29/01/2026: 10/10 Best burger in France! I visited at 6.30 on a Thursday, I had what looked to be the first Guinness of the evening and it was really really good. The staff were amazing. I've been loving in France for over a year and bacon an cheese burger is my go to anywhere I go , this was by far the best bacon and cheese burger I have experienced in France!! The fries were also really amazing!! I can not recommend this place enough! It was quiet at 6.30 on a Thursday , but honestly I can't understand why. My partner had the classic burger and she also agreed the food was amazing! Thanks for the service and amazing food!

20/03/2026: If you want to eat a kebab stuffed with onion jam, stranded like spaghetti. No meat, no vegetables. No flavor. Just onions. You're served. No wonder you see no one. Or, you're really not picky. Come in! That and their abrupt opening and closing times. Bye bye.

03/04/2026: This morning in Échirolles, in front of the Sud Galaxie park, a vehicle belonging to your company ran a red light right in front of me, nearly hitting me. The vehicle had a broken rear brake light and a malfunctioning side mirror. This really gives your company a great image, well done! 👍 Unacceptable driving that endangers the lives of others!

20/03/2026: No consideration for the customer: I was given a product that wasn't what I ordered (a quiche). Mistakes happen, but the least they could do is offer the correct product! And who are they kidding? A blue cheese salad with two measly pieces of cheese. In short, avoid this place!

13/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. Out of six self-service kiosks, only one was working, which unnecessarily lengthened the wait. Prices are significantly higher than at other restaurants in the same chain in the city: nearly €30 for just two set menus. Another problem: unlike other establishments, this one doesn't give change for ANCV holiday vouchers, which is particularly frustrating. The service time is also very long: orders were marked as ready but only served 10 minutes later, despite there being few customers. Ultimately, there's a lack of organization and consistency compared to other restaurants in the chain. I recommend going to another location for more reliable service.

10/04/2026: The place is clean, what a change! But the wait was too long, we arrived at 1:10 pm... Two meals were ready at 1:40 pm, the service was adequate, but it didn't feel like McDonald's, it was so slow... And kudos again for the cleanliness, both inside and out, 5 stars on that front!

12/04/2026: Microscopic kebab for 8 euros, disgusting fries, avoid at all costs.

07/02/2026: I received a very poor welcome on Saturday, February 7th. The food was really not good, the cleanliness needs a complete overhaul, and the owner wouldn't let us use the toilet. I don't recommend it.

02/10/2025: Apparently there's been a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order. I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.

23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

22/02/2026: It's cool, but the music's a bit weak and we're getting told off because, apparently, we're touching the disco ball too much, but isn't that what it's there for? I just bumped into it, dude? Is that ridiculous? Reply if you agree, in a private message, otherwise, good music until the last, not-so-great track. Yaya

17/02/2026: I've been to the place several times and it's always been a good experience in terms of atmosphere, decor, and music. The only downside is that I don't drink alcohol, and apparently, there's a problem with people who don't drink alcohol. I ordered a Coke Zero, and it was served directly into a glass, which is unusual. When I tasted it, it tasted like old Coke, at least a week old, flat, and not chilled. I even thought he'd made a mistake and that I'd gotten a Coke Cherry. I went to the bar to ask if it was the right Coke I'd ordered. The waiter, quite pleased with himself, waved a small plastic bottle with a flat bottom of Coke in my face, saying, "You're the one who's mistaken, madam, because this is your Coke." Then he put it back on the bar with the other (plastic) soft drink bottles that weren't chilled. I wonder how long those bottles had been waiting to be drunk, given the lack of bubbles in my glass. So I couldn't finish my drink and left empty-handed.

22/03/2026: A very warm welcome, pleasant and smiling, a very cozy atmosphere and decor, a varied menu, and very high-quality products. I recommend the St. Germain spritz—it's delicious!

16/03/2026: On the evening of Saturday, March 14th, we had the best night of our lives with our girlfriends at McDonald's, and it was made even better thanks to a worker, Adam K, who made us laugh so much and had a great time at McDonald's. He deserves recognition!

15/03/2026: I'm shocked! I asked her a really important question about my life and she brushed me off! I DON'T UNDERSTAND!! She's not following the instructions!!

10/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Order placed at 8:30 PM. Delivery time pushed back every 5 minutes. And so the delivery was cancelled 😡 Refund within 3 to 5 days. Shameful

13/01/2026: Absolutely ridiculous, no respect whatsoever!!! We placed our order at 8:40 PM, waited for the delivery driver, and the delivery time kept getting pushed back by 5 minutes every 5 minutes... only to be told at 10 PM that they weren't honoring our order. Last time for us, thank you, goodbye!!!! You are unreliable, a word to the wise 😉

03/02/2026: The toilets have been out of order for months. This is unacceptable and quite surprising for a place like Starbucks, where you're supposed to be able to stay and spend time comfortably.

15/01/2026: We had considered this establishment to celebrate my father's 80th birthday, in a place historically significant to our family since my parents had celebrated their wedding there 60 years ago. Originally, the event was expected to bring together about thirty people. However, based on our initial email exchanges with Catherine, we quickly felt like we were intruding. After proposing a date, we received a negative response, without any alternative being suggested or even being shown the menus. Faced with this lack of communication, courtesy, and consideration, we nevertheless tried to adapt by voluntarily reducing the number of guests, hoping to simplify the organization. Unfortunately, this approach was not met with any more respect or professionalism. During a visit by my mother to obtain further information, the manager adopted an openly contemptuous and inappropriate attitude. The presence of children was deemed problematic, the lack of a guarantee regarding wine consumption was criticized due to the restaurant's profit margin, and the final number of guests (16 adults and 5 children) was declared "unacceptable," before a flat cancellation and an invitation to leave. This behavior is all the more surprising given that this establishment is a traditional brasserie. Claiming a level of service that one never embodies, neither in the welcome nor in the customer relations, is, to say the least, disconcerting. This place is clearly not suitable for families, nor for organizing family events of any kind. More broadly, this experience raises questions about the vision of the profession held here. The restaurant business is based on hospitality, respect, and customer loyalty. By turning away from these principles with such arrogance, it is difficult to imagine how an establishment can establish itself in the local community. VERMOT DESROCHES DE VELOTTE FAMILY
