21/12/2023: Je viens souvent car il est situé en face de chez moi mais dans la majorité des cas il y a un problème… La dernière fois il n’y avait pas de frites dans ma commande, l’autre fois le sandwich était incomplet et ce soir : je paie un McCrispy pour au final me retrouver avec le filet de poulet du McChicken… Le temps d’attente est relativement long et la nourriture toujours froide… Le seul point positif est la gentillesse des salariés qui sont très polis et chaleureux. Possible d’améliorer les points cités ci-dessus SVP ?

20/12/2023: Cela fait 3 fois que je commande et trois fois que la nourriture est froide nous avons des frites froides carrément réchauffer ou les sandwiches pareil. Le personnel qui me regarde et jette un sourire en ce moquant de moi! C’est la troisième et dernière fois que je me déplace pour manger dans ce McDo! Quand j’ai demandé de changer les frites la jeune qui étais au comptoir et reparti mettre les frites froide dans l’huile pour nous servir! Et pour ajouter la quantité de la nourriture ne sont pas du tout pareil! Aucun respect et le travail et pas respecté! C’est honteux.

21/08/2024: Several times I come to this Macdonald. Too bad the person who takes the order or the one who prepares does not check the ticket. Waiting more than 25 minutes to hand over the drinks (plus they do not correspond to the order placed). Then waiting 15 minutes to have the crushed sandwiches.

18/09/2024: Mediocre restaurant. Sardine rillettes served in the box. Chicken supreme makes it a small industrial thigh with cold industrial sauce… And we took what was available… Brief…

31/08/2024: To avoid absolutely.... We went with 4 people who were really very disappointed 😞 meal not up to par despite not being complicated dishes, on the other hand pancake at the top. Taste more or less good. Personally I don't recommend... On a personal level, smiling, but that’s all.

27/01/2025: After a concert Saturday evening, we decided to go to the drive-thru to order. Unfortunately, this proved impossible. We were stuck for more than an hour, surrounded by cars, unable to move forward or get out. I ended up going straight to the window to ask if there was a problem, but no one came. My question was completely ignored. Meanwhile, horns sounded, expressing the annoyance of other customers. When the manager finally moved, it was only to shout, without providing any explanation or apology. In the end, we managed to leave this hell, but without being able to order. If managing the crowds after a concert or match is so complicated, it would be better to temporarily close the drive-thru rather than leaving customers in such a situation.

01/12/2024: The pastries are a little expensive but the coffee is truly exceptional And the staff is welcoming. It's very rare to find places with such good coffee (the last time I had such good coffee was in Italy)

08/09/2024: Ashamed, very loyal customer like many, very disappointed on a Saturday evening at midnight with a 30-minute wait, being refused for the third time every Saturday even though it was indicated closed at 1 a.m. Traveling to my favorite restaurant 3 times, being refused 3 Saturdays in a row! Please review your opening hours, we do not close the restaurant before customer opening hours but after. It's not just that! Receiving a bag with several items missing from the order each time is annoying to pay for not having everything! Beautiful evening

07/09/2024: There was almost no one there, we were served after 40 minutes so in the end we were missing things. The sandwiches were all cold. The place to empty the trays was extremely full and dirty.

24/01/2025: It's a pret... coffee, croissant, chocolate... food for thought. Airport tax as always. Same sized portion... twice the price.

16/09/2024: Terrible restaurant? Clearly yes, nothing is clean, I said to myself, let's order this evening, the result was a beautiful little beast in my fries (I didn't put the latter just for the buzz, I have other things to do) I hope to have a refund tomorrow, or I will go directly to the head office, I don't know, I will see with reception tomorrow. Personally it's over there, I ask for a refund and then ciao. In all this I strongly advise against this fast food.

19/08/2024: Good franchise restaurant. The burgers are good and most of the brand's services are available. Table service is very appreciated. Unfortunately, the indelicacy of certain customers means that some tables are dirty during our various visits. We were less appreciative of the delivery via the Macdo+ application. We will prefer to enter the store to buy takeaway or use click & collect. The drive looks very well organized but let's face its success a little. Second downside: the parking lot is a bit chaotic with spaces in front of the drive-thru entrance. The parking lot behind the building is often full, so we end up parking in the Leclerc parking lot next door.

17/08/2024: Disappointed drink no taste (because the syrup bag was probably empty) 20 minutes for her to understand the problem even though I clearly told her. Very dry burger, it looks like they kept it for a while. In short, disgusted.

08/09/2024: 5 good minutes of waiting with 3 people 1m away in the kitchen before someone came just to get some salt in the middle of the afternoon with no one in the McDonald's

05/09/2024: We waited for our order for 1 hour and when the order arrived the fries were cold. Only the waitress was warm. We also waited 30 minutes for ice cream.

16/12/2024: It’s been catastrophic for months, they’re not giving the right orders. We wait in front of the counter for a very long time, the staff don't even say hello. It's deplorable, every drive-thru order I have to go back inside because either something is missing or it's not what I ordered.

07/12/2024: Well seriously there are supervisors as managers for this restaurant or what?? I'm an assistant manager at another fast food restaurant chain... And this is really abuse!! The team member who takes the order has no respect and speaks really badly... When you take more than one drink per order then the drinks must be in a bag and held in place by a 2-hole cardboard There the drinks were given to me in my hand, a bag with my order and my drinks from hand to hand. Trying to drive with two cokes in your hands is no easy feat! I wanted to taste their new mc flurry with honey Certainly the honey was empty and instead of filling it is obviously easier not to use it. There was a tiny drip of honey on my ice cream... I absolutely couldn't taste the taste, the processes are clearly not respected!! I'm really shocked as soon as I come to your house, it's just amazing. I guarantee that I will do everything to contact your franchisee, mine certainly knows them! The world is small I would say the time and date of my visit to your franchisee know that I will not let this time pass! It's shameful to deal with customers like that, me or anyone else, it's unacceptable. All fast food restaurants are currently suffering from understaffing in the franchise, we are seriously short of staff but customers are our priority... I will do everything to get the information back to your frankness, believe me you have come across the wrong person. I am contacting mc donald France this evening to file another complaint and let them know that their brand is being tarnished s briey... Enough is enough!!

09/07/2025: A disgrace! I ordered a cheddar fries as well as a Quebec fries, so in terms of quantity it was clearly a lot of g... and 3 pieces of cheese fighting in the Quebec fries!!! A disgrace!

09/07/2025: Worst McDonald's ever, nauseating. The people who work there are constantly smoking and leaving for the kitchen without washing their hands! The floor is greasy. We came to eat and got food poisoning, thank you, McDonald's!!! Run away!

07/07/2025: One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Wrong order, burger dripping with grease and the burger meat didn't taste at all like other McDonald's which makes you question the freshness.

06/07/2025: A complete team of incompetent people, not a single order served without a hitch. Scrap metal in nuggets, cold fries cooked and recooked, incomplete order, in short, everything to be happy after having traveled 20 km for a McDonald's.
