27/01/2025: Well I reiterated my experience and how can I say that I am even more disappointed. I order on UberEat at 3 p.m., the order is taken but ultimately no delivery person is present to deliver my order and I am therefore forced to pick it up on site. The staff were really nice and understanding, no complaints there. However, when I got home to unpack my sandwiches, I realized again that I still didn't have any meat in my sandwiches, it turns out that a thin layer of meat was spread in them underneath raw vegetables. Even though I ordered a double portion of meat! This is unacceptable, it's really a scam, perhaps when you order on site the servers are generous with the quantities of meat but on the other hand when you order delivery it's not the same thing at all. As a reminder, I asked for a DOUBLE PORTION OF MEAT and the quantity of it does not even exceed that of the raw vegetables present inside the sandwiches, proof of which can be seen in the photo that I am attaching. Anyway, I personally recommend not ordering delivery from them, they are messing with us.

31/01/2026: Takeaway hamburgers with almost no sauce, and the Big Mac, supposedly the restaurant's flagship item, has become minimalist: two patties and no sauce. The photos speak for themselves.

30/01/2026: We placed our order at the drive-thru at 11:15 PM and weren't served until 11:48 PM. Unacceptable! Bravo! 33 minutes for a 208, Big Mac, and Happy Meal.

27/01/2026: This shopping experience was truly disastrous. They misunderstood my order, without even apologizing. Then, the manager came to take care of it, but when I asked for a bag, they were chatting amongst themselves, and then they left immediately. As a result, I didn't get my bag. I had to ask twice before another employee finally gave it to me.

01/01/2026: A nice Starbucks very close to St. Paul's Church. It's a shame about the long wait—over half an hour for a vanilla Frappuccino to go... unfortunately, it was tasteless. A disappointing experience.

07/12/2025: A 0/5 rating doesn't exist, and that's a real shame... We were refused service at the table 5 minutes before closing time and told to go to the drive-thru. The friendliness was ZERO. We headed to the drive-thru, there were two cars ahead of us, and we waited 25 minutes... Once again, the friendliness was NON-EXISTENT. No "Hello," no "please," no "thank you." I think basic courtesy doesn't exist at McDonald's... And to top it all off, the fries I didn't eat because they looked like they'd been cooked hours ago, no sauce was offered, so none was served, and the drink was disgusting. In short, horrible service, disgusting food, horrendous wait time. I'm lucky I didn't get sick; I wasted 30 minutes and almost €20. McDonald's is FINISHED for me. One last piece of advice: get bought out by Burger King. At least the food is better there and their staff recruitment is more professional. It's a SHAME!

03/12/2025: It's been several years since I last went to McDonald's. Big surprise: the cheapest meal costs 15 euros, which is the price of a roadside diner. Seriously, wake up, it's not worth going there anymore. The service was incredibly slow, the table service was acceptable, but the fries were cold and the burger was mediocre. The staff were friendly, I admit, which is why I'm giving it two stars. But still, at that price, I'm disappointed...

06/12/2025: I had a perfect experience with Roddi, who was pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this macro and this wonderful employee.

06/12/2025: Ordered a pistachio ice cream from Uber Eats for €5.90. It wasn't filled. I called for an explanation and was told they wouldn't refill it. Before, we had generously filled ice creams at a reasonable price; now the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller.

27/01/2026: I came in the evening and I understand the staff might be tired, but there was no welcome whatsoever. The server refused to change my drink even though my order hadn't been processed yet (because she was chatting with her colleague). The fish in my McFish was tough, impossible to eat. I think that for the price, we're entitled to a minimum level of quality.

25/01/2026: McDonald's is the slowest in France; it takes over 30 minutes to make two double cheeseburgers and six nuggets, quite impressive.

