24/07/2026: Two stars because the food is good, but everything else is a disgrace. I was charged for the next customer's dessert on my bill, and when I realized this after paying, they didn't even refund me; they just offered to give me what I'd already paid for. So it wasn't even free. I consider this a forced and coerced upsell.

06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

06/07/2026: Absolutely top-notch, nothing to say except that it's perfect. The staff are super friendly, the food is delicious, and the value for money is impeccable.

13/06/2026: Too bad, after we ordered our lasagna, the waitress came an hour later to say that it was no longer available in the kitchen. We had waited patiently. In vain, apparently. We left after that.

04/07/2026: They say they close at 1 AM and 2 AM on weekends, but it's Friday night at 11:50 PM and the drive-thru is closed.

01/07/2026: I came to this McDonald's with a good heart, but I left frustrated, as usual. I successfully placed my order; everything went smoothly until I encountered the "friendly" order taker who didn't even say hello and told me to leave in the waiting area. I'm disappointed in this young man, however, it's a McDonald's I appreciate because the food is better than others.

06/06/2026: I've been going to La Cagnotte for a while now, and every time the welcome has been incredible. Whether it's the super-smiling and very pleasant young women on weekends, or the very professional and helpful evening staff, especially the young man who's currently blond. It's a place where I know I'll have a good time. Regarding prices, there's a bit of everything, but it's all very reasonable. A special mention for the Belleville beers, excellent and brewed right next door… not to mention the cheese and charcuterie boards, fresh and high-quality products… sourced from local businesses, zero carbon footprint. I highly recommend it. Thank you 🙏

08/07/2026: I've often gone there for a drink, but today I wanted to go for a meal. It was around 6:20 PM, and when I asked if they served food, the owner replied, "Not before 1:00 AM, we're not in the Netherlands." Very disappointed. I left after just one drink.

07/07/2026: It should be open 24/7. We go there at 8:10 am for a coffee and everything is closed. You knock on the door and nobody answers, they just stare. It's honestly a terrible McDonald's. When you go there with the kids and they serve you cold food, they don't even give you the sauces, even though you pay for them. Honestly, they need to change all of this.

02/07/2026: Unacceptable experience tonight at 11:57 PM on 2/0/2026 Over 45 minutes wait at the drive-thru for a simple €15 order. When I went to see the manager, she explained that they were understaffed. I can understand that they're short-staffed, but the customer shouldn't have to suffer the consequences. The most disappointing thing is that, despite this exceptional wait, no compensation was offered, even after I asked for it. I'm not questioning the staff, who are probably doing their best, but the restaurant's organization clearly needs to be reviewed. I will not be returning to this McDonald's.

22/07/2026: I sat down to have a beer and watch the people in the square. I ordered a type of salami that came whole on a wooden board with a knife, I thought it was strange but it makes sense. Cutting it right before eating is better. The waiter was attentive and every time I ordered something I had to pay when he served it. Practical and functional.

30/06/2026: A disastrous experience! Frankly, it's a disgrace to serve orders in this state. The fries were barely filled; you pay for a portion but receive a half-empty box. With McDonald's prices these days, it's simply outrageous. The sandwiches were just as pathetic: an enormous amount of lettuce masking the lack of other ingredients, patties that slipped and fell out as soon as you opened the burger—impossible to eat properly. It felt like the burgers were thrown together haphazardly, without any quality control whatsoever. Given the prices, you expect at least a properly prepared order. Between the ridiculously small portions and the poorly assembled burgers, it was a deplorable experience. Perhaps it's time to show a little more respect for customers who are paying more and more. A huge disappointment; I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

12/04/2026: We came for drinks with friends, but were repeatedly disturbed by the waitresses who acted like vultures, jumping onto our table as soon as we'd finished our last sip to grab our glasses. This happened multiple times, even though there were no other customers and therefore no need to collect each glass instantly.
