19/08/2026: Terrible experience with the elder lady who told us that we have to eat for three people if we are in three... then as she was leaving the table she told us (but quietly) that the next time we shouldn't come. Apparently her service is always appalling. If you like to wait forever, get stale bread and be told off then come to this place. If you prefer a regular service go somewhere else. But the meat dishes were pretty good.

19/08/2026: The welcome was subpar; no greeting whatsoever, the waitress offered us nothing, we felt more like we were bothering them than anything else. I've been coming to Megève for 25 years, and this establishment has been getting worse and worse for the past few years. I strongly advise against going there.

19/08/2026: This is the second time I've ordered ice cream from them and it's melted. I go back to the counter to complain (I ask for a non-melted ice cream). The staff I get tell me is, "There's nothing I can do, it's hot." Well, I can't do anything about it either, but I paid for ice cream, not a milkshake. I find this unacceptable.

17/08/2026: The service was appalling. The servers got our orders wrong, mixed up all the trays, and then when the drinks arrived, they fell right near us. Between the mistakes in our order and the cleanliness of the place... it was the worst McDonald's experience so far.

26/08/2026: For me, it's an institution and the best kebab in Grenoble! Plus, the staff is so friendly, I love going there!

23/09/2026: I ordered this Wednesday the 23rd. The items promised as free weren't included. The fries from the kebab menus weren't included either. I find this disastrous for the price. I pay to receive what I ordered, and it's not the first time. I won't order again.

06/07/2026: Don't go with children; the waitress can't stand them and apparently even pulled out a knife to pop a balloon, for example... which led to the police showing up. Tonight she yelled at our children who were playing, took over the accessible stage, and put up barrier tape even though it belongs to the town hall... while the children were just dancing. In short, I'm a resident and I see that this is just a tourist trap trying to make it look like the "French Riviera" in a 5-star hotel, but here we are families, generous, warm, and the laughter of children is what gives our valley a future! Sincerely.

18/08/2026: I stopped there to eat and work with a colleague. Lyndia and Léa gave us a very warm welcome. They were very professional, friendly, and offered great advice (with a touch of humor). I highly recommend it!

03/04/2026: It had been 10 years since I had been to this shop, we got some pastries which were amazing and unbeatable value for money, we really enjoyed them, highly recommended for snacks as well as special occasions.

22/01/2026: What a disappointment, what a fiasco! A Christmas log ordered at a price to match! The sponge cake was dry, even though we had previously tasted slices from the shop. Not a single gesture of compensation. Avoid this pastry shop; they have absolutely no consideration for their customers.

12/09/2026: I was pleasantly surprised! I've been coming to Rang-du-Fliers for years, and I'd been advised against going to your chip shop. Well, I can now say that your fries are EXCELLENT!!! And that's coming from a Belgian!! They're crispy and, most importantly, not greasy at all. Plus, they're fresh fries with no peelings or black spots. So I recommend all my fellow Belgians try them; you won't be disappointed!!! Well done, and thank you again. Thanks to you, I had a very good meal 😉♥️

20/08/2026: This was my first time there, and it's the first time I haven't enjoyed the fries. While the older lady was pleasant to talk to, the younger one wasn't friendly. I won't be going back.

19/07/2026: We tried a Royal chocolate cake (Trianon) and were very disappointed. The flavors seemed very artificial, giving the impression of poor-quality ingredients. A very strong chemical aftertaste, even slightly reminiscent of dish soap, lingered. This pastry gave us no pleasure whatsoever. Based on this experience, we do not recommend it.

30/08/2026: It had been years since I'd been to this McDonald's. The dishes were dirty, the place was deserted, and the service was incredibly slow, especially since the food was cold. And the state of the restrooms? Don't even get me started... the overall cleanliness of this McDonald's is truly deplorable.

31/07/2026: Very disappointed. I came three years ago and we loved it. Today, the hygiene is appalling: dead flies everywhere, cold sandwiches, and bland taste. What a shame.

07/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. The hygiene is appalling, the food was full of flies. 🤮 The service was terrible; the waiter didn't even know what I ordered and was very unpleasant. Way too expensive for a sandwich, everything is extra. First and last time I'll ever set foot in this place.

14/09/2026: CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Don't worry about what to eat, they choose for you. I've been here for a month, and I've eaten here 5 or 6 times, and each time there's been a problem: missing items, grumpy staff, and the usual: they replace items without asking or they forget them. In any case, I know from now on I'll go to the Burger King across the street, where I've never had any problems.

13/09/2026: We went to this place last night, and it started off well enough, but once the order arrived, only half of it was there. It was difficult to get the rest, and in fact, I didn't get all of it. Anyway, my dining experience wasn't great. I don't blame the staff at all; they seemed lost. I think there's a serious lack of communication and management, perhaps...🤔

03/09/2026: Go somewhere else, today at 6 PM, no more pastries on the shelves, no more choice, everything already pre-packaged, even though they close at 8 PM. I bought a Paris-Brest cake with a cream that tasted stale, the cake was way too old. Very, very disappointed, I don't understand, I'm a regular customer.
