24/03/2026: Stopped just for a coffee. Elegant and courteous service. I had coffee, a grappa, and a hot tea. Prices were moderately high. The coffee was better than many others I've had in Paris.

23/05/2026: While visiting this McDonald's with my daughter, we were greeted on the patio first by a young woman who was cleaning the tables. She said hello with a big smile, and the order at the kiosk went smoothly. Then a young man brought our order outside and was very attentive, bringing us dessert and extra napkins, all with great kindness and politeness. Many of us often complain and point out what's wrong, but today I just wanted to acknowledge these two young people from McDonald's who, with their simple smiles and kindness, brightened our day a little more.

17/05/2026: It's getting worse and worse, whether it's drive-thru or dine-in orders. Nothing is ever right, there are always excuses. They invent rules depending on the time of day. If you have the misfortune of forgetting something on your drive-thru order, they say, "We won't add it because it's busy, it's Sunday." It's too complicated, even though other times it doesn't matter. It's utter nonsense. Train your staff and teach them to be courteous to customers. It's truly unacceptable to pay such sums for meals and have them never be good. Always oversights. Anyway, I'll stop there, but frankly, it's pathetic!

30/05/2026: First and last time we order Click & Collect from this McDonald's. Upon arrival, four items were missing, and the sandwich we received wasn't even the one we ordered. When I called to report the problem, the manager told me she couldn't do anything. So, the customer has to pay for the restaurant's mistakes? Between an incomplete order, preparation errors, and nonexistent customer service, the experience was catastrophic. Check your order before leaving, otherwise you risk discovering the omissions once you get home with no solution offered. Frankly unacceptable for a chain of this size. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will never set foot in it again. 👎🍟😡

30/05/2026: They left lots of things on the trays, the trays were dirty, and we tried to call the waitress who never came just because she knew us.

03/03/2026: Excellent bakery and pastry shop, very good products; for me, it's the best bread in Saumur, and the same goes for their pastries. The service is pleasant, and they always think of the little ones by giving them a small cream puff, which isn't always the case in bakeries. I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: Always a warm welcome at this KFC, unlike the one in Lezennes. I go there both as a customer and as a delivery driver to pick up Uber Eats orders, and I've never had any problems or conflicts with them. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait when they're short-staffed, but other than that, nothing to report! Please, no more fast food like this! 🙏

10/05/2026: I hesitated to give it only 2 stars... very disappointed that the drinks are no longer unlimited. Disappointed again. I'm taking off another star. The tenders are scrawny!!! The quality is really not there anymore!!! A little better... but forget about fries on a meal deal... 🤪🤪

13/05/2026: Ideally located opposite the park, this Starbucks is our favorite in Paris. The staff is fantastic and the food is well-prepared. We always enjoy coming here for breakfast whenever we're in Paris. It's a bit pricey, but that's Starbucks for you.

24/04/2026: Passing by the Bercy bus station for a connecting bus, I stopped at this Starbucks to wait between buses. Highlights: • Location: It's ideally situated, right across from the park. It's so nice not to be enclosed in the station. • Terrace: The real highlight of this Starbucks! It's spacious and allows you to enjoy the sun and fresh air, which is perfect for summer. • Drink: I opted for a Matcha. It was very well prepared and delicious. • Value for money: The prices are reasonable and in line with the chain's standards. It's a strategic and relaxing spot for anyone traveling through Bercy. I'll definitely go back next time I'm there!
