29/07/2026: While I was hiking on a sweltering day at 41°C, the manager refused to fill my water bottle on the pretext that he was selling it... His lack of humanity disgusts me.

25/08/2026: Not a great experience this Sunday, August 23rd, at 11:00 PM: they forgot to bring us the drinks with our meal, so we had to rejoin the short queue to ask for them (the staff were clearly busy with the drive-thru...). Our burger was served cold because it must have been sitting on a counter somewhere :( !!!!! A constant ringing near the register was a constant background noise; it was unpleasant and annoying!!!!

19/08/2026: Unpleasant waitress The 280 was cold and the quality has definitely changed. We asked for two extra sauces and were told they were extra. Apparently, it seems to be based on who you are, because I heard another customer ask for more and they asked her what extra sauce she wanted without telling her it was extra. On the other hand, the napkins are unlimited, which is a real waste, and the toilets aren't clean.

31/08/2026: My burger didn't come with any sauce, even though I'd ordered a creamy deluxe and curry sauce. The burger had lettuce everywhere (like on top and underneath).

29/08/2026: The organization is deplorable compared to the average McDonald's in the area; it seems like there's zero management!

04/08/2026: I ordered a non-alcoholic beer. I was served a lemonade with sugar and lemon juice. The waiter claimed it was a non-alcoholic beer because the drink contained no alcohol. The staff was completely clueless. Not recommended.

26/07/2026: Expensive drinks for the lack of alcohol, and the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant (it remains to be seen if the DJ was doing a residency or not). In short, if you want good drinks, look elsewhere.

13/07/2026: McDonald's is extremely dirty, avoid at all costs. The toilets are disgusting, there's no water to wash your hands, and the smell is awful. It's really unacceptable for a food establishment.

13/07/2026: I ordered 4 McDonald's meals, and the drive-thru was empty. I waited 30 minutes and still hadn't received my order. Unhappy customers made it impossible to manage the drive-thru, and the interior was unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

13/05/2026: Arrived at 7:55 PM to find the door closed, even though closing time is advertised as 8:30 PM. I can understand a restaurant stopping service at 8:15 PM, but being greeted with a closed door at 7:55 PM is unacceptable. Please note that closing time is 7:45 PM, if your employees are scheduled to leave at 8:30 PM. We want the restaurant's hours, not the employees' schedules.

27/04/2026: With diabetes, it's impossible to eat at Subau. No nutritional information is displayed, and the staff can't even weigh the bread for simple calculations. Remember that for those with diabetes, their lives depend on what you put on their plates. For your information, there are 400 million diabetics worldwide.

20/09/2026: The menus arrived 15 minutes after the McFlurries… it was more like drinks than ice cream, it's really a shame to have such poor organization.

16/09/2026: I ate there for lunch today, September 16, 2026. The whole restaurant smelled like farts; I imagine there was a problem with the toilets. I couldn't add sauce to my fries at the kiosk, and my donut was stale and not the flavor I ordered. That's a lot, isn't it?

13/06/2026: The sandwich had no filling other than lettuce and a little tomato. The vendor didn't know what was in his sandwiches.

18/08/2026: I don't think there's anything more unpleasant than the saleswoman... I ordered a marble cake (which was already very dry and not good), and she started laughing with her colleague and made me repeat myself because, of course, she hadn't been listening, saying, "Huh?" in a sorry, but stupid, "I don't care" kind of way. In short, not polite at all! Seriously, avoid her!

10/08/2026: Very disappointed. I bought a sandwich and a panna cotta today, and both had a very sour and truly abnormal taste. They tasted like they were several days old, or even expired. I find this very worrying, especially since I have colon problems and I'm afraid of the consequences after consuming these products. I sincerely hope I don't have any health problems. I strongly advise you to check the freshness and expiration dates of your products. A very disappointing and worrying experience.

22/08/2026: Friendly but clueless… Extremely slow service!

10/08/2026: A big thank you to the team, one of whom made me a coffee with a heart-shaped design. There's another server, who's Asian, who's always very attentive. I don't particularly like the place because the cakes are way too sweet, but at least I can work all day, and that's just great.

18/08/2026: I share the opinion of many others who have had a rather unpleasant experience. I was served on August 18th around 7 pm by two very unfriendly people, no smiles, no hello, no goodbye, nothing. I'm a regular customer and have been to this place in several cities, so I know the chain well. Furthermore, I ordered a drink, a pastry, and also a matcha glass from the new collection. I usually expect them to wrap it in paper to protect the glass when I buy it, and to offer me a bag, since logically I'm not going to walk around the mall with the glass, my drink, and my pastry in my hands. After that, my satisfaction quickly faded when I saw the poor service. Finally, I doubted the final price I was charged, so I asked for it to be checked. It felt like I was asking for the moon; the young woman at the register who took my order and the young man who checked it were incredibly nonchalant and neither friendly nor pleasant in the slightest. I'm going to mention this directly to head office. The only positive point was the delicious and well-prepared drink.

24/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, and the service was truly awful. The staff were haughty and completely out of touch. The total lack of politeness made for a dreadful experience. This hotel/bar does not deserve its reputation. Avoid it.

18/05/2026: The breakfast was very good, I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet. The location is excellent. Parking is rather difficult to access if you have a large car. The prices are reasonable.
