Establishment that cancels the reservation at the last minute without justification, does not take the necessary steps to issue a refund and does not respond to calls or messages.

04/10/2025: The food was fine, not the best. It used to be my favourite fast food chain.

10/12/2025: I've rarely seen such a dirty establishment. Toilets, tables, floor. Everything is filthy.

20/01/2026: I went to the drive-thru on 19/01/2026 around 7-8pm, the vegetarian nuggets were edible but hard as plaster, I don't understand how they can sell that.

13/09/2024: I advise against it! Very poorly organized for the drive 45min wait! And not at all welcoming, not even an apology for the wait! And it happened several times. Really incompetent.

14/01/2026: The photo shows my second fry because I refused to give the first one to my children. You can see the little brown and black spots on the fries; they were everywhere on the first fry I didn't photograph. But for them, it was normal. I had to insist they give me the fryer back, but the final solution is that they should clean the fryer when they see this result; they have no qualms whatsoever. After many years of loyalty, I'm done with Gur.

29/12/2023: 25 minutes pour être servi après la commande à la borne.D autres personnes dont le numéro est supérieur passe avant vous ! Burger et frites froids. Quelles déception ! Pas étonné que les propriétaires veulent vendre l enseigne.

15/12/2024: 35 minute wait for a Click & Connect at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. Arrived 6:30 p.m. served 7:05 p.m. As a result, the fries are cold (not even warm...) and there is a shortage of ice cream worth €10. A shame, this must be the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to me at Mc Donalds in Saint Bonnet but that's enough, it's time to rate the restaurant for the level of service: non-existent. This is literally THEFT. Don't bother to call them they don't answer. You don't even deserve the star that I'm being forced to put

03/12/2025: The pain au chocolat was truly awful, and the service was equally deplorable. The 2.5 rating is therefore unsurprising. Too bad, I should have checked before going in.

11/11/2024: Very dirty establishment already in the morning at 8:30 a.m.... Deplorable hygiene, there were very few customers but all the tables were dirty. The light fixtures and ceilings are covered in dust just above the counter where they prepare the sandwiches. Very high prices for sandwiches compared to the quality. In short, to avoid Too bad for Nice airport!

11/11/2024: Shameful for Nice airport, terminal 2 The reception is deplorable. The prices of the sandwiches are excessive compared to the quality of the products. But the worst undoubtedly remains the pitiful state of the establishment. Very dirty and very dusty. A word of advice: don't look up to see the light fixtures, the beams full of dust just above the food 🤢. To flee!!!!

25/01/2026: Our order was confirmed at 8:27 PM, it's now 9:10 PM and still nothing! For one meal and one Big Mac. Unacceptable! I want to see the manager, but he's not here, they tell me. A scandal. January 25, 2025

25/01/2026: Upon arrival, I had to wait exactly 38 minutes for my order (the restaurant was far from full). Naturally, everything was cold, especially the fries, which were replaced at my request. The bins were overflowing, the trays were piled high and overflowing everywhere, and the staff made me not want to return—very little politeness or manners. In short, I won't be going back.

15/12/2024: Order cb72 today, I live 8km away. Happy meal forgotten in my order, dry fries and reheat or other, yet it was not a race given the time I was there. It seriously bothers me to pay and have a disappointing result

08/12/2024: Fast service, but completely cold food... I go back and ask for sauce and they tell me €0.50 per sachet of sauce, for an order over €40!! Ashamed !!! I don't recommend at all
