24/09/2026: Parking is very limited. Our order took about 15 minutes to arrive, drinks were served without ice, the menus lacked sauces, and everything was lukewarm. It's a shame because the staff seems young and friendly.

17/09/2026: Very disappointed. I wanted to be honest because the young woman made a mistake with the change; she gave me too much. I went back to give her more, thinking I'd get something in return, but I got nothing at all!

30/05/2026: A horror! A VERY serious hygiene problem. I bought several items (bread, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins) and found a mouse dropping directly on the pain aux raisins. The negative reviews about this bakery are confirmed. It's a disgrace. In addition to the health hazard (risk of disease), the service is deplorable, completely unprofessional (no smiles, they laugh in your face). I will never go back. Absolutely avoid it.

22/09/2026: I wanted to order a vanilla milkshake, but I was served coffee. When I asked the waitress for a change, she told me she had better things to do. She was wearing a purple shirt with her hair in a bun (very unpleasant, avoid her).

19/09/2026: Hello, after ordering a Best of double cheeseburger meal and two milkshakes, I had to wait 32 minutes, only to find my fries weren't included in my order 🥲 Luckily, I didn't order anything bigger, otherwise I would have waited three days. This isn't the first time this has happened. No improvement whatsoever, disappointing. Sorry, but I won't be going back.

30/08/2026: I went to the cake shop to celebrate a special occasion this August. I received a very warm welcome from Juice, who was attentive, kind, and helpful. The pastries are refined and perfectly balanced. The team made the experience even more special. I highly recommend it for an afternoon treat. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing.

05/04/2026: Arrived quickly just minutes before closing. Very friendly staff. Top products, as are the prices! Please note that the Cake Shop is the counter of the Camille restaurant; there's no sign.

12/09/2026: I ordered a cookie and cream frappuccino and was extremely disappointed. Not only did it not taste right, but the ice in my glass was unblended. The chunks were large enough to clog my straw and ruin my experience. And don't even get me started on the pathetic customer service. I understand it's busy and difficult to manage, but that's no excuse for ruining your customers' experience!

07/09/2026: The staff were absolutely lovely; the gentleman who served me even gave me some advice, and I'm so glad I listened to him—it made all the difference! Go there without hesitation!

26/09/2026: I waited 25 minutes for two items, but what disappointed me most was the interaction with an employee who, instead of checking if there was a problem with my order, simply told me "it happens" the three times I approached her at the counter. Thank you to the security guard who actually listened to me and asked to take my order!

26/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to see people who are passionate about what they do and know how to share that passion with their customers. That's certainly the case with this little café/shop where we stopped to restock our matcha. An excellent matcha latte frappé, freshly prepared on-site, was a fantastic bonus for surviving the Parisian summer heat!

24/07/2026: Undrinkable matcha: clearly matcha-flavored water. All for 7 euros, what a rip-off! Avoid it.

14/09/2026: Unbelievable, I stopped at this McDonald's tonight thinking, "Okay, I'll make a small exception." I get to the drive-thru where they're supposed to take one car out of every two, so it's already a bad start. Never mind. When my turn finally comes, I place a reasonable order: a Maxi Best Of, Royal Deluxe, fries, and a Coke. And right there on the screen, I see "no sugar, no ma'am, I'd like a regular Coke." I add a Double Cheeseburger and a Chocolate Sundae without peanuts. Oh yes, and a potato sauce. I wait patiently for my turn at the little counter to pick up my order. We'll overlook the staff's lack of friendliness. After all, they're not there to serve orders, but I can understand that people can be jaded these days. I pick up my order and taste my Coke, which tastes like medicine. I have to say, I hate the kind of Coke McDonald's serves—zero, sugar-free, diet, or whatever. So I brushed it off and told myself, oh well, there are worse things. I checked that my potato sauce was in the bag—you'll recognize the loyal McDonald's customer who's used to not getting his sauces. I hit the road, nibbling on a fry now and then, dipping it in the sauce, and ate my sandwiches. Imagine my surprise! When I went to enjoy my ice cream, it was completely gone. In short, yet another McDonald's with disastrous service.

13/09/2026: I'm not going to talk about quality, but about punctuality. It opens at 10:00 AM. Nothing at 10:00 AM this Sunday, not even 10:30 AM. For deliveries. Correct your hours on the website or get your teams moving to be on time.

14/08/2026: Pastries, viennoiseries, sandwich bread: so little is homemade, and yet they still manage the feat of messing up the baking/defrosting.

05/08/2026: Perfect, top-notch quality for my guesthouse. The Marseille specialties are all there, and my guests ask for the address, which I naturally pass on. Cleanliness, freshness, and crusty, golden bread. I'm very demanding because it's the first smile my guests get at breakfast in my exotic garden. If they're happy, everything is fine. Thank you to Emilie for running this bakery and pastry shop to perfection; I recommend it without hesitation.

28/09/2026: It's a shame this McDonald's doesn't have convenient opening hours. The restaurant opens at 10 a.m., while many people start work early and would appreciate being able to grab a coffee or breakfast before heading to work. An earlier opening would be much appreciated.

27/09/2026: I came on a Sunday around 1 p.m., and it's without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order. When it arrived, the tray was simply disgusting, covered in crumbs and stains. But the worst part was the organization and attitude of the service: - Particularly unfriendly staff who sighed as soon as we dared to ask for anything. - Mistakes and omissions in the order (especially the sauces). When my partner went to the counter, the server ordered the wrong sauce and categorically refused to take it back, demanding that we pay again for the sauces that were included in our meals! I had to get up myself to get the problem fixed. We wasted 10 minutes because of their mistake. Then it happened again: the toys from the children's menus were missing, as well as the manga from the current offer, which we had paid extra for. Back at the counter, no one acknowledged us, even though we weren't the only disgruntled customers waiting. Disheartened, we finally gave up and went back to our seats. To top it all off, the state of the dining area was unacceptable: the floor was soaked (as if a bucket of water had been spilled) and the bins were overflowing. It was extremely filthy. An establishment to absolutely avoid.
