06/02/2026: Last night, I went to McDonald's with my children to eat in, and my experience was terrible. While the food was okay, the attitude of a manager in a blue shirt completely ruined our evening. She spent the entire time yelling at her team members in front of everyone, showing absolutely no professionalism or respect. Her behavior was aggressive, humiliating, and deeply shocking, both to the employees and the other customers present! When I went to the register, she wasn't very pleasant, which confirms her complete lack of customer service and interpersonal skills. Seeing a manager treat her team like that in public is unacceptable for an establishment like McDonald's! We came hoping for a quiet family meal, and we left deeply disappointed and saddened.

04/02/2026: I came with my daughter and her friends. My fries were cold (we arrived at 11:30 am). One of my daughter's friends ordered veggie nuggets because she doesn't eat meat… One of the nuggets wasn't veggie 😡, and when the little girl told her mom, I was very upset. While we were eating, since we arrived early in the service, we could hear someone in the kitchen hurting themselves and swearing… The smell when we came in wasn't great. In short, this is the last time I'll ever go to this McDonald's.

18/01/2026: Not a very friendly welcome. A bit racist. Their understanding of French left much to be desired. They didn't seem very attentive to the customer. They forgot a drink included in the menu. Ten-minute wait for a sauce. The kebab had a lot of salad. I will NEVER go back. H

11/12/2025: It's unacceptable to order drinks without proper protection when other restaurants provide suitable containers. As a result, all the food got soaked. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's not the delivery driver's fault, but your packaging. You can clearly see the drink opened and spilled…

09/12/2025: The staff is beyond unpleasant. We asked for changes to our burgers, and they were unable to make them because they supposedly don't have the right. Your food arrived looking like it came straight from the freezer. They can't even tell the difference between a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. The staff needs to be re-evaluated because we were ready to punch them! It's shameful and pathetic.

11/12/2025: Disappointing service, very slow despite the low customer volume. No ice cream because the machine was supposedly broken, but it was working for the staff! Staff had very long, untied hair.

08/12/2025: The order preparation was a disaster; very little was correct when the order was handed over, everything was cold, and we waited 20 minutes even though there was hardly anyone there. The establishment was filthy, and on top of that, it was freezing cold inside the restaurant. What a shame... Burger King must be rubbing their hands with glee...

02/02/2026: It's still McDonald's and the staff aren't great.

01/02/2026: Catastrophic. A disaster. No organization whatsoever, one hour for three sandwiches. No communication. Nothing. Zero. Whoever manages this McDonald's should be fired.

22/01/2026: Order placed at 4:05 PM for a meal and two Happy Meals. Order received at 4:36 PM. Update: The McDonald's Croquettes didn't have melted cheese, the bun was rock hard… 30-minute wait and it wasn't even hot, just lukewarm, and most of the food wasn't even cooked for a few minutes. Waiting 30 minutes during off-peak hours when McDonald's claims to be "Fast Food"? It's better to drive 10 minutes longer to eat at Burger King and be served faster. I understand why I stopped coming here after the BK opened.

17/01/2026: Another forgotten order. I'm fed up with this restaurant; they regularly forget items that we pay for, so it's all profit for the owner. Frankly, it doesn't even deserve one star. No need to respond to the comments that...

24/09/2024: Place where we are poorly served or we wait crazy to get only half of our order and to do well last night I came to get an ice cream at the drive I waited more than 5 minutes to place an order even though there was no there was no one at the second counter I waited 2 minutes to pay and finally I waited 10 minutes to get my ice cream which had been ready for a while but the employees preferred to have fun than to serve of course I asked for new ice creams because melted is less good Arrived at my house to my surprise the ice creams were put upside down in the supports I find it deplorable

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.
