29/09/2024: we arrived in the evening by doing a click and collect so that in the end they served me without sauce and my meal was cold... and what's more the McDonald's croc was not good... in short to avoid

30/11/2025: I went to the register to pay in cash. The manager, looking surprised, said, "I don't have any change; you have to pay by card." I said, "Okay," and paid by card. The next customer, also €50, arrived behind me and paid. The manager took the payment, and I asked him why. He said, "I told you you didn't have any change." I replied that he had taken the payment. The woman standing there, I asked her name, and she said, "I have no reason to give you my name." I find this place disrespectful and hold McDonald's responsible for a serious breach of trust towards its customers.

28/09/2024: Nice Macdo, very well located (hotel and airport nearby) very nice decor, good food, toilets, table and clean floor only problem the parking lot is often full.

28/09/2024: Restaurant closed early, we arrived at 10:10 p.m., doors closed. The staff avoids their gaze so as not to move.

26/01/2026: A 45-minute wait for an order, and on top of that, it was wrong. I couldn't access my loyalty account, and no one was trying to help. At reception, the employees' response was simply, "If you're not happy, tough luck." Absolutely no professionalism, no sense of customer service. Waiting almost an hour for so many mistakes and such contempt is unacceptable. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend this place.

19/01/2026: I've never seen such a slow drive-through. It took about 20 minutes between placing my order and picking it up, even though it didn't seem particularly busy. Very disappointing for a service that's supposed to be fast, especially at the drive-through.

08/12/2025: Absolutely filthy. Nobody cleans the tables. The floor is a disgusting pigsty. But apparently, the staff don't care!

07/12/2025: I can confirm, the toilets are truly awful every time we come to this McDonald's; they're already dirty even before service starts, so I don't think they even clean them, not to mention the rest...

28/01/2026: Listen, I was sitting down, ready to eat my Big Mac, and then a seagull came and snatched it away. So I asked them to make it again, and the manager said, word for word, "That's not my problem." She added, "I can give you some ketchup if you want." So I completely lost it, went into the kitchen, and made myself a Big Mac like a big boy. Bye!

28/01/2026: Very disappointed with the manager who took it upon herself to communicate poorly with my friend and me; she even went so far as to douse us with hot oil and barbecue sauce.

08/12/2025: A huge thank you to Corinne for her smile and good humor, even at the end of the day. It's truly a pleasure to encounter such welcoming and professional people. The blueberry tart was excellent, a real treat! I highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: I'm very disappointed with my visit to Poulaillon Semécourt. The waitresses were unfriendly, unsmiling, and frankly about as welcoming as a barn door. There was a clear lack of respect for the customers, as if bothering them to ask for information or place an order was a problem. It's a shame, because a pleasant welcome makes all the difference. But this experience was truly awful. I won't be going back.

11/12/2025: The server told me they were "no longer putting bacon" in the fries. They wouldn't tell me if it was by choice or because they were out of stock. It felt a bit unprofessional, so I canceled my order and left. Strange atmosphere at this McDonald's.

08/11/2025: Review (November 8, 2025) We were passing through Luxembourg and stopped in France to eat at this establishment. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff completely lacked courtesy and humanity—especially one woman with a bob haircut who was very rude and unpleasant. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We do not recommend this place, nor do we support it in any way.

25/08/2025: Very friendly staff, serving the regular Subway menu. Gave 3* because of the tasteless Subway restaurant style, nothing personal :)

23/01/2026: We only had the average appetizer buffet. More than five tables arrived after us and were served, and despite our three requests after an hour's wait, we decided to leave, paying only for our appetizers and drinks. I do not recommend it. The only positive point was the very pleasant waitress.

21/01/2026: Change of ownership means local culture and cuisine are no longer to the liking of this charming village.

30/01/2026: This is so bad... we waited half an hour for a cup of tea and one hot chocolate to go.. just don't go there...

11/12/2025: We had to ask for the second half of our order to actually be handed to us when our number was called. First Bag broke 5 meters after leaving the place. We asked for it to be split into two bags since it was too heavy. They put the broken bag in another bag and told hs to go. Other bag had 5 drinks with only 4 cup holders. Lids not put on correctly. As a result Half of the drinks spilled and had to be carried by hand. Great job, loved it!

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

24/01/2026: The staff were incredibly unpleasant, the owner even worse, contradicting customers when something was wrong, and the products were frozen. I do not recommend them.

17/01/2026: The sandwich was only half full. The sauce had a strange taste. Not very good, I wouldn't recommend it. However, the bread was quite good.

31/01/2026: Picked up at the drive-thru at 11:30 PM and got a cold McDonald's meal: cold fries and cold nuggets! It's shameful to pay €32 for such a cold meal.
