17/08/2026: Unfortunately, I can't rate their food because we wanted to try it, but after waiting for over 45 minutes after ordering through Uber Eats, the restaurant cancelled the order... without any explanation. Nothing. What a shame.

12/08/2026: I really like their kebab wraps, which I find very good, but I'm unfortunately often disappointed by their tacos, especially the chicken tender one. The chicken is regularly overcooked and therefore quite dry, and I find it lacks sauce to make the taco more moist and enjoyable. A cheese sauce would really add that little something extra. It's a shame because with a few adjustments, it would be so much better 😊

25/09/2026: We had cocktails, I had a Picon beer which didn't taste like anything, my friends had one which didn't taste like anything, I think it's not difficult to put the dose right.

17/09/2026: They don't serve coffee at 4:30 PM anymore. But they do serve doubles. Pushing you to buy more so you pay more. A coffee, and yes, it doesn't bring in much profit. It's a disgrace.

26/09/2026: Avoid the drive-thru; twice out of three visits they made a mistake with the delivery: fries instead of potatoes, bacon wrap instead of goat cheese. Having to check everything every time is really annoying!

15/09/2026: Very disappointed, yet again. I ordered takeout today, requesting a box of 6 nuggets, and when I got home I discovered there were only 2 in the box. It's unacceptable to have to check your order every time. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time: with my previous takeout order from this McDonald's, the portion of fries was ridiculously small. With every takeout order, there's a problem: quantity, missing items, or mistakes in the order. It's becoming really frustrating, especially when you pay for something and don't receive what you ordered. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this McDonald's until the service improves.

26/08/2026: After climbing Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, a little crêpe break was definitely in order! 🥞⛰️ And what a pleasant surprise! Delicious crêpes, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a lovely ambiance. 😍 A fantastic little spot discovered along the way, perfect for refueling after a hike! I'll definitely be back! 😊

17/06/2026: Avoid this place. They don't mention that the minimum spend is €10, so they push you to spend more. We're at the end of our vacation and don't necessarily have any cash left. The waiter or the owner is completely nonchalant.

12/06/2026: No welcome whatsoever, not even a hello. The service was completely impolite. The drink was okay, just cold bottled water 🤪🤪🤪🤪. We wanted to have lunch, but given the waiter's lack of enthusiasm, we left! And to top off our brief visit, the bill was placed on the table without a single thank you. Saying goodbye must have been an extra charge. I can understand the staff being fed up at the end of the season, but in June?!

12/09/2026: It's been a year since I last went to this McDonald's, and nothing has changed: neither the friendliness of the drive-thru staff, nor the problems with the sandwiches, nor the wait. Yet I thought things would improve with the opening of the Burger King 200 meters away. It's a shame; some things in Chelles never change.

12/09/2026: The service management is disastrous. The staff is hostile and doesn't listen to their customers. The ice cream is made immediately upon arrival of the order. It has time to melt while waiting for the final product. We politely requested that the ice cream be delivered later, which was refused due to a staff shortage at that time. I am a customer and I shouldn't have to suffer because of the team's poor organization.

18/09/2026: No complaints about the food (it's McDonald's, after all), but the staff were a bit odd and it closed very early for a McDonald's on the side of a highway, in my opinion. Perhaps the drive-thru could stay open a little longer.

13/09/2026: Stopped here on the way (just like last year, by chance). The food is slightly substandard, which is what we've come to expect from McDonald's. The toilets (urinals) were perfectly clean. All in all, nothing special, just okay.

11/09/2026: I'm a truck driver and I travel all over France. I've stopped at this McDonald's for lunch several times. It's always clean, and the staff is efficient. The fries are piping hot. The food is good and served at the right temperature. For me, it's the best McDonald's in France.

29/08/2026: Another wonderful experience at this McDonald's… and, as usual, portion sizes are clearly optional. I ordered at the drive-thru tonight: the fries were served with less than half the box full. The McFlurry? Same story, with such a ridiculously small portion that you wonder if the spoon was actually used to serve or just for show. I pointed out the problem to an employee: they gave me properly filled fries—proof that it was perfectly possible to serve a normal portion from the start—and for the McFlurry, they generously added… a tablespoon of ice cream. Thanks for the extra luxury. And the best part? This isn't new. I already reported the exact same problem in a review a year ago. A year later, it's the same old story. At this point, it's not an occasional mistake, it's a real habit. You pay the price of a product, so you expect to receive the product and the corresponding quantity. Not having to check every single box and ask for what you just paid for. Frankly, it's outrageous. If the portions are intentionally reduced, perhaps they should consider adjusting the prices accordingly. Because paying full price for half the product, then having to ask for a normal portion, isn't customer service, it's taking people for fools. And don't give me the "it happens" excuse. Once, yes. Twice, fine. But for months on end, and despite a first review a year ago? No. It's perhaps time the management of this establishment seriously addressed the problem, because eventually, customers will go elsewhere. Special mention for the drive-thru: quick to pay, much less generous when it comes to filling the boxes.

24/09/2026: I'm writing this review tonight because, afterwards, I'm speechless. I went to the checkout to pay with a receipt showing €29.05, and the cashier charged me a €1.30 tax. I was ripped off; this tax wasn't mentioned anywhere. BE CAREFUL!

05/09/2026: The waiter was rude and unpleasant. He pressured us to order more, complaining that we would order again later, saying he was "used to it." Then he got our order wrong. He then rushed us to eat and leave quickly, claiming our table was reserved and lying that he had told us at the beginning of the meal! We were very disappointed with the service and the overall experience. It's a shame because the food is very good and the location is lovely, with its small square.

02/09/2026: I had the pleasure of having lunch there with friends, and we had a fantastic time for two reasons: - The food - Especially the atmosphere!!! The staff are very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this excellent Parisian brasserie!!!

25/05/2026: This review applies to the restaurant only. The service was unfriendly, and the quality was very questionable. Be prepared to wait, especially at the start of peak season, as we waited almost half an hour for a carafe of water (in 34-degree heat, that's really pushing it) and a burger that wasn't cooked properly. Our food was lukewarm, and judging by the burger bun and the frozen fries, which were as hard as a rock, you have to wonder if the plates hadn't cooled down somewhere before reaching our table... I want to emphasize the desperately long wait; our neighbors had to help themselves to salt from another table that hadn't been cleared yet. We even shared our sauces with them because they were forgotten. The only good point is that the portions weren't too large or too small, but overall it's really very average, and the numerous Routard awards it has received in the past don't guarantee the current quality.

24/08/2026: It was delicious and wonderfully funny! Thank you to the two young women at the drive-thru this past Monday at 2 a.m. for their kindness, their excellent service, and their humor. It's wonderful to experience moments of conviviality like that these days! Good people still exist!

24/08/2026: My sundae was completely liquid, my milkshake wasn't even strawberry flavored but vanilla, and on top of that, it was impossible to drink it with a straw. The staff remade it but told me that's just how it is, even though I've been drinking milkshakes at McDonald's for 15 years.

03/09/2026: The staff seemed lost at their jobs, completely clueless about how to make coffee. I asked for a latte, but they didn't give it to me too hot, and the milk frothed and there was just coffee grounds inside. Paying €4.90 for this…
