26/03/2026: Awful owner, he was incredibly rude and ignored all of our questions. DO NOT ENTER. 0/10 experience

26/03/2026: The manager was so difficult, I asked how much it was for a game and he pointed at a sign (that was in French). Disheartened, we asked a colleague whether the price was for an hour or for a game and they shrugged and pointed at the manager who ignored us. Whilst we were trying to work out whether we could play or not, we could see the manager taking the piss out of us to his colleague. Would have loved to bowl, but our limited French clearly meant we were ostracised and mocked. No need, and the manager clearly doesn’t like tourists and has no intention of trying to help those wanting to participate. I understand I don’t speak the language but we were nothing but friendly and met with pure hatred

01/04/2026: Hello, I ordered a Super Mario Galaxy meal around 3 AM last night while I was at work, and to my surprise, the Mario coin from the meal was missing. The food was complete, but the coin was missing. Quite disappointed.

21/04/2026: Dirty toilets, food ordered cold when it arrived at the table (cheeseburgers).

19/04/2026: Very disappointed once again. The burgers were freezing cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and this happens often. Honestly shameful 😡 The sodas were completely flat!! I've never experienced anything like it before 😡😡

11/01/2026: Surprisingly, the service was unreliable. We came only for a drink and were told that drinks were only served at the tables on the sand, which were already all occupied. The numerous empty tables on the terrace and inside were marked as reserved. It's a shame to turn away customers when there was plenty of space. So, it's best to bring your own cooler and not consume anything on the premises; clearly, customers aren't welcome. A disappointing experience.

22/12/2025: The restaurant was closed even though I had received two confirmations. We drove two hours only to find ourselves in front of a closed restaurant that wasn't even answering its mobile phone. They never called back to apologize. In short, shameful! Avoid at all costs.

04/03/2026: Great coffee and very friendly staff! I visited for two days and really enjoyed it. FYI, there’s only one small phone booth, which you need to sign up for upon arrival. From the impression I got, the entire space is designated as a quiet zone, so it wasn’t ideal for taking meetings in the common area. However, this “quiet zone” rule could be communicated more clearly, as a few people were chatting near the café area, and I even had to ask them to lower their voices!

03/03/2026: Nice, easy-to-use Wi-Fi, several power outlets. The snack selection wasn't extensive, and there were no healthy alternatives. But I'm giving it 2 stars mainly because of the unpleasant attitude of the girl with green hair (or whatever it was) at the checkout. I agree with Emmanuelle's comment about Hubsy Arts et Métiers. She doesn't even bother to look at people arriving. She rattles off information without seeing or listening to you. And while we were speaking quietly, she comes up to us and makes a patronizing remark: "You'll have to lower your voice..." Coworking is supposed to mean working together... In fact, as a coworking space, it's best avoided; even whispering makes it impossible. There were two of us, both over 50. The others were alone.

08/04/2026: Overall, a mixed experience that fell short of expectations. The service lacked rigor, both in terms of organization and perceived hygiene, which immediately detracted from the experience (the waiter's hands were wet). The wait was particularly long, to the point that I had to go there myself to retrieve my tray, which appeared to have been misplaced. This situation highlights a lack of follow-up and insufficient coordination within the service.

06/04/2026: The staff were smiling and friendly, and the service was quite fast. In addition, the meal was served piping hot, which was much appreciated. We also noticed that the staff cleaned the tables as soon as a customer left, which demonstrates their professionalism. Even though several items were missing from our order, they apologized when we pointed it out. The only negative point was the restrooms, which were definitely not up to the same standard as the rest of the restaurant.

16/03/2026: I ordered a McFlurry from the kiosks. It was 1:30 PM. At 1:40 PM, I still hadn't received it! I had to ask a young woman about the status of my order. She was surprised to see that she hadn't been served. Ten minutes later, it was finally handed to me in a medium-sized pouch with a stand. But no napkin. The pouch and stand were useless. "Hello" to waste! The service was very poor. And €4.95. Prices have definitely gone up. I won't say "See you soon," but "Goodbye."

22/04/2026: Very good experience. Clean and welcoming restaurant. For a fast food restaurant, I find them very professional.

17/04/2026: Arriving around 10:30 PM with my family, we stopped at this establishment to eat and charge our vehicle before continuing our journey. The charging station was occupied by a vehicle that wasn't charging. I calmly asked if it would be possible to check the situation or contact the customer to free up the space. The manager replied that he "had the right," without any verification or attempt at a solution, even though the station was clearly unused and we were waiting with children and a travel constraint. No alternative was offered, and no real effort was made to address the situation. We were simply left without a solution. In this type of setup (restaurant + charging stations), a minimum level of management of inactive spaces is normally expected to avoid this kind of blockage, which was not the case here. I will report this incident to McDonald's. As it stands, this experience does not meet the expected service standards for an establishment that welcomes the public and travellers.

13/04/2026: Could I get the contact information for Enes, the team member who served me six sevens at the counter? He provided excellent service; I really enjoyed it.

11/04/2026: We ordered three ice creams which took literally 30 minutes to prepare... and even then I had to ask for them at the counter... it was 10 pm and there was practically no one there, so it wasn't a rush...

17/02/2026: Two Golden Menus at €35, the Coca-Cola is disgusting, it's just water with Coke and no carbonation, and they've added a disgusting tax on top of that, it's a rip-off.

15/01/2026: The establishment is not clean at all; the cleanliness of the dining room and tables... it doesn't make you want to sit down in the room.

18/04/2026: The real added value of the Rillieux McDonald's is Anne Catherine, a lady who works there and is wonderful with children and parents... The rest of the team is truly useless, not a smile, not a word, zero!
