19/08/2024: Eat well but it's really old McDonald's from the 90s and 2000s! Needs to be refreshed.

22/09/2024: Really very disappointed because today we ordered online in our hamburger we found very green tomatoes and in addition in our order we asked for additional sauces. Well in the end we didn't have any sauce or napkin.

18/09/2024: Clearly more and more expensive nonsense and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. McDonald's is over for me. You pay for a 10-ball menu with a hamburger that is sold as large and well-stocked and you end up with something as small as a double cheese. Even my daughter's hamburger on her €5 menu was bigger. You really take people for idiots.

18/01/2026: Catastrophic!! Nobody in the McDonald's, yet a 35-minute wait for cold fries and mistakes in the order! To top it off, a haughty manager using vulgar language in the kitchen, not listening to the customers. I commend the server for managing to work in those conditions!

17/01/2026: Very disappointed, there were errors in my order. The fries were missing from my meal. I told the person who came to serve me at the table. He came back with a colleague and said, "No, I didn't make them for you." I showed him and proved that he had forgotten them, so I insisted. Then the other person replied, "It's fine, don't get so worked up, madam." I must be dreaming! Where is the respect?

18/01/2026: We came today and ordered several meals, including a Best Of with fries, which was served with the small fries from the Happy Meal kids' menu. I explained this to the woman in charge, who came to our table and told us that was the correct size. Except that we had a large, a medium, and a small Happy Meal fries on our table, so it was easy to compare. Basically, this McDonald's is a disaster. They acted like nothing was wrong, treating us like idiots, even though we were paying. I will absolutely never go back. The manager didn't even offer to change the fries. I told her, "Fine, you'll get a nice commission since the McDonald's belongs to her father."

10/01/2026: The person taking orders at the drive-thru told us to wait; we waited 10 minutes, and he still had the nerve to make unpleasant remarks to us.

20/09/2024: Very disappointed with the drive today 09/20/24 7:20 p.m.! I ordered in addition to two long menus and 1 cheesy box, 1 long sandwich with my loyalty points. I was finally asked to pay for it only to realize that it wasn't given... This isn't the first time this has happened. It's theft. Unacceptable! I tried to contact the restaurant by phone but unreachable!

29/12/2025: As a loyal customer of Brioche Doré on the second floor, I've noticed a blonde waitress with braids who acts like a police officer, checking if everyone is buying food. She's like a radar gun, creating conflicts and arguments with customers. She needs to be stopped; this is unacceptable in 2025. Thank you. We customers come here for peace and quiet, a break, not to be harassed by a police officer. Please resolve this situation; it's outrageous.

26/11/2025: I was very disappointed by the quality of service and order handling. After being a regular customer, this unfortunate double experience has led me to say: I will never return. I first ordered on the ground floor: I waited five minutes for the staff to finish chatting amongst themselves before they finally deigned to take my order. The waiter made a mistake (a pain au chocolat instead of a twisted pastry) and when I pointed out the error, he rudely corrected the order without apologizing or even looking at me, immediately resuming his conversation. My "goodbye" went unanswered. My second attempt was on the second floor: I was the only customer, and I felt like I was bothering them. The service was rather unfriendly. Then came the mistakes: I received a salmon sandwich when I had ordered a tuna one, and I had to insist twice to get my twisted pastry. The worst part is the blatant disregard for basic hygiene: I found a hair directly in the twisted pastry I was served. Between the lack of professionalism (rudeness and inattention) and the serious hygiene issue caused by the hair found in the pastry, I prefer to keep my money. I strongly advise against this establishment.

20/01/2026: So disappointed on several occasions, at this point I'm there, I'm served cold, rubbery crepes made that morning when normally there aren't many people and the waitresses are behind the bar chatting.

This establishment is particularly recommended for its hearty breakfasts, featuring high-quality, well-prepared products. However, be mindful of your arrival time: depending on how busy it is, some items may no longer be available, which is understandable. ✅ Positive points - Warm welcome - Attentive staff - Generous and much-appreciated breakfasts ⚠️ Things to know - Some items may be out of stock depending on the time of day.

08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted. This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd… Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!

10/12/2025: I was served quite quickly, the sandwiches were hot, and the staff was very pleasant. A very nice experience that deserves 5 stars.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.

31/01/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. The hygiene is simply unacceptable: questionable cleanliness, no attention to detail in food preparation—one seriously wonders if they even know the health and safety regulations. The worst part is the owner: obnoxious, contemptuous, and aggressive, with absolutely no respect or professionalism. As a customer, you feel like you're bothering him. If you value your health and dignity, steer clear. This restaurant is a disgrace to the brand. There are far better options elsewhere.

06/01/2026: Bad experience tonight, poor service, missing items on the order and no discount, hygiene is nonexistent... avoid at all costs

30/12/2025: A fairly standard McDonald's overall. The €10 vegetarian meal seems really expensive for what you get: just a potato wedge, a drink, and a burger. The value for money isn't great, although I don't know if the restaurant directly sets the prices. As for the service, no complaints: it was quick and the table service was appreciated. However, the sauces are very limited: just one small sauce for a large portion of fries, which is quite frustrating. It's worth noting, though, that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Overall, a decent experience, but several things leave something to be desired.
