15/09/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! The service was appalling. I ordered a meal with a Sprite and an ice cream. I didn't receive the ice cream at all, the drink was the wrong one, and the contents were spilled all over my meal. I took photos and sent them to customer service via the "Help" section, but it was impossible to get a refund or have McDonald's send me the correct items. For €8 delivery, this is clearly a huge lack of professionalism and theft, since I never received the McFlurry. In short, avoid the McDonald's in La Courneuve at all costs.

27/08/2026: I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of this McDonald's. The restrooms were filthy, as were the tables. The hygiene is truly appalling. It's a shame for an establishment that serves so many customers. I hope the situation improves quickly.

31/08/2026: I'm leaving this review because things need to be reported when they're not right! I went to the kiosk to order two Cryspy meals, but there was a problem, so I went to the counter. A young woman of North African origin served me, and I clearly explained that I wanted two Cryspy meals, one with coffee and sugar. She didn't understand, so I repeated that I wanted two meals, one with coffee and sugar. She printed the receipt and took my loyalty card, but then, looking at the receipt, she had entered a meal number. I went back to her, and she was completely confused! I explained, and she gave me the second meal. I told her to wait to give her my loyalty card so I could get my points, but she pretended not to understand and quickly went to the payment stage without taking my loyalty card, which I handed to her! I told her that this wasn't acceptable, and the manager came over because he saw I was unhappy. He came in and said, "It's all good for the points, see customer service," even though going directly to the counter would have been simpler. Isn't that ridiculous?! I paid for my meal, of course, and McDonald's customer service doesn't even acknowledge emails I sent?! Then, the meal wasn't hot, and I asked for it without ice, but they put ice in my drink!?! I asked for ketchup and sugar, but they didn't put them on my tray. Honestly, the young woman was incompetent, irresponsible, and arrogant. I will never go back to this restaurant, and I will warn everyone I know never to set foot in it. Avoid at all costs!!

14/06/2026: The bar charged us twice for drinks because my friend had already paid for them, and the cashier charged me the full amount even though part of it had already been paid for. We only realized this afterward. I've been trying to contact them, but it's impossible. So I ended up paying €45 instead of €25. Please contact me and refund the difference.

24/09/2026: Very disappointing, especially for an establishment I used to frequent several years ago. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. The welcome is very cold, with no greeting or smile, which immediately gives a bad impression. The banh mi is particularly disappointing: we asked for a little chili, but there wasn't any. The ingredients in the sandwiches are exposed and in large quantities. Very little meat, uninteresting bread, and an excessive amount of mayonnaise that completely masks the other flavors. As for the baos, they are essentially a large ball of dough with very little filling. Far too much cilantro, a poorly prepared filling, and a really unbalanced dough-to-filling ratio. In the end, the products are stingy, lack real flavor, and absolutely do not justify the price. I was already disappointed several years ago, and unfortunately, my experience today confirms that impression. I will not return and I do not recommend it; a few steps away you will find excellent traditional banh mi with warm and crispy bread.

22/09/2026: I ordered two birthday cakes for around €100. Not only did I not receive the theme specified in the order, but instead of a mango cake, I ended up with a durian cake for my daughter's fourth birthday, which I only discovered when it was cut! And when I called to complain, they had the nerve to tell me to call back or come back in two weeks to speak with the owner. Even after sending photos, no one called back. On top of that, the quality was far from what I expected; there was more cream than fruit: nothing like the cake I had already ordered for my daughter's third birthday. In short, not great, and the customer service needs improvement.

01/09/2026: McDonald's has been poorly maintained for years, constantly making mistakes. The toilets, admittedly due to the customers, were filthy. And to top it all off, the overflowing trash cans inside were full. They were overflowing. Foreign tourists took pictures of the mess.

14/09/2026: The place wasn't clean, the staff weren't friendly. And the toilets were the worst: a broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, and overflowing bins… I ate a tasteless, dry brioche. In short, a relaxing experience was far from guaranteed.

09/09/2026: Visited this establishment on December 19, 2025, with Mom. Lemon tart, chocolate, coffee, and a pain au chocolat for Mom. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the staff.

26/09/2026: Hygiene is unacceptable! This is unacceptable; you wouldn't recognize McDonald's anymore!

25/09/2026: Order 4708. Terrible service. For takeout, a double cheeseburger was put in the bag with the Coke, but I had to wait over 10 minutes for the fries. The fries were then thrown into the bag and spilled. I pointed out the time between the double cheeseburger and the fries being thrown in, and I was told it was fine. Service needs improvement.

13/09/2026: An order of 8 items was missing 1 toy, a sauce, and a drink. The fries in the MAXI Best Off, pictured, are a quantity worthy of a Happy Meal. And the burger was wrapped with the printed side facing up.

11/09/2026: This is the third time I've ordered, and three times something's gone wrong. I'm usually pretty tolerant, and I know fast food isn't easy, but forgetting drinks, sauces, or a small burger EVERY time I come is just too much. I think I'll go somewhere else. I have absolutely no desire to come back; it's not worth it considering how they treated the other customers in front of me.

24/08/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to a clean McDonald's with efficient staff. A good atmosphere. The manager was very attentive to customers.

22/08/2026: A month ago, my family and I had food poisoning. I bought chicken curry sandwiches, and between my pregnant daughter vomiting and a stomach bug, I'm wondering if the chicken is fresh. They assured us it was halal, but I have my doubts! Between the rock-hard baguette and the exorbitant prices, it's the last time I'm going back! Avoid at all costs!!!
