09/11/2025: A very pleasant pub. The manager is very friendly. You can tell he loves people, and that young people love him too. It's very family-oriented, which is rare to see these days. The building is very clean, as are the restrooms. It's lovely with the fireplace, as well as the pool table and foosball table. These things don't exist anymore. A very pleasant atmosphere with soft music.

09/10/2025: I'm disappointed except for the anorexic tacos and the fries which are really not good.... I had kebab and minced steak the kebab meat was really enigmatic.... So-called homemade meat 🤣🤣 and the tacos in the whole cardboard dough..... I should have bought a better and cheaper sodebo sandwich and filled my stomach just as much

23/11/2025: A man from the service on Sunday, November 23rd at 7 PM. He was carrying a tray of bread. We said good evening to him twice, and he didn't respond. He also behaved this way with the man behind us. I find it regrettable to see such a lack of politeness.

16/11/2025: Unfortunately, it's not the tastiest McDonald's I've been to. The service is often pleasant and you don't have to wait too long. I like the menu options. But the quality of the dishes remains very low. The fries are always served cold and not crispy (which is very strange for this restaurant chain!), the burgers are "so-so". I would also like more options for vegans.

07/01/2026: I came to this store on 7/1/2026 at 5pm. I asked the guy who makes the burger for a little piece of onion. He pretended he didn’t hear me. Then his colleagues told him, he looked at his female colleague in the eye, rolled his eyes, and IGNORED HER, and he still chose to close the burger and throw it away in contempt afterwards. I lost my appetite because of his attitude. And when I asked for a refund, he did it in a curt way and gave me many coins for change on purpose, so petty a grown man with a beard acting like this. Logically men with beards who work in the food industry should either cover their beards or shave it, I wonder how many hairs did he serve with his food. Bottom line: What is going on in this store? Who’s responsible for hiring such unprofessional staff? Someone from the McDonald’s corporation got to give this place an inspection and training for this guy. This kind of attitude is insufferable from someone who works in the service business, this store completely ruined McDonald’s for me. I’m never eating McDonald’s ever again! Y’all ruined McDonald for me. If the people who make your food are this type, what type of food quality do you expect? Not good, look at all the other comments about this store and you’ll know the continuous disrespect this place has shown to its customers over the years. I mean 2.9 stars is very telling. The owner is commenting on people’s reviews with vague replies where the problem is that one guy. The girls who work in the store are very nice and polite, it’s only that guy who needs to find another job he likes or he will take this whole store reputation down with him for all future customers because I’m never stepping foot in here again or any other McDonald’s for that matter.

26/01/2026: Several things were missing: wavy fries and nuggets. It's ridiculous! I'm being treated like a thief! I was made to wait almost 10 minutes for just some nuggets!! I had to leave without the nuggets because my daughter doesn't wait! Service: 0

24/01/2026: Third time we've been there in 10 days... Third order gone wrong!!!! Something's always missing, or it's not the items we ordered... Tonight, the fries were missing from two meals and the popsicles were wrong, even though we had it corrected when we picked up our order because there had already been a mistake!!! They just don't care!!! The third time's the last straw!!! I'd rather go somewhere else than go back to this place. P.S. Everything is always cold when we get home. 20-minute wait for a line of three cars at the drive-thru

16/09/2024: Today we went to the McDonald's in Hautepierre in Strasbourg, around 10:45 p.m. they turned off the lights inside, there were at least 6 customers with us, they didn't tell us anything, they didn't warn us, they just took it and turned off the light, that meant getting out of there, that's not acceptable to the customers,,,

21/01/2026: Our 4th visit in the last year. Large well crafted menu. Almost always room for larger groups. Great location. A go to near Gallery Lafayette. BUT the waiters are often Rude and Dismissive

01/01/2026: The chip shop doesn't look like much, but the fries were edible and the man serving was friendly. However, the price of €4 is really excessive for such a tiny portion of fries (the equivalent of what you'd get in a baby pack for €1.50 elsewhere).

01/02/2026: Service was too slow. Understaffed. 45 minutes to place an order.

28/01/2026: The meal was decent, though not excellent, but the prices were exorbitant, especially for a self-service restaurant. Other restaurants at higher altitudes will be cheaper, better, and offer proper table service.

25/01/2026: Visit on January 24, 2026. Very bad experience. The tray was served cold. I took it back to the counter and the employee was already sighing. She touched my burger with her bare hands after I had already taken a bite, then handed it back to me reheated in the microwave, with a bite mark still visible. I asked for an exchange, which was initially refused. The situation started to get tense. I was then given a tray missing my daughter's fries. When I pointed this out, the response was: "Oh really? Where are they for the exchange?" I told her that she had taken the tray with her, so it was up to her to know. The fries were eventually exchanged... but still cold. I even asked her to taste them. At this point, her patience had clearly run out. To make matters worse, my daughter had ordered a book with her meal and received a deck of cards. Again, I had to ask for another exchange. It seems to me that the basic principle of food service, especially in a chain like McDonald's, is to serve hot, ready-to-eat food quickly. Furthermore, having worked there myself in my younger days, I know there's nothing complicated about reading a customer's order correctly. Fortunately, a colleague intervened, much more professional and respectful, which helped calm the situation. I don't understand how such a lack of hygiene, respect for the customer, and professionalism is possible. Very disappointed. Truly the worst McDonald's.

09/09/2024: 2 pizzas and a mussels and fries chicken at my request at the top. Thank you chef, and thank you to the waitresses who were able to adapt to the request. I highly recommend. The Nat.

31/01/2026: Simply highway robbery. Quite clearly, the most expensive McDonald's in Caen is in the surrounding area. Their prices are higher than anywhere else, with far too many extra charges for a meal; it's like flying Ryanair. An absurdity for a fast-food chain, which now costs the same as a regular restaurant. First and last time.

30/01/2026: Hello, I stopped by the McDonald's Drive-Thru today while passing by. I ordered a small ice cream tube and a latte. Despite a wait of about 15 minutes, even though there were three cars in line (at 6 PM), I received a completely melted sundae and a black coffee without milk. I'm therefore a little disappointed by the drive-thru service time and the error with my order, especially since it was only two items.

27/12/2023: Personnel absolument pas au petit soin pour nous comme dans n'importe quel Mac do ! Quand on demande du ketchup car on a eu de la mayo, la jeune répond sur un ton agacé :" ah bah non ça c'est dans le supplément ! Il faut prendre le supplément si vous en voulez !" Et elle ne donne rien ! Hallucinant ! On n'est pas prêt d'y retourner !
