14/09/2024: Catastrophic! Team members in slow motion, 30 minutes before getting our order. Teammate next door who fills cartons of sauce instead of lending a hand... and they chat quietly in front of the exasperated customers. Is there a manager here? And frankly disgusting sandwich. Rotten salad bathed in way too much sauce, disgusting! Never tested such a bad and poorly managed fast food restaurant. Quick doomed to disappear? It’s deserved.

31/08/2024: Mc Donald's really very dirty, the tables, chairs and floor are sticky, food drying out. Don't want to eat there... What is the manager for? Hygiene is the basis of even fast food.

29/09/2024: A fuir !!!! Nous achetons un menu Big Mac nous repartons avec un sandwich sans viande! visiblement elle a été oublié! Et comme nous étions déjà partis.... Ce n'est pas la première fois....autant dire que nous irons ailleurs la prochaine fois !

22/09/2024: Arrivée 18h 20 minutes d attente Croque mac do sans dessus dessous !!!! Pas de papier sur les plateaux !!! 1 sauce par personne

13/09/2024: Accueil déplorable, qualité des produits douteuse, la glace rhum raisin m'a rendu malade, si vous voulez manger des glaces allez plutôt au supermarché. Avec un peu de chance, ce commerce devrait fermer rapidement !!!

06/09/2024: To avoid clearly, the reception is catastrophic. The managers are deplorably friendly. The manager was more busy talking to a neighboring shopkeeper rather than listening to our order. We wanted to order ice cream at 5 p.m. They inform us that it is impossible. The churros are small unlike the Miam Miam stand. Clearly move on, they think the turnover will happen by itself!

20/08/2024: MC Donald...The burger was lukewarm. The cold service...I'm not even talking about the atmosphere.

17/08/2024: At the drive-thru the team is very rude, no hellos, nothing at all, the waiter skipped us for at least 5 minutes and they take 20 minutes to make a mc first menu, it's very disappointing.

21/12/2023: Unpleasant staff does not give us time to choose, mistake in the breads, endless wait therefore cold sandwich despite the few people in the restaurant. No choice of desserts just two cookies. Disgusting tables and room as well as toilets. I won't go back there.

21/12/2023: Fortunately the sandwiches are good because everything else needs to be reviewed: no fountain drinks for over a year (but still trendy), outdated prices, missing a lot of ingredients even at the start of the service, not of change, very nice staff but with a big lack of smile and training... And finally an endless wait!!! In short, Mr. Manager, react: you have a great tool in your hands but you are not using it at all!!!

04/09/2024: Meal today 04/09/24 We are installed in the room and everything is going well. Two McDonald's employees arrive and sit on a table on the terrace on the games side to smoke a cigarette. And the guy vomited twice on the terrace because he was completely cooked. He can barely stand up. After that he went straight to the kitchen like nothing. I don't have the right to put a photo but I will describe it because for me this person should return home with a blame or even more. He's a strong man with a ponytail and a blue scrunchie for tonight. He is dressed in a white shirt and black pants like the managers. I don't know what image the director of this establishment wants to show but I doubt that it will be this one. It is clear that I am not ready to return to this establishment. Good luck to those who eat after us.

26/11/2024: Euh... c'est une honte l'attente au drive ! Plus de 30 min pour 6 voitures 😂 Fast food mon œil pour ne pas dire autre chose ! Le " c'est pas de notre faute on est blindé " quand le restaurant est vide... ça passe pas les gars ! Il faut du personnel hein pour tenir un fast food ! A deux ils ne peuvent évidemment pas y arriver les petits jeunes ! Qui soit dit en passant sont charmants.

17/08/2024: Commande passée pour trois: attente I terminable. Bien souvent, la machine à glace ne fonctionne pas... La qualité de ce genre d'établissement n'est pas au rendez vous.

15/12/2024: De passage à Poitiers et j'ai pris un Mcfish ... avec un vieux poisson pané repasser à la friture pour resservir au client ... c'est une honte !! Je ne comprends pas que le service client de McDo France ne fait rien malgré les mauvaises notes concernant l'établissement !

12/12/2024: Le service long, manque d'énergie et de politesse. Attendre 40 minutes pour un "Fast food" avoir 2 plateau pour une même commande avec 5 minutes d'intervalle. Froid ... Le troisième plateau n'est toujours pas rendu ...

30/08/2024: Getting worse and worse! 8€ for these 2 half-filled ice creams. Unable to provide a photo letter to support my review, it was a sundae and a flurry.

29/08/2024: I ordered a salad to take away. no sauce no cutlery. nice meal with your fingers! I had a voucher from the Chartres cinema entitling me to a sandwich for the purchase of a maxi best of menu. I took a maxi best of mac nuggets menu for 9€70 (I looked at the price later). I wanted a 280 sandwich but the waitress told me that it was not possible because the 280 alone is more expensive than the nuggets menu except I just looked also, the 280 sandwich is 7€20 so less expensive than the menu that I had taken. so I opted for a mac first sandwich. I went to McDonald's for my children, we're not ready to go back.

28/09/2024: Classic McDonald's as we know them. Lots of mixed generations, it’s nice… good atmosphere. It feels good to hurt yourself with too many calories. We'll regret it later 😃😃

12/09/2024: Very disappointed with Mc Donald the waiter doesn't understand anything in the end instead of having a maximum we had a normal meal, and for the drinks you are told when you give your order that all the drinks are zero, staff really not competent, I will not come back to your place again

19/09/2024: fast service but very dirty environment, room not cleaned as well as the tables and especially the trays where meals are served

16/09/2024: The staff is more pleasant towards customers than before and there was a lot of effort to be made. The burgers still arrive cold at the table as do the fries but it's already better.

28/09/2024: Overall, it's a very good and nice McDonald's. However, being a fast food restaurant, there can often be a shortage of staff, mainly made up of students. They have the courage to work until very late at night, but many clients do not realize that after a week of classes, these students need to rest. Yes, there may be an oversight or two, but negative criticism is not constructive.

28/09/2024: Management to be reviewed: recruiting beginner students, no follow-up point and receipt of a registered letter at home to warn that Mac do is ending the trial period. Hello, the frankness of managers who do not even explain to the employee what is wrong, so that he can progress. And welcome young people to the harsh world of work!!!
