24/07/2026: I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Location is perfect too - close to everything and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

08/06/2026: The hotel does not live up to the expected Mercure standard. We stayed on a Saturday night for an early Sunday departure from Orly. No restaurant on weekends! There's an advertisement for the restaurant, conveniently omitting the fact that it's only open during the week. There's nothing nearby except a McDonald's and a pizza vending machine. Breakfast is served late on weekends, whereas it's served from 5 a.m. on weekdays?? For a hotel whose guests are potential Orly travelers, this is incomprehensible. You pay for a room + breakfast package, but you don't get breakfast. They tell you a package will be ready instead. What a disgrace! Extremely low-quality products and no drinks. Unbelievable, but this establishment is downgrading its weekend guests. The room is outdated, still has a bathtub, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's impossible to open the windows because there aren't any, supposedly for safety reasons. In short, an evening and a night to forget very quickly, and an establishment banned from our address books.

24/09/2026: I ordered a set menu, but unfortunately the service wasn't very pleasant. The person who served me seemed rather cold and sour, without a smile or any real friendliness. It's a shame, because the welcome plays a big part in the customer experience. In any case, it doesn't really make me want to come back.

09/07/2026: The service was shockingly inefficient! I've never waited so long (30 minutes!!!) to be served at a McDonald's drive-thru, and this during a very quiet time (mid-afternoon), for a ridiculously simple order that would have been incredibly quick to prepare: a McFlurry and a coffee! It was already a bad start: just to take my order, I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the employee made a mistake taking it, followed by the incredibly long payment process, which is usually almost instantaneous. Another abnormally long wait to collect my order, and finally, I was told the coffee machine was broken. I was eventually refunded after two different employees came to assist me. Please be more efficient and responsive when problems arise, instead of making customers wait unnecessarily.

06/07/2026: On July 6th, once again, the iced coffee I ordered arrived literally boiling hot. The first time this happened (several weeks ago), I had to ask for the coffee three times before a young woman behind the counter noticed our problem and finally made an ICED coffee. Today, I was served an "iced" coffee twice, with the explanation, "That's all we can do, I added ice cubes," even though the coffee was BOILING HOT, in 40-degree heat, remember. In short, if you want an iced coffee, this isn't the McDonald's in Villefranche to go for; all the other McDonald's can do it, apparently not this one. Paying almost €5 for an iced coffee, having to fight for it, and not even getting what I ordered is a complete rip-off.

21/09/2026: As an Uber Eats delivery driver myself, I wanted to leave a positive review for your employee Emy, who is very attentive, respectful, and does her job perfectly. Unfortunately, in some restaurants, delivery drivers aren't always welcomed or treated with respect. It's therefore particularly pleasant to encounter such a friendly, young, dynamic, and respectful team. I really wanted to emphasize this and encourage you to keep up the good work. Well done to the whole team! 🙂

02/09/2026: So, I'm taking the liberty of leaving a rather disastrous review, and I notice that my opinion has already been mentioned. What shocks me most is the appalling attitude of the staff, who are extremely unpleasant. I think a mystery shopper would be welcome to get a better understanding of the attitude your customers are denouncing in your establishment. Furthermore, I've noticed the lack of interest your staff shows when you mention this. I think it would be wise for you, Mr. Manager, to conduct an analysis of your establishment, if I may, because your staff's incompetence is driving away your customers. As a resident of Cannes myself, I will not be returning. Have a nice day.

31/08/2026: Very disappointed. The almond bread, priced at €3.90, was very dry, had no almond flavor, and tasted like it was a day old. Far too expensive for the quality. What a shame.

26/08/2026: This is my second visit, the staff is always very welcoming. I come alone, yet it's still a very warm experience. Try the wok dishes, they're superb! The satay sauce was really good. Thank you again, I'll be back.

20/08/2026: Zero stars would be more appropriate. The waitress was shouting in Chinese to each other, the Thai wok had a horrible burnt and gassy taste—impossible to eat—and they charged us €5 for wasting it. The buffet was awful, tasteless, frozen food, and the sushi was dreadful. Avoid at all costs!

12/04/2026: McDo de Tavers très décevant !!! çà n'est pas une 1ère concernant ce McDo et toujours même problèmes : service bcp trop long et à chaque fois, il manque quelque chose ou erreur de commande complète ! L'erreur est humaine mais quand elle se répète systématiquement çà n'est plus une erreur mais de l'incompétence. On a le droit à un "désolé" et on vous remet ds le sac le sandwich sans compensation (manquement, attente +++ ...). Bref, c'est très moyen !!! Dernière expérience début avril 2026 : encore 1 oubli de sandwich. On me dit que "non" tout figure dans le sac. Je finis par tout enlever devant tout le monde et on finit par me dire "ah, oui, effectivement, il manque un sandwich". (rires ds l'équipe McDo qui s'en amuse) J'ai l'impression vraiment de déranger et on me parle avec dédain. Extremely unpleasant, and not the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. I get home and my daughter finds a cheeseburger WITHOUT CHEESE!!! Same for my husband's! As for me, I ordered a cheeseburger without ketchup => result: with ketchup! This is REALLY unacceptable, and it's been going on for far too long! The responses given to customers regarding reviews are always the same (bordering on sarcastic and barely acknowledging responsibility. A blatant display of bad faith that promises change but never comes!). Disrespectful to customers in several respects (food, service, cleanliness...). What a SHAME! Thankfully, BURGER KING is opening very soon in Baule, so goodbye to McDonald's Tavers (unprofessional!!!! Probably the worst McDonald's in France) and hello to the new location that will actually prepare and serve the sandwiches we ordered :) Goodbye McDonald's Tavers Hello BK :)

25/02/2026: The person who usually cooks was absent. Especially if it wasn't him, run away! It was awful, overcooked even though we asked for it rare, NOTHING was good. Too bad, we're done with it.

14/09/2026: Terrible service. At first, we thought it was mainly directed at foreign tourists, but then we realized it was the same for French people. The food was okay. The view is amazing. But as a guest, I shouldn't have to put up with being rude. There are other restaurants with the same view.

13/09/2026: Very disappointed. My friends and I wanted to have lunch at this restaurant, but our food never arrived, even after we followed up. We waited over an hour. It's a shame. What's more, several tables in front of us were served well before us, even though they arrived after we did. No compensation was offered. It's a shame…

22/09/2026: 30 minutes for one menu tonight at 10 pm, they were all lost and disorganized... I don't recommend it

11/09/2026: Very disappointed… The box of fries was barely full, same for the ice cream… For the price, it’s very disappointing.

04/09/2026: Okay... Order placed at 10:35 AM, arrived at the store at 10:37 AM, picked up via click & collect at 10:47 AM... 12-minute wait for a 20-minute break, ordering two McSmart meals... No speed whatsoever... From what I could hear, their toaster tripped the whole machine, overloaded with plugged-in appliances... We also heard that the salt was put in a still-wet container. I had to say, "Send me the buns without toasting them, I'll be late," for the order to arrive... Thanks to the young woman at the fries counter who served them directly and was quick and responsive, but I'm disappointed... First time at the Hérouville McDonald's and last time...

20/09/2026: Sunday evening, nobody was in the McDonald's (14 people exactly), nobody at the drive-thru either… arrived at 10:05 PM, served at 10:30 PM… kitchen in the middle of cleaning while preparing our orders 👍… well done, this allows us to have time to leave you great reviews…

04/05/2026: The place to be in Valletta for a wonderful lunch and afternoon on the terrace after a morning of skiing. The staff is fantastic and the location is excellent, all at reasonable prices (for a mountain resort).