03/12/2025: The products at this bakery are of high quality, but I must report a very regrettable experience. A saleswoman was rude and disrespectful: instead of helping me understand the queue, she spoke to me in a humiliating manner and even skipped my turn, saying, "Leave her alone, we'll serve the others." Such behavior has no place in a prestigious establishment. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into account, as customer service should be on par with the quality of the products offered. I hope that this time management will finally take the necessary steps, especially since many customers have already reported similar problems with this saleswoman.

10/11/2025: Bakery that has very good Viking bread. Worth trying.

30/09/2024: Went here yesterday for lunch, we left after 5 minutes without even ordering food. The pizza’s and burgers are cooked inside the restaurant, but the fume extractors clearly weren’t working. It was horrible, there was a blue haze throughout the restaurant, my eyes were prickling and it was tough to breath. I don’t understand people were actually having lunch there.

20/09/2024: I ate a bad pizza with no taste 3 shrimps, 3 peeling knives and 10 mussels which beat a duel and at 22 euros the pizza there you go

14/12/2024: Shame on you! 30 min wait in drive when there were only 2 cars!!! Not even a word of apology and when I ask him to offer me a cheese for being late...ah no impossible Do you want me to remind you of your annual turnover????!!!!!!! When are you going to resolve this problem which, given the comments, is recurring??!!

13/12/2024: Hello it would be good to check the quantity of your products I took a munu yesterday because I had to eat quickly and go to bed happy because I had an appointment with a client very early the problem I almost didn't have didn't sleep all night because I was sick and again this morning so I won't be ready to come back knowing that I eat very little in this kind of thing

04/08/2024: Hello, I usually eat at this McDonald's restaurant regularly, but recently I have encountered a problem with accumulating my points when I make a purchase at the terminal. So I turned to an employee who was very correct towards me then the manager took care of me and was obnoxious to me, clearly explaining to me that there was no after-sales service in this McDonald's despite the fact that I explain to him the problems that I may have encountered. I am therefore very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's and I do not recommend it given the non-existent customer service.

18/08/2025: Drive through: it is NOT first come first serve. Also they have an average tome of 25 Minutes per order, not 2 Minutes, as per general McDonald's directive. Never seen this before. We were in a row of 4 cars, that made us wait 1 full hour for a simple Cappuccino. No way to drive off cause of the other cars in lane. And I just see that others wrote the same comment already 2 years ago. Un be lie va ble!

31/01/2026: Friday, barely 7:00 PM... almost a half-hour wait for two sandwiches, a box of nuggets, fries, and a drink... Incomprehensible, really disappointed 😓 Update: Thank you for the gesture regarding the wait

31/01/2026: Two cold coffees and no dessert. It took over fifteen minutes to be served even after several complaints. This establishment is truly awful.

01/09/2024: Very bad experience at this McDonald's. 10 minutes of waiting for payment which subsequently delays the order given after 15 minutes later.. Overworked employees and an oily and slippery floor. To finish a Royal Cheese without cheese.. Good luck for the future.

01/09/2024: Sandwiches with a very very disappointing appearance, a McFloat Coke with flasks? Not very pleasant to eat, let alone the bubblegum fries. A mcflurry with sparkling sugar, it looks like they emptied the pot of strawberry coulis and forgot the sugar (we counted 7) and added it with the coulis half hot, the sugars no longer crisp In short, we had to make pasta... We should review the quantities and quality of preparation of the products

05/02/2026: No heating, it's cold, it doesn't make you want to eat

26/01/2026: It doesn't open on time; we wait outside and nobody comes to open the door or even say a word to explain why it's not open… They just give us stupid looks 🤷🏼‍♀️ (I should mention that it opens at 10:30 am and it was 10:50 am). The dining area is often very dirty, there's rarely any heating inside, and the staff isn't pleasant at all (except for one or two exceptions). Ugh, everything needs to be reviewed…

03/12/2025: The atmosphere is warm, the staff are very welcoming, and the coffee is delicious.

27/11/2025: They sell me bread that is a few days old and refuse to heat it up, it's horrible!
