17/04/2026: Disappointed...we ordered Infinity Stars and got nuggets, a bacon Big Mac instead of an original Big Mac, then another Big Mac without salad or sauce... waited 20 minutes for our order while there was someone in front of us and no one else at the drive-thru at 6:30 pm... then an older employee who seemed to think she was in a fish market...very, very disappointed...

17/04/2026: Friendly and clean staff… that's where the positives end… Tiny hamburgers, not good and undercooked (the cheese was awful)… The Burger King next door is the Michelin Guide of hamburgers; I understand why I hadn't set foot in a Lac d'Or restaurant in ages…

28/02/2026: The worst bar in Lyon, both in terms of atmosphere and service, which is abysmal. Shots were watered down, and the beer was mediocre at best. Book your platter well in advance; it's prepared by the restaurant next door! Thank goodness Uber Eats delivered! The waiter was about as helpful as a suitcase without a handle. The only redeeming feature might be the history of the place, which is unfortunately misused.

26/03/2026: Honestly, this is unbearable!!! I ordered a click and collect order (order 8906) through the app, went to pick it up, and when I got home, a small chicken nugget, the four nuggets from the Happy Meal, and to top it all off, a Mario coin that cost me €1.75 and was also missing were missing. I tried calling in vain, but no one answered, and after driving 10 minutes to avoid eating cold food, what do I have to do to get what's rightfully mine????? Thank you in advance for your reply.

18/10/2025: The waitresses are not friendly at all if you're not from the area. No children's menu prices. If you need extra napkins, don't ask them, they're a pain, run away. A caterer is here to help. Move on.

13/08/2025: Show up in front of the restaurant and it turns out it's closed today even though it's listed as open😒

12/04/2026: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the employee taking it told me to "shut up" simply because my colleagues were laughing in the car. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. When I got to the payment window, I asked to speak to the manager… and I was told that was precisely the person I was speaking to. Absolutely no professionalism, no apology, nothing at all. This is a blatant lack of respect for customers. We come here to be served properly, not to be insulted. I sincerely hope that action will be taken, because this kind of behavior has no place in customer service. I do not recommend this drive-thru at all.

16/03/2026: Every time I come to this neighborhood, I don't hesitate to stop. Actually, this has nothing to do with anything, but I was at the Starbucks in Montparnasse on Sunday and I had a crush. A man bumped into me when I was bringing my tray back. Then I was looking at the freebies, and it was me, as I was backing away, who bumped into him. We apologized and waved, but I've been thinking about him ever since. I regret that timeless moment, a little awkward but funny. It's a shame it didn't last longer, so if he happens to see this, I regret not exchanging numbers.

03/03/2026: I've never seen staff as rude as those at the Starbucks in Hall 2 of Gare Montparnasse. I take the train regularly, so I have to go there, and nothing changes. The staff talks amongst themselves, makes you wait before ordering, and doesn't bother to listen to your request. What a shame…

15/04/2026: It was a bit chaotic, and because there weren't many people around when we arrived, the potatoes were served cold.

03/04/2026: Terrible service! I do not recommend it! Avoid it at all costs! I've been there several times and it's always a disaster! Orders are never followed, one or more items are always missing, and they never provide sauces or napkins! The wait is very long and the sandwiches are cold! They desperately need proper training and a change in management!

02/02/2026: The pizzas are very good. We get delivery regularly and have also eaten in once. We received a warm welcome. The menu offers a wide variety of choices with different sizes. The prices are reasonable.

17/01/2026: Poor quality pizzas. The delivery driver arrived without a card reader and asked us to pay at the counter (making a delivery request only to pick it up later...).

24/03/2026: According to their website, they close at midnight for indoor dining... but they stop serving inside at 11:20 PM.

15/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 8:30 PM 3 giant pizzas with a soft crust. 9 PM, still nothing! I called, and they said my pizzas had just gone in the oven. 9:20 PM, 50 minutes late, and the pizzas are of deplorable quality!! The crust is incredibly thin, even though I asked for a soft crust, and there's no topping at all! Too bad I can't attach a photo!
