09/06/2026: The Mac Fleury was cold and the fries were yellow, that's unacceptable. The waitress didn't give me a free candy (I'm 67 years old).

07/06/2026: Excellent McDonald's. Fast service, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. The opening hours are convenient, making it easy to come at different times of the day. My order arrived quickly and exactly as described. I recommend it!

23/05/2026: Waited 20 minutes before being seated. Waited another 20 minutes before anyone bothered to serve us. Left without ordering anything. You'd think running a bar would require a minimum level of customer service, but apparently the pseudo-Berlin vibe is more than enough here.

22/05/2026: My go-to spot. Young and friendly service, a terrace along the quayside in summer, good and reasonably priced lunch... In short, a real treat. Quiet during the day, lively at night.

17/05/2026: The tables are dirty. The restrooms: two-thirds were closed, the third was very dirty and had no toilet paper. I hope the kitchens are cleaner. The dishes are spotless and the service is friendly.

10/05/2026: Orders are OFTEN incomplete. One time it's the Happy Meal toy (nice for the kid), another time it's the sauces that were paid for, and now it's actually part of the meal! For example, I ordered a BBQ meal with BBQ fries (the famous ones that cost an extra €0.20!), they gave me a bag and the drink on the side (great for carrying the order... to go!), I get home, I open the bag and... Well, there's ONLY the sandwich! No fries, no BBQ powder! In short, from now on, even in a hurry, I'll check every single order since these mistakes keep happening! ...Or I'd go to the McDonald's in Versailles... Never had a problem at the ones on Place du Marché or Rive Gauche. Edit from May 10th: Today I bought a poster for 50 points... They forgot it, and since I was in a hurry with a tired child, I forgot to ask for it and threw away the receipt... Oh well, 50 points wasted. Can they even read an order receipt? :s

04/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! The dish arrived cold. We ordered linguine with lobster and mussels, and it was awful!! The pasta was plain and sticky, with no seasoning, no sauce, not even butter, and the lobster was empty. I have never eaten such bad pasta.

20/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to come to this restaurant, year after year! Very generous pizzas and delicious dishes, all at affordable prices. And the best for last: beautiful and delicious desserts! Well done, chef!

12/04/2026: This is getting ridiculous, a 20-minute wait for two ice creams... which had been sitting on the counter all that time (Saturday night)... This is the fourth time we've had problems with our orders (delays, missing items, missing orders).

12/04/2026: Unpleasant waitresses who throw bags on the table as if we'd ordered garbage; no respect from the staff for the customers. A disgrace to this restaurant.

15/04/2026: The welcome was icy, no advice whatsoever. The sales assistant served me mechanically, and the other sales assistant was on her phone, not even looking up. The worst part is that I had requested a specific grind for my machine, which was ignored. This was definitely the last time I'll ever go there.

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.

10/04/2026: Tonight, we went to the drive-thru, placed a large order, and added a Happy Meal so our child could get the current Mario toy (even though I specifically asked for the Mario toy). No one said anything. We left the drive-thru, and when we got home, it was a crappy cardboard Asterix toy, fit only for the bin, and our three McFlurries weren't even a third full! 😡 For the price we paid (€74), we expected much better. It would be nice to let customers know the current toy is no longer available before they realize it once they get home. Don't be fooled, that's partly why parents go to McDonald's (to please their children who are happy to get a real toy, not some cardboard/paper junk that will go straight in the trash). Furthermore, if you don't sell the product you're advertising, it's false advertising. For the price, we also expect our ice cream/sandwiches/fries to look like what we see in McDonald's commercials. In short, it was very expensive for what we got, and it's not the first time this kind of problem has occurred, especially since we only come once a month to treat ourselves. In short, I'm very annoyed with this visit to this McDonald's.

08/04/2026: Ordered via the McDonald's app on March 28, 2026. Upon receiving the delivery, a McFlurry was missing from the order. I contacted the restaurant to report the problem. During the first call, the connection was disconnected very quickly after I explained the situation (9:28 PM). I then tried calling back, without success despite waiting several minutes. This experience was particularly disappointing, both because of the error in the order and the unprofessional customer service.

19/04/2026: No one ever smiled. This greatly impacts the experience, and the food wasn't good. Personally, I won't be returning to this establishment and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

07/07/2025: It's not the first time I've gone there for my vacation, nor is it the first time I've waited so long. Even a small smile is complicated. I don't think they need to be so long.

23/04/2026: Great bar, I highly recommend it, fantastic atmosphere. For an evening with friends or a romantic date, go for it.

18/02/2026: Meh, it was very cold but the door was often left open by a drunk; the staff didn't say anything, so I intervened twice.

16/05/2026: Subway is great. I think it's great that you can customize your sandwich. There are very nice tables for eating in. I recommend it.
