25/06/2026: Passing through Les Herbiers for an evening, we were recommended by a friendly waiter at a café to book a table at this restaurant, and what a wonderful discovery it was! Lovely decor, very friendly and attentive waitresses, and an excellent meal: a very original starter, followed by a perfectly cooked fish dish, and finally, a truly divine chocolate dessert. If we have the chance to pass through again, we will definitely make arrangements to return.

The flank steak was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and bursting with taste. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the food is prepared with care. Every bite was a delight. The service was also top-notch, with a welcoming and attentive team. Honestly, an excellent find that I highly recommend. I will definitely be back.
