25/05/2026: This is probably the best Starbucks I've ever seen; there's hardly anyone with a decor like it.

25/05/2026: Very bad behaviour of staff. They don’t know how to use the Starbucks card ( Pre loaded one ). I had to pay separately even though I had 90 euros credit in my Starbucks card. Salimata was the lady and very rude. She even said that do I work here or do you work here. From the sandwich when I requested to remove the cheese before heating she said we don’t do that here. The same sandwich I have had at two other Starbucks in Paris and they have very nicely removed it. This Starbucks shop and Salimata are the ones that are giving Starbucks a bad name.

24/05/2026: It had been a long time since I'd had a hot McDonald's. It was delicious, and we were served very quickly for four different meals. Everything was perfect, welcoming, and with a smile.

19/05/2026: It's always the same story, regardless of the McDonald's location or the years that go by. Tonight again, I ordered click and collect from the Chateau-Gontier drive-thru, and the potatoes are never cooked through. There's always a mistake in the order (this time, a sandwich with a rösti patty, but without the patty). The least they could do, considering their prices are twice as high as their competitors, is to properly check orders before handing them to customers. Aside from that, the staff's attitude remains good.

13/06/2026: We ate there, but McDonald's was very noisy. Cleanliness is inconsistent, but this time it was very good.

12/06/2026: Excellent service at the drive-thru, provided by a very lovely woman. I highly recommend Rachel, who is extremely friendly and confident in her work.

16/06/2026: I was there yesterday morning and in the afternoon; the benches and tables were very dirty and greasy, it really didn't make you want to eat in such a place.

15/06/2026: I opened the door to enter, and a staff member took the opportunity to leave without even saying hello, to take a break. It wasn't easy to find a clean table... This is the third time I've come, and the problem persists, so perhaps I should go to a bakery... Before learning how to do things properly, learn how to be... One detail: when you've just been in a smoke-filled environment, it seems essential to wash your hands.

31/03/2026: Very disappointed by the professionalism of the waiters who dare to criticize the delivery drivers and leave them bad reviews. They should learn to manage preparation time instead of undervaluing the delivery drivers.

24/05/2026: I'm a very loyal and regular customer, and today I especially wanted to leave a review. My order was perfect, nothing was forgotten. I was served at the drive-thru by Maïssa (I saw it on her badge). She was very friendly, welcoming, and polite. If everyone served customers like her, everyone would appreciate the service at McDonald's La Tour du Pin. A word to the wise! Thank you, I'll be back with pleasure.

21/05/2026: Order placed via click and collect. We waited 20 minutes after arriving before being served, even though it wasn't very busy. On top of that, I ordered a burger without tomatoes, and what do I get when I get home?... tomatoes. Served with cold, undercooked fries.

19/05/2026: The best kebab in Metz, I've been a regular for about ten years and have never been disappointed. The staff are fantastic 👍. Always a warm welcome and the place is always clean. I highly recommend it.

15/05/2026: 15 bucks for a kebab and a cheese sandwich covered in grease that I didn't even touch and that ended up in the bin. Who are you kidding?

23/05/2026: I think the word "fast" was completely forgotten in the concept of fast food! It's so slow! Over 30 minutes to get a meal order and 25 minutes for ice cream... And the restaurant wasn't even crowded! Coming here expecting a quick meal is definitely not the right idea. A traditional restaurant is faster and ultimately not more expensive... Not to mention the nutritional quality...

02/04/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats. Two maxi meals: tacos and kebab, both with extras. Tacos without sauce, full of onions, a normal size for an XL, compared to before when they were free (even though I paid extra). Kebab without extras, but the bread was slightly overcooked… Very disappointed. I've been a customer for a while, but I'm stopping because it's bordering on a scam…

20/03/2026: This is the second time I've ordered from Edessa via Uber Eats, and both times there's been a mistake with the meat and sauce selection: minced steak instead of kefta. The steak was tasteless and unseasoned. I ordered curry sauce, but I received a flavorless white sauce. A huge disappointment.

19/05/2026: On Monday, May 18th, I arrived in Bastia and decided to have breakfast in a small village, Vivario. I asked a woman at the establishment what they had for breakfast and if it was possible to have a cappuccino. Instead, a pain au chocolat accompanied my drink. Imagine my surprise when I arrived! They served me a café au lait! And I have no idea how old the pain au chocolat was, it was so shriveled. A word of advice to the owners: if you can't make what a customer asks for, it's not a big deal, just say so. As for the pastries, I'm speechless. Then they complain about not having any customers! I didn't think to take a picture. But it's my fault; I should have refused the order.

17/05/2026: Fast and efficient. Friendly and competent team. Excellent manager. I highly recommend them.

16/05/2026: When we went, it was busy but not overcrowded. We got a hot meal, which is rare in a McDonald's. The staff were friendly and smiling. The only downside was the lack of table service. But otherwise, it was great.

15/05/2026: We are always delighted with our visits, where the welcome is warm and pleasant, but unfortunately we were greeted this evening by a really unpleasant waitress... What a shame...

15/05/2026: We went to this place where we are usually always well received, but tonight we had to deal with an unwelcoming waitress upon our arrival and we received several remarks from her; she must not have liked the look of us.
