09/08/2026: The Shamrock, a must-visit for any self-respecting Lyon student... But that was a different era. What can I say? I'm back in town after several years of wandering, hoping to have a good time. Feeling a bit tipsy, I decide on a Long Island Iced Tea, a safe bet even at €10 a cocktail. Imagine my surprise when I find only one type of liquor poured into my glass, and stingily at that, topped off with a flat Coke that had been open the day before (the original recipe: gin, rum, vodka, triple sec, and Coke). Naturally, the drink tastes like some disgusting, old-fashioned vodka and Coke from a nightclub. In short, a disappointment, but somewhat mitigated by the darts, the atmosphere, and the fact that the place itself is unchanged.

30/08/2026: Appalling service; after a wait of over 30 minutes, not even a complimentary drink. Avoid at all costs.

30/08/2026: This is the second time I've been to this McDonald's drive-thru. Each time, they forgot something. The first time, I got two McFlurries! They made me wait an hour for my two McFlurries! The second time, the same thing happened: two McFlurries plus a New York wrap! Last time I'm going!

23/05/2026: The place has been very nice since the renovations. However, the food could be much better. The sausage and mashed potatoes were attractively priced: the mashed potatoes were very good, the sausage was average and too salty, and why use a processed sauce that ruins everything? They should have left it out altogether. The coffee was really not great. In short, not great.

19/09/2026: ⚠️ Double-check your orders!! We ordered 4 Best Of meals and 2 children's meals. When we got home, we realized the fries were missing! So we went back to ask for the fries, which were included in the meals. The manager refused to give them to us because their scale showed the correct weight for our order. No compensation whatsoever. They clearly think we're thieves… I'm not going to make the trip twice just for the fun of it! We pay for one order, so we have the right to receive the complete order. 👉 Double-check your order before you leave!!

16/09/2026: I ordered a veggie ranch wrap, but I ended up with a chicken wrap (not vegetarian, then). I was very disappointed, and to top it all off, there was a long hair in it! While that can happen, the combination of these two mistakes disappointed me.

13/09/2026: I waited half an hour only to find out that my order had been given to someone else, without even checking their receipt. No compensation was offered.

27/08/2026: AVOID! 40-minute wait at the drive-thru!!!! Apparently, the wait is average!!!! This McDonald's is unacceptable!! Bring on Burger King!

23/08/2026: Unfriendly waiter, very slow service, and disappointing food for the price. Its name is "La Marina," don't go there.

22/08/2026: On our first day, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner, but the kitchen doesn't open until 7:00 PM, so we settled on drinks. The service was okay, but there's nothing special to say since we didn't order food. Drinks cost about 25 euros for five people.

01/08/2026: I thank the bouncers for their unprofessionalism on the evening of July 31st to August 1st! I love incompetent bouncers, so I'll be back for them!! Thanks again to them for being completely useless except for talking rudely to customers!!! Keep it up!

26/09/2026: We waited over 30 minutes at the drive-thru. That's outrageous just for 6 nuggets and 1 double cheeseburger. I definitely don't recommend it, especially if you're hungry. It's ridiculous. The fries were incredibly salty, way too much. Nothing positive to say. I do want to thank the two people who served us for their kindness.

25/09/2026: A disaster. Salad everywhere around the sandwich and the cheese isn't even melted.

30/08/2026: The staff was incredibly unpleasant and they didn't even offer ice cream! A Burger King would be a better choice.

09/06/2026: Sometimes good, but unfortunately the menus are very limited in variety and the staff are sometimes unfriendly.

21/05/2026: The carpet is comfortable underfoot, which is the only positive point. Charging 6 points for a plate of soggy, cold fries is outrageous. Furthermore, the other meals, like the one in the photo, aren't very substantial; three zucchini thrown onto a plate with their cooking water isn't what I call service. It feels a bit like being treated like animals being fed kibble. I don't recommend it.

24/09/2026: Thieving employees. You intentionally double-charged me by making a mistake at the first drive-thru kiosk and not giving me the credit card receipt I requested. All this while refusing to give me my order at the last register unless I swiped my card a second time. And now you're not responding when I ask you to refund my money, with proof of the double charge debited from my bank account in your company's name. I'm forced to send a formal demand letter by registered mail with return receipt requested, for almost the same amount as the meal I ordered two months later. Give me my money back.

19/09/2026: Malicious, rude, and vulgar staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Another thing: you order two coffees, and the second one is just the first one doubled with hot water added!!!
