01/08/2026: Probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Mistakes have become the norm. We always ask for burgers without onions, and yet they arrive loaded with them. Omissions are also frequent: one time it's the applesauce that's missing, another time the toy from the Happy Meal... and I'm not even mentioning the Happy Meals loose in the bag without their iconic box. Today, we received an incomplete Spiderman toy: the webbing is completely missing! This might seem trivial to an adult, but for a child eagerly awaiting their toy, it's a real disappointment. With every order, we have to check everything, which is particularly annoying. And despite that, they still manage to surprise us. An occasional mistake is understandable. But when it happens with every order, it's no longer just bad luck, it's a serious lack of attention to detail.

31/07/2026: It would be nice to include forks and such when ordering a takeaway meal. I don't carry cutlery around in my bag, that's ridiculous.

29/07/2026: The longest drive-through in France: 10 minutes to place an order and 27 minutes to pick it up, and there were only 5 cars. I asked for an explanation, but even the employee seemed embarrassed.

29/07/2026: Honestly, skip this place, don't go to this McDonald's. To think we were hesitating between this and Burger King, what a mistake! A 40-minute wait in total, at 11 PM, is outrageous for two sandwiches. And on top of that, I had to ask for beef four times; they barely listened. I checked, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked to change it, waited another 10 minutes, and finally, when I got home, I was left with a chicken sandwich. It's really unfair. And to top it off, they forgot my drink. Terrible customer service, unpleasant to customers, and above all, they don't listen at all. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

12/07/2026: I bought a sundae for €3 and received it in a tiny 16cl McCafé cup! Not even full! My refund request was refused! And the employees behind me had the nerve to laugh in my face! I completely understand the 3.2 out of 5 stars, and frankly, you should be proud of it because you deserve less, and you even deserve to be shut down!

10/07/2026: Worst McDonald’s ever been. Serving time very long even if theres not lot of people. Ready food stand on table waiting to be served long time and everything is cold when u get it. U get wrong majoneses etc…

19/07/2026: A McDonald's that doesn't meet customer expectations. Cleanliness (of the tables and restrooms) needs improvement. Regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms, it's worth noting that users don't respect the facilities. As for the food, a huge disappointment (undercooked fries, lukewarm and tasteless burgers). Despite the sign inside, the student discount wasn't applied. The staff's response: it doesn't apply during the holidays, and they should have taken the sign down a while ago. No compensation was offered. Stock management needs improvement: they were out of pain au chocolat. We were offered a croissant instead. When they were out of croissants, they came back and offered us a donut. A major disappointment. The only positive point was the friendliness of the employee who served us.

17/07/2026: Even with the Offer, the quality was not great, the services v good, the manager with white shirt was very helpful and kind.

03/06/2026: I bought some bread this evening, June 3rd, 2026, at 6:40 PM. Two loaves were from the festival, and the bread was frozen! €2.30, what a disgrace! It's outrageous! I'm going to file a complaint with the Castelna-le-Lez police. Never go there again!

13/12/2025: ❗️Respecting customers is a huge responsibility for a company like Starbucks. They are supposed to respect their customers. I walked 2 kilometers and found the store permanently closed.

28/07/2026: I came for McDonald's, I left with a legendary encounter. 😂🍔 Bénédicte, the queen of Redon's McDonald's 👑🍟, clearly deserves her own menu! Super friendly, smiling, and welcoming, she made the experience even better. 30/06/2026: Hello, while on holiday in the south I found the staff very friendly and efficient despite the heat, and thank you for the chocolate croissants (the person who made a mistake with the quantity).

11/07/2026: Thanks for the "gift" with our two chocolate-banana crepes: food poisoning. I've rarely felt so sick. This is certainly not the experience one expects when dining out. I do not recommend it.

21/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this bar. In the middle of the July heatwave, we were refused a carafe of water despite having ordered drinks, under the pretext that it would "encourage people to drink more"... Meanwhile, the table behind us was given a large carafe for a single pastis, which is ridiculous. We ended up getting two glasses of hot water even though there were four of us. I find it unbelievable that with the repeated heatwaves we experience every year, some establishments continue to practice this kind of thing.

20/07/2026: The staff is beyond unpleasant, especially one waiter who was far too nonchalant. When we asked for a carafe of water with our order, he brought us three tiny glasses of water, telling us he couldn't get the carafes out. Incredible, the three tables around us had carafes! Furthermore, it seemed more important to them to tell us they didn't accept cards before even saying hello (basic politeness, really). There are many much nicer places to have a drink!

17/07/2026: I ordered a veggie wrap for takeout, but when I opened the bag I saw three McDonald's croquettes and a double cheeseburger with bacon. Since I don't eat pork, this is very disturbing.

12/07/2026: Let's just say it was average. My fries were cold, unsalted, and there were no napkins. The cheddar wasn't good, and the yogurt was just milk... the ice cream, on the other hand, was very good. Something to think about.

29/07/2026: The owners should be concerned. We sat down for coffee, but no one came. 🤔 We went inside to get our order, and one of the waitresses had a smile about as warm as a prison guard's and should really consider adding a smile to her service. This was our first time there, and it will be our last.

25/07/2026: The waitresses on the terrace were unpleasant. They were smoking while serving. They didn't speak to us. When we asked for information, they just rolled their eyes. We really felt like we were bothering them. Ladies, you should find another job. A smile and some courtesy cost nothing. We felt very uncomfortable. Luckily, two-thirds were decent. The rest could find a different job.

26/04/2026: Disastrous stay. We paid for accommodation in an unacceptable state. * No electrical outlets in the bedroom. * One outlet in the kitchen is coming loose from the wall (dangerous). * Shower full of mold. * Yellowed and dirty cushions. * Greasy pots and pans upon arrival: we had to wash everything again. * Completely rusted metal dish rack. * Towel rack in poor condition. The accommodation is clearly poorly maintained: * The area under the bed is dirty, full of dust and grime (visible in the photos). * The door doesn't close properly, with a visible gap between the door and the wall. * The shutter was "repaired" on the first day, but by the next day it was already broken (impossible to open or close). We were told someone would come back to fix it: we waited all day for nothing, and no one showed up. We paid for a comfortable stay and ended up in a dirty, neglected, and dangerous place. I've attached numerous photos that prove the true state of the accommodation. Absolutely avoid this place.

25/04/2026: The initial welcome was very good, but everything else needs to be redone: outdated furniture, neglected swimming pool, unsanitary and outdated residence, everything is dirty, dilapidated terrace without an awning, and so on. Avoid at all costs!! I will not return. How can they rent in this condition? It's far from four stars 🌟 Shameful
