16/07/2026: Dirty restaurant. Filthy toilets. Unfriendly staff. The ice cream they served me was already melted, and when I asked for a straw, they refused because "it's only for milkshakes." I should have shown them the ice cream to prove that I did, in fact, have a milkshake.

13/07/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment (July 11th around 9:30/10:00 PM). While the food met my expectations, the service was unacceptable. I experienced an abnormally long wait for a small order (15 minutes for an ice cream, followed by another 15 minutes for a drink that I had to ask for twice). No apology was offered for these oversights. The most unacceptable aspect was the staff's attitude: I observed two kitchen employees using their phones instead of working. Beyond the lack of professionalism, this poses a serious hygiene problem, especially since they weren't wearing hairnets. All this in a restaurant that was only a quarter full. In short: A complete lack of consideration and nonexistent service.

05/07/2026: I've been eating at this McDonald's for about 10 years now, and I still don't understand why so many people criticize it. In all that time, I've never had any problems, except once when the takeout order number wasn't the same as the one I received, but otherwise, I highly recommend this McDonald's.

04/07/2026: Over 30 minutes of waiting for a sandwich and two nugget meals is frankly outrageous, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. Given the number of flies in the dining area, I can't imagine what it was like in the kitchen... But when you see the state of the indoor trash cans, you understand why there were so many flies... I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but it wasn't possible because there was no soap in the restrooms. The only positive point was that the staff was friendly.

10/04/2026: We wanted to move a section of the "divisible" sofas for our table of 14, and the waiter gave us a very curt and directive response, with no customer service whatsoever. As a result, we didn't finish our drinks and left...

28/03/2026: We just got back from the Arc 1600 ski resort, so we stopped by this bar... super welcoming for an amazing karaoke night with our group of friends (the sausages 😉). We had the time of our lives. Thanks for the great evening and your hospitality. La Goffa Lolita, the best music ever! 😁

16/07/2026: It's a McDonald's, you know what you're going to eat, the table service is quite quick, and as for the rest, everyone knows what to expect.

05/07/2026: I recommend this McDonald's. The manager is super friendly and good-looking. We had a great meal, super fresh sandwiches, it's a nice change from other McDonald's.

18/07/2026: The worst McDonald's ever. Tiny, filthy toilets, order mistakes, nuggets cooked in what must be dirty oil (full of black spots, no doubt!), and a bizarre taste.

18/07/2026: The worst branch we've visited in a long time. The burgers were cooked with too little sauce, and the fries were lukewarm at best. To make matters worse, the upstairs was in a deplorable state: some tables had trays left by previous customers on them because the trash can was overflowing and garbage was piling up on the floor. Other tables were simply covered in food scraps, so customers had to get their own cleaning supplies downstairs.

20/07/2026: Mixed experience. The service was fairly quick, and the staff were friendly. But there were many mistakes. One order was a double cheeseburger with no bacon, which was corrected on the spot. When I got home, I realized I'd paid extra for an Oasis Boba, but I only received a regular Oasis Boba... On the plus side, the changes were made.

20/07/2026: Hello, I placed a delivery order last week. Upon receiving it, the Coke had spilled in the bag and was completely soggy, making it undrinkable, both food and drinks. Today, I placed another order and paid extra for the FIFA glasses. The result: they were missing from the order. So I called the restaurant to report the problem. They told me that "it happens" and that if I wanted the glasses, I would just have to come and pick them up. This is not the service I paid for when I chose delivery. And don't even get me started on the customer service: the person on the phone was incredibly dismissive, telling me, "Yeah, well, it happens, sometimes you forget." Two orders, two problems, and customer service that makes absolutely no effort to find a solution. This is very disappointing and falls far short of the expectations one has for a brand like McDonald's. In the end, I paid delivery fees, service fees, and an extra charge for the FIFA glasses, but the order I received simply didn't match the one I ordered. This is unacceptable. Which, by the way, isn't an isolated incident at this McDonald's.

15/05/2026: You can eat without cardboard! The new setting is much cozier, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The raspberry cookie is delicious!

02/04/2026: The place has been renovated; it's clean and pleasant. But the Wi-Fi is still terrible: slow, unstable, and unusable. For a Starbucks, it's clearly not up to standard.

06/07/2026: A disgrace!! The owner is aggressive, demands to see your credit card, throws the receipt in your face. Refuses to serve bread, refuses to change a side order, and the food arrives cold. As for cleanliness: the bottle necks are filthy, the pepper is from 2022, the "homemade" mayonnaise is so spicy it's inedible… in short, don't even go in, the owner might bite you!!!

31/07/2026: It's 3 PM and there's nobody in the restaurant! It's incredibly slow, taking 30-40 minutes to get my order. That's outrageous!

26/07/2026: The delivery was so slow, it's appalling. It would take less time to make it yourself. Plus, a drink was missing, and when I got home, the 9 nuggets were only 4, plus the napkins. Avoid at all costs!
