11/05/2026: What's going on at the Clénay McDonald's? McDonald's isn't great to begin with, but it's convenient when you're on the road... I didn't plan on stopping for 45 minutes for four bone-dry, cold sandwiches! 45 minutes... that's how long it would have taken me to eat in a nice little restaurant if I'd known... And a little tip... if you have to argue in the kitchen, at least try to do it out of sight... It was like a schoolyard, and the customers felt really uncomfortable... Anyway... McDonald's is never great... but this is rock bottom...

05/06/2026: The worst restaurant ever! I called for delivery. The flyer said delivery started at €15. I wanted to order a Tasty Crousty (two meats) for €12 plus a chicken burger and fries for €8.50, totaling €20.50. He told me no, I'd get drinks with it. I said no, I have enough to drink at home. He said no, we don't deliver for two meals. I asked him what he meant, the delivery started at €15. He insisted I order an extra meal. I told him no, I wasn't going to order an extra meal when there were only two of us, and then he hung up on me. It's a disgrace! My son had liked it because we ordered two Tasty Crousty from them a few weeks ago, but you won't be seeing us again anytime soon. We'll go elsewhere, and believe me, I'm going to give you bad publicity because I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Well, if I'm not the only customer, perhaps you need to rethink your approach, but don't worry, the other restaurants are getting your customers back. Thank you on their behalf...

11/05/2026: We went to this kebab shop as a family for the first and last time. The owner was very rude and extremely irritable, claiming he was tired but that wasn't the customers' problem; he should simply take early retirement. You shouldn't be hungry because the portions are tiny. Just because the establishment is 29 years old, it has to be more expensive than others. There are much better options on the street. I strongly advise against going to this establishment.

09/03/2026: I came with friends for the first time, and this kebab was touted as the best in Alençon. I admit I had some doubts about their claims, but once I tasted the kebab, I understood. The meat was of exceptionally high quality for a kebab, the condiments were fresh, and the bread had the perfect balance between crispy and soft. The fries were homemade, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste. I think it must have been the oil. It's a hit or miss, unfortunately, you know? The negative point was the sauce. I ordered a white sauce, also homemade, but there was an overpowering aftertaste of mayonnaise. I was annoyed at the time, but it's not a big deal. The service was impeccable, with a big smile from the chef. The prices were standard, and the setting was simple and clean. I'll gladly return next time I'm in Alençon.

The products are relatively expensive for what I find a disappointing quality, and some don't really match the descriptions displayed in the window. The saleswomen are friendly, which is nice, but they chat amongst themselves a lot about personal matters, which can give an impression of a lack of professionalism. Finally, some of the products didn't seem very fresh when I visited. Overall, an experience below my expectations.

25/05/2026: I'd like to offer some feedback regarding the service. It's really frustrating to have to come back after picking up your takeaway bag because three sauces were missing, only to realize on the highway that the salad dressing and salad spoon were also missing. Having also worked in customer service, I know what it's like to have to double-check that everything is correct and/or complete. It wasn't exactly crowded when we were there, as we were the only ones waiting at the counter. So please take the time to check that everything listed on the receipt is in your bag. Of course, it's not the end of the world, and it's a minor detail. But one minor detail after another, it all adds up. Have a nice day.

25/05/2026: Dirty restaurant, sticky floor, same for the toilets... The employees in the kitchen don't wear hairnets, some are completely disheveled... We had to wait quite a while for our order, the fries weren't cooked enough... the burgers were just okay... Tables weren't cleaned (inside or outside), trays piled up on the trolleys... Nonchalant staff... Go elsewhere and check out the competition...
