02/07/2026: Contrary to some reviews I've seen (perhaps they were too old, or maybe I just happened to be there on the right day), McDonald's is great. I was amazed by the speed of service. Everything was delicious and piping hot. The order was complete and even beautifully presented (I've never seen a wrap so well packaged). I highly recommend it.

20/06/2026: I'm sorry I chose this McDonald's. The burger was cold, it looked like it had been made an hour ago. I don't think the sauce was even the right one, nor was the bun. My son was the same; he only ate half of it because he was freezing. The fries went straight in the bin. It's unbelievable that at another McDonald's just 10 minutes away, the experience is a thousand times better…

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.

18/07/2026: I urge the manager of this McDonald's to better supervise their team, especially the manager, who seems completely out of his depth. Order placed on July 17, 2026, at 6:37 PM. After a long wait, I had to leave my table to go and ask for our meal. The manager finally handed me the tray, but all the food was cold. I pointed out the problem to him. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he turned on his heel and asked a colleague to handle it. Being a manager isn't just about getting paid; it's also about taking responsibility. In my opinion, he's not suited for this position, and the employees seem to have realized this, since they're doing whatever they want. During the hour we were there, some people took up to three breaks. A very disappointing experience.

17/07/2026: Disastrous service. I waited for my order for over 40 minutes. They told me they'd thrown it away and were making another one, but they did nothing. 20 minutes later, they finally gave it to us, but it was takeaway and lukewarm, even though we had ordered it in. The manager was unpleasant.

03/07/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats I ordered a Royal Bacon meal. So disappointed. The burger tasted good, but I'm still looking for the bacon. The fries… they're not great even when they're hot, but these arrived cold. And given that it was 33 degrees Celsius (91 degrees Fahrenheit), don't tell me it was because of the travel time. I'll never order from them again. Long live BK

11/07/2026: The welcome wasn't the warmest, but it was still acceptable. We ordered some specialty breads; they were good, but there was indeed a slight taste on the bottom of the loaf. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'd say it was a mixture of yeast and old flour. A good cleaning or replacing the baking mats would certainly be necessary. It's a shame because otherwise, the breads are good.

11/07/2026: So… I might be lucky, judging by some of the reviews, but every time I go, I'm never disappointed! That said, I don't get sandwiches, bread, or croissants, so I can't comment on those, but their Basque cream cake is my absolute favorite! And I've tried quite a few… and the "Russian" cake is a delight, truly like the ones my Russian neighbors used to make when I lived with them a long time ago (but you have to like cream and hazelnuts 😉). All this at a very reasonable price.

01/08/2026: When will this place finally close down and be taken over by someone who knows how to manage staff and start from scratch, given the disastrous commercial, culinary, and aesthetic experiences at this establishment? Go to Solaize, Chasse, or even Vienne instead, but never to Chaponnay; you'll regret it.

30/07/2026: I usually go to this McDonald's and I've never had a problem, but today I was shocked. In 35-degree heat, I decided to eat outside because I have a 2-month-old baby. The air conditioning was incredibly strong, there was one open parasol, and three out of four tables were plugged in. I sat near the second parasol because I also have a 2-year-old who's a bit of a nuisance, so I thought I'd ask if they could open the parasol. Other people were arriving, and no one came to tell me no, so I stayed in the sun. A group of three arrived and also asked for the parasol to be opened. The man told them NO, there was shade over there... so we were forced to sit right next to other people to avoid the sun. Bravo to you! And don't tell me it doesn't open! Anyway, 2 stars for the two ladies who served.

20/07/2026: Visited last night... The place was empty, but there was a long wait. The employees bringing the trays looked glum, some had their hands in their pockets. And to top it off, the trays arrived barely warm.

19/07/2026: The tables were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. The three sundaes were melted and presented haphazardly. One bag of peanuts was missing. We ordered a Coke with ice, but it arrived without. The play area was littered with spit and gobs of phlegm... Disgusting... We quickly retrieved the children... And don't even get me started on the NON-EXISTENT hygiene of the toilets.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

25/07/2026: The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room was very clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. I came with my grandson. The meals were piping hot. I will return.

23/07/2026: A terrible experience. I had to send my burger back because it was inedible. The cook didn't even bother to make me another one. My burger was thrown in the trash and the service moved directly to the next customer, without any solution or apology. It's truly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I won't be going back.
