10/08/2026: We came to order a cake for the next day, and the staff in the shop were lovely and very helpful. We came back the following day to pick up our order and even added another cake, which was a huge hit! Truly excellent, with high-quality products!

12/08/2026: I'm standing in front of it, and it's closed. Yet it says open until 10 PM, thanks. How am I supposed to cover my travel expenses if I end up in front of an electric shutter? Edit: No, no, there's no sign at all. You can type "Subway Arras" into Google and see for yourself; right now, as I'm writing this comment, it says "closing soon."

I went back with some trepidation because my last visit hadn't gone very well (the table and dining room were filthy, the environment was extremely noisy, and the wait was incredibly long). I decided to try my luck again today, and it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is very clean, there was virtually no wait, and the staff is lovely. The dining room was full, and there wasn't excessive noise. The waitstaff is very attentive to all the customers. You can really see the effort put in by all the staff to ensure everyone has a good time.

25/08/2026: As usual, we get home and things are missing: the toy in the Happy Meal, the fries only half full 😡 In short, always the same!

13/08/2026: 🛑 Appalling experience and unacceptable repeat offense: a failing establishment Rating: 1/5 If you're looking for an establishment that combines disrespect for customers, total disorganization, and hygiene violations, you've come to the right place. After two visits, the conclusion is undeniable: nothing is right. 📍 First visit (2 adults, 3 children): A series of serious problems Endless wait: Our order was paid for immediately, but we had to get up several times to ask for our meals, to no avail. Disastrous stock management: Several menu items were unavailable, demonstrating a glaring lack of foresight. Unacceptable lack of hygiene: All the restrooms were out of order when one of our children asked to use them. For a public establishment, this is a serious breach of basic hygiene and comfort standards. General state of disrepair: Poorly maintained, dilapidated premises, far from the standards expected of a brand of this reputation. 📍 Second visit (August 13): Confirmation of the disaster Naively thinking it was an isolated incident, we returned on August 13. No effort, no changes, still the same contempt for the customer: Meals served cold: Dishes barely lukewarm (or even completely cold), which is absurd considering the restaurant was practically empty. Completely disjointed service: More than 10 minutes between meals for people at the same table. Systematic oversights: A drink requested from three different people, only to never be served. 💬 Conclusion This is no longer just incompetence, it's a complete abandonment. We have every right to seriously question the adherence to health and safety standards, as well as the actual inspections carried out in this restaurant. This establishment has nothing left to offer and deserves to be closed down or immediately brought to heel by management. Avoid at all costs.

05/04/2026: A somewhat dated, formerly quite good 4-star hotel. The location is very good, right next to Rambouillet Castle Park. The interior is from the 90s. It desperately needs renovation throughout, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Service is rather difficult and inattentive. While there's a large breakfast selection, the quality isn't high. All in all, at best a 3-star minus.

I almost didn't finish my amazing double cheeseburger, which was absolutely delicious, and the fries were a generous portion too! The 100% drive-thru concept is great; it's a nice change, and you can still enjoy a small, shaded, and quiet terrace! A real treat, I highly recommend it!

20/09/2026: Beware when ordering takeout. The third time they've forgotten to include an item, and when you return, the manager will hide in the back of the kitchen. Not even an apology from the person who prepared the order. So, the return trip costs me more than the item itself, and you get home to a cold, impersonal delivery. No service whatsoever.

16/09/2026: In this McDonald's, you have to drink your coffee black; you can't order extra milk. "Never," says the manager. "That's the rule!" If you ask for it, he says you're being dishonest! CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY???

05/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. We stopped for a drink and a light snack (two drinks and a tapas dish... table occupied for 20 minutes). We asked for the bill, and then... the waiter, speaking very loudly, accused us of not having consumed enough, using very informal language. The other customers were shocked by his behavior, as were we. It's no wonder that French tourists are increasingly turning their backs on the French Riviera in favor of other countries, particularly Morocco, where the welcome and service are impeccable.
