24/05/2026: The staff was clearly overwhelmed! Extremely slow!! They sighed when we finally asked them to take our takeout order!! The result? Fries thrown in, Big Mac placed on top! And straight into the bag with the drinks! Complete lack of effort! A change of staff is needed! Avoid at all costs!

19/05/2026: The prices are outrageous, the loyalty program is practically useless, and the staff, who can barely manage table service upstairs, clearly struggle to do so downstairs (it took two of them six times to come around before bringing my order, even though I was sitting at the counter). This restaurant is beyond awful, it's indescribable. Honestly, one of the worst restaurants I've ever seen. Avoid it at all costs. Seriously.

17/05/2026: Fast and efficient. Friendly and competent team. Excellent manager. I highly recommend them.

16/05/2026: When we went, it was busy but not overcrowded. We got a hot meal, which is rare in a McDonald's. The staff were friendly and smiling. The only downside was the lack of table service. But otherwise, it was great.

19/05/2026: On Monday, May 18th, I arrived in Bastia and decided to have breakfast in a small village, Vivario. I asked a woman at the establishment what they had for breakfast and if it was possible to have a cappuccino. Instead, a pain au chocolat accompanied my drink. Imagine my surprise when I arrived! They served me a café au lait! And I have no idea how old the pain au chocolat was, it was so shriveled. A word of advice to the owners: if you can't make what a customer asks for, it's not a big deal, just say so. As for the pastries, I'm speechless. Then they complain about not having any customers! I didn't think to take a picture. But it's my fault; I should have refused the order.

27/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to do my printing and mailings at the tobacconist near the theater. And a very handy new feature: if a locker is unavailable, the shopkeeper can send your order for you later, for just €1. A few weeks ago, to send seven packages, I had to wait almost three hours for the lockers to become available one by one. Thank you!

24/05/2026: PickUp Relay: Beware of scams! The manager "never has space in the locker," so he offers to store the package for €2, and strangely enough, you receive a confirmation email saying the package is indeed in the locker shortly after you leave. The first time it seems like a coincidence, but after three times in four months, it starts to wonder... it's a scam.

15/05/2026: We went to this place where we are usually always well received, but tonight we had to deal with an unwelcoming waitress upon our arrival and we received several remarks from her; she must not have liked the look of us.

15/05/2026: We are always delighted with our visits, where the welcome is warm and pleasant, but unfortunately we were greeted this evening by a really unpleasant waitress... What a shame...

24/05/2026: Half of the order is missing, as usual I'd say... and the phone number provided is incorrect... I ordered on Uber so I wouldn't have to go anywhere, yet going anywhere is the only way to collect what I'm owed... find the mistake.

23/05/2026: This is the second time we've been here since the change of ownership, at two different times... and it leaves much to be desired. From the young man's nonchalance on May 23rd at 1:30 PM to the appearance of the bread served (honey oat), flattened like pancakes. Where did the quality control for the bread go? Do you really think a customer will want a flattened 30-centimeter sub? Furthermore, the amount of bread in the sandwiches is so small they're practically empty. As for me, I'm done with your establishment. I'll go to Noyelles-Godault, where the service and welcome are much better from beginning to end, and where there's a genuine desire to work properly and satisfy the customer.

26/12/2025: After two cancellations without apologies or discounts, we finally managed to eat at the restaurant. The dining room was poorly heated, and we were cold all evening. The meal was good, but nothing special for a Michelin-starred establishment. Other restaurants in the Gien area are worth recommending; they are less expensive, better, and offer more elaborate menus.

26/03/2026: My husband and I go there regularly; we are often served by Sandrine, a very pleasant and always friendly saleswoman. We have never had any problems with the staff.

07/03/2026: It's my little break in the day, and a real pleasure to come and have my meal at Le Poulaillon, a tradition I've had for over 20 years now 👌 We're always greeted with a smile, especially by Sandrine, who I find very professional and friendly 👍

02/04/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats. Two maxi meals: tacos and kebab, both with extras. Tacos without sauce, full of onions, a normal size for an XL, compared to before when they were free (even though I paid extra). Kebab without extras, but the bread was slightly overcooked… Very disappointed. I've been a customer for a while, but I'm stopping because it's bordering on a scam…

20/03/2026: This is the second time I've ordered from Edessa via Uber Eats, and both times there's been a mistake with the meat and sauce selection: minced steak instead of kefta. The steak was tasteless and unseasoned. I ordered curry sauce, but I received a flavorless white sauce. A huge disappointment.

08/06/2026: All the tables outside were covered in bird droppings and it stinks inside.

05/06/2026: The "manager" refused to let me use the bathroom because I didn't have a ticket, when I am...or rather I was...a regular customer at Mc...BRAVO

18/05/2026: They make mistakes in orders and refuse to acknowledge their error even with proof of receipt which proves poor service, and are unsociable and disrespectful, the place is not clean, the click and collect and drive are not optimized and orders are thrown out the window, the menu prices are excessive and unacceptable, the taxes on sugary drinks are excessive.

23/05/2026: This restaurant has "reconciled" me with McDonald's... ELSEWHERE, it's always cold, dirty, unprofessional, and all about speed... Whereas THIS RESTAURANT is the McDonald's we want, the one we expect... Perfectly... Everything is great... The staff is perfect, competent, pleasant, etc... The food is really good, well-prepared, well-presented, made fresh, which is becoming rare for the brand... Well done... They deliver... I've been going to McDonald's for a long time, each time hoping to find the famous Big Mac as I knew it, and I have to admit that each time, it's always another disappointment... But here, you want to go back... Well done to the employees and managers... You have to recognize their excellent work... Good, hot, clean environment, well-maintained dining room, professionalism... It's the McDonald's we love... I went there on Saturday at 1:00 PM... Well done team, keep it up, our compliments are more than deserved... And you, customers, go for it without hesitation...

21/05/2026: Over 30 minutes of waiting for just two sundaes, plus the ice cream was completely melted when the order arrived. Then I simply asked for a glass of water, but they offered no compensation whatsoever for this enormous waste of time, even for just a glass of water. Avoid at all costs!
