When it's not a problem with the order, it's a problem with the food (he spills a handful of salt and pepper in the hamburgers and makes them inedible). Where have the real managers from before gone, with their smiles and kindness? In short...it doesn't even surprise me anymore that the McDonald's in Port Sainte Foy isn't doing well with these kinds of attitudes...

12/07/2026: I went to eat with my wife around 8:00 PM. We sat outside on the terrace. I had a Maxi Best of Fish meal and she had a Best of Veggie Nuggets meal. We are Muslim. My wife took a bite of one of the nuggets and found it a bit strange. I went to the register to ask if they were indeed veggie nuggets: they told me no, they'd made a mistake, and gave me veggie nuggets (way overcooked). The manager there told me they'd made a mistake, and that was that. I find this completely UNACCEPTABLE. The employees, who were too busy throwing things at each other and chatting for laughs, should pay more attention, okay?! I'm going to consult a lawyer to seek compensation for this offense to our religious beliefs if I don't get any response from the restaurant management.

They don't even put what you ordered in your burger or meal, and the drinks are weird, with dirt in them, and they're warm. Plus, the burger patties are strange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
