06/07/2025: On July 6, 2025, we waited 45 minutes for an order, and then they told me they were disappointed after 45 minutes. I think they've changed the team, even the manager is exhausted, you can tell. Otherwise, it was intense and good.

23/01/2026: The manager would be better off finding another job; he's disrespectful. The hamburgers are cold, and when you ask him to reheat them, he says it's normal. What a clown! I strongly advise against going there. Drive 2 km further and go to the one in Colombe.

21/01/2026: Pitiful, cold, and unpleasant!!! Edit: 6:30 p.m., I arrive at the first counter. I apologize to the employee because I missed the ordering machine (not very visible, even less so in the dark). She very curtly asks me to go around again... (OK, maybe there's a procedure to follow). Not nice! Not nice! I go around again (finding myself with 4 cars in front), I order (at the machine!) 3 McDonald's sandwiches and a small Coke. I pay, the same employee says to me: "That's it, have you seen the machine now?!" Still very unpleasantly. I pick up my order... 10 minutes later, cold. My rating is 1 star for the smile of the employee who gave me my order!!!

26/08/2025: Total disappointment. We were passing through La Louvesc recently. We ordered two sandwiches because of the attractive sausages displayed in the shop. The result was more than disappointing. The bread was far too hard and stale, with an industrial, almost nonexistent filling. In the first sandwich, the sausage was actually industrial salami and goat cheese. In the second, there were two measly slices of raw ham of the same ilk. The worst sandwiches we've ever eaten. We couldn't even finish them. All this for 22 euros including two sodas! Avoid at all costs.

25/01/2026: Children's play area closed, noisy seats, blocked toilet. The place is unclean.

27/01/2026: Delivery drivers who can't even speak French and don't know how to use an intercom... They're already incredibly slow inside the restaurant (it's supposed to be a fast-food place, not a slow-food one...). There are never any croissants in the morning, and their self-service kiosks never work (you won't see that in other cities, thankfully). For the price, they could do better with their delivery service. The sauces were always missing, there was a 25-minute wait before the order left the restaurant after it was marked "ready" on the app, the delivery driver didn't speak French (how can you give simple instructions to someone who doesn't understand a word and doesn't speak your language?), and I almost missed my last order even though I was home and ready for almost an hour... The food arrived cold, without sauces, and with the drink half-spilled on the fries... Plus, having to run around trying to get my order with a driver who didn't understand a word and didn't know how to use the intercom? No thanks... In short, for the price we pay for delivery, they could at least pay a little attention and deliver properly with drivers who can communicate in the language (I tried English, that didn't work either...). A disgrace. I do not recommend it!

31/01/2026: Every time I order or eat in, the fries are always lukewarm, sometimes even cold. Today I went to pick up my order at the drive-thru this evening; it was busy, so I thought the fries would be hot. When I got home, my daughter said, "Mum, yuck, they're like cardboard, they're cold!" We pay for a service that keeps increasing, and they can't even serve hot food. The only time I've been served without any problems is when the new manager is there. I'm grateful to him for taking his job seriously.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates... Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw. The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru... It's a shame.

06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

29/09/2024: Just 50 minutes of waiting for a drive is not bad, we give priority to UBER because it pays more. Keep getting worse and worse

29/09/2024: This McDonald's met our expectations, with a clean room and toilets, an order served quickly without errors despite sandwich customizations. A small downside, forgetting the forks for the cheddar fries but the team member in charge of the service was very responsive to bring them to us. I recommend

16/12/2025: The staff at this Mie Câline are very kind and efficient! The food is typical Mie Câline food, so it's good, but obviously not quite 100% handmade. There's a small indoor seating area and tables outside, but that's not the main purpose of the place. Keep up the good work! 😁

07/12/2025: On Saturday, December 6th, around 6 PM, I went to La Mie Câline on Rue de Bordeaux to buy cookies. A saleswoman (a young brunette with glasses) greeted me, and she immediately addressed me informally. When I ordered, I made a mistake and asked for milk chocolate cookies, and instead of gently correcting me, she became aggressive and condescending. And, I dared to say, "We've never had that, it's never existed here." When it came time to pay, I went to the back (where I usually pay), and she interrupted me, saying, "No, this is where you pay, whoa, ma'am, it's not Saturday night yet." I went back to the front of the shop to pay, paid, and went out onto the terrace to meet a friend. I turned my back on her, and she told me it was disrespectful to turn my back on her while waiting for the payment to go through, as if she hadn't been disrespectful to me throughout my entire order. There is a professional attitude to be had which was not at all present despite the quality of your products the reception I received makes me not want to come back to consume at La Mie Câline and I will not fail to talk about this event to my friends and family I hope that my opinion will be heard by management.

20/01/2026: I recently ate at McDonald's and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and consistency of the experience, especially with the Maxi Best Of 280 meal. 04/02/2026: I was really disappointed by the service; the saleswomen were chatting amongst themselves... This is my second time here. The first time, the service was mediocre and the prices exorbitant. The apricot flan was extremely sweet, very thick, and poorly balanced with the few apricots. The bread was edible. Really disappointed again... I won't be back.

12/10/2025: As the name suggests, it was unexpected that we stopped there. But what a welcome, and what kindness! And that meat! Incredible! I highly recommend it!

15/09/2025: Bad service, nothing left to serve except coke and an Ice Tea and they don't take cards for anything under €15.
