26/02/2026: We had lunch at Les Bonnets Rouges today and it was an extremely pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The decor and ambiance were perfect. The food was delicious and the coffee excellent. As mentioned in other reviews, the restrooms are definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

25/06/2025: We needed some cold drink after walking around the city whole day. We saw this cafe while passing by and it seemed nice, so we decided to go in. The girl at the cash register was nice, but the staff in the kitchen and the barista seems very incapable — from the way they handle the ingredients or even the way they hold the dishes. From that moment, I knew not to expect much. But it was much worse than I expected. I’ve drank the worst Ice Chai Latte ever, tasteless, dull, like some cinnamon in water. And it wasn’t even cold. €6,50 completely wasted.

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.

08/03/2026: Absolutely loved lunch at La Boissonnerie. The wine selection was excellent and the staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to walk in for lunch without a reservation. One of my favorite moments was watching the staff walk across the street to the focacceria to pick up warm, fresh bread. I started with a soup that was incredibly creamy and flavorful — the kind of dish that feels comforting but still refined. For my main, I had the chicken dish, and the purée served with it was unbelievably silky.

31/03/2026: The room was 24 degrees Celsius when I arrived. I had to sleep with the window open, overlooking the boulevard. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster; almost everything was missing. Hygiene was questionable, for example, everyone had to cut their own slice of bread.
30/03/2026: I booked dinner at the restaurant on Sunday, March 29th at 7 pm. When I arrived at the counter, there was a man there. I asked him if the restaurant was open. He replied curtly, without a smile, with utter rudeness and inelegance. I truly don't understand how they could put this type of person in a hotel in the Paris region, where many tourists expect a pleasant and professional welcome and want to project a positive image of the city, but especially of the hotel chain. It's a disgrace! Anyway, he told me it was à la carte and not a buffet, without even looking at me. He didn't even invite me to sit down at a table, which I obviously would have refused, given the reception I received. I left the restaurant; he didn't even say goodbye or anything—unheard of!

26/02/2026: Reply to the owner I recommend you review your recipes. Strawberry soup is made with fresh strawberry puree. What you served me was strawberries in wine. Extremely disappointed with the meal. While the welcome and service were excellent, the same cannot be said for the meal. An appetizer buffet with overly salty charcuterie terrines, mayonnaise swimming in a few raw vegetables, a much-overcooked ham hock for the main course, and for dessert, a strawberry soup where the strawberries weren't fresh and tasted more like canned strawberries. The chef must have been off his game; it's a real shame because we traveled many kilometers to find this place.
15/02/2026: We came the day before Valentine's Day and we loved it! Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wonderful cheese platter! Generous portions, a very friendly waiter, a warm welcome—what more could you ask for? When we're back in the area, we'll definitely return!

13/03/2026: Warm welcome. The appetizers arrived too quickly; the waiter shouldn't have brought the plates to us. First service error. The steak tartare is normally served with onions, capers, gherkins, egg yolk, parsley, Winchester sauce, and mustard. The bare minimum for a proper tartare without asking for anything extra. The result: a tartare with just the meat, egg yolk, ketchup, and mayonnaise. We pointed out the missing ingredients, and received a few lies in response. This is a second mistake, this time in the kitchen. And the bill: a few errors that were corrected. For a first visit, disappointed.
