23/07/2026: I came for afternoon tea with my grandchildren. After a 20-minute wait, my tray had been ready for 10 minutes, but I still had to go and get it. The result was melted ice cream and very little chocolate in the sundae.

16/07/2026: Shameful! I've never seen such a disgusting McDonald's! It's 9 PM, there aren't many people, I want to eat inside but I can't! The tables are filthy! Not even a wipe down! I decide to eat outside on the patio. Unbelievable! But true! The tables are dirty, except for one out of eight! And that's not all, on the ground there are several empty cans, cardboard boxes from kids' meals, napkins, and lots of paper napkins scattered everywhere! I sit down at the only clean table, and to top it all off, the dumpsters are all around the patio near the concrete blocks, not to mention the nauseating smell that goes with it, of course, normal given the heat... A very unpleasant experience. My sandwiches weren't good at all because I think they were made in advance, judging by the dried-out patties in the bread! I left everything and threw it all in the trash!!! I should mention that I never post comments, but this time, I just couldn't help myself!!!! What are you doing, Mr. Manager????!!!! Have you seen the Google reviews??!!! You deserve a hygiene inspection!!!!! I love Brittany, but this McDonald's is the worst place I've ever eaten!!!!!!

10/07/2026: Hello, giving one star is a steep price to pay; it's catastrophic. The lack of hygiene is blatant. How can they receive customers in such a deplorable, filthy place? The staff was completely unresponsive, and since we couldn't find a seat, not a single clean table was available. We went to the counter to get someone to clean, and it took them a while to respond. The person I was with advised me against even going to the restroom to wash my hands. This place is to be avoided at all costs; it's a disgrace. The health department should pay it a visit.

10/04/2026: I ordered a steak taco with Gruyere sauce tonight, but due to an order error, I ended up with a taco filled to the brim with Samurai sauce! The taco was inedible for me. As a customer for over 15 years, you make mistakes about one out of three times. Frankly, this was the last time I would shop here.

02/04/2026: Order placed for my partner on March 31, 2026 (large Boursin tacos) = food poisoning! Furthermore, there's no loyalty card available, whereas there used to be... The quality is no longer what it was for many years!

06/07/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's today. From the start, the service was inconsistent. I asked to pick up my takeout order directly through the table service after ordering in. I was told it was fine… but it was never actually processed. When I went to pick up my order, it was ready for table service. An employee handed it to me marked "takeout," and when I explained that it was for dining in, she said yes… but without properly correcting the situation. Then, my daughter simply asked for a balloon. The woman replied, "I'll check…" and in the end, nothing at all. A broken promise, no attention whatsoever. And to top it all off: I went to the restroom for two minutes (leaving my bag next to the table to avoid taking it with me), and an employee almost threw my bag, with all the food inside, in the trash. Unacceptable. Between the lack of organization, the lack of listening, and the poor consideration for customers, it's really an experience that needs improvement. Very disappointed.

16/07/2026: It's a disgrace! I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru to pick up my order. There were only two of us at the drive-thru and hardly anyone inside. It's shameful! No apology, no compensation. I do not recommend this place!

14/07/2026: Shameful! Half the kiosks were out of order, and there was no way to pay by credit card at the kiosks, so I had to pay at the counter, but surprise! No one was there to take my payment! After waiting almost an hour, my order didn't go through properly between the kiosk and the kitchen, so a Happy Meal was missing, and I would have had to reorder at the kiosk and wait another hour!! Goodbye, refund, and boycott of this restaurant, which, judging by the other reviews below, deserves a major overhaul of its practices and staff for better management! Let's hope that one day McDonald's will go back to being a fast-food restaurant like it used to be...

22/02/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, but that's probably because the manager, GK, made it that way. The products were sometimes frozen, especially in Wintershouse.

24/04/2026: I went to Subway today and a young man in a polo shirt served me. I've never had such a dry Subway meal; there wasn't much sauce or many vegetables. This man would have been better off letting his colleague, who had already started serving us, finish. Really disappointed.

12/04/2026: The sandwiches are still as good as ever, but the service leaves much to be desired. Their first words were: "If you're eating in, we close at 8 pm!" Yet it clearly states that they close at 8:30 pm 🤨. And the pressure to choose the ingredients for our sandwiches is unbearable.

29/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place! Worst bar experience in years. From the start, the orders were taken incorrectly: I ordered a half-pint, and they served me a pint. My friend, who is English (and doesn't speak any French), ordered a double gin and tonic, but we later discovered that she had apparently only received a single. Later, she ordered two more double gin and tonics because she thought it was necessary to reach the minimum spend for her credit card and ended up paying €28 (for two drinks!), €14 per glass, whereas the first one had only cost her €8. She didn't realize the difference at the time. When I went back to ask for an explanation, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the misunderstanding. They simply told me that it was "normal" to charge €14 for a double. Given the initial confusion and the fact that she didn't speak French well, we clearly felt they were taking advantage of the situation instead of trying to clear things up. But the worst part was the staff's attitude: no apology, no acknowledgment of a possible misunderstanding, no willingness to offer any compensation, no self-reflection, and an increasingly aggressive tone. Until they literally yelled at me and said, and I quote: "If you're not happy, get out!" Well, that's exactly what we did. We finished our drinks and left. Mistakes happen. However, a complete lack of respect and professionalism should never be acceptable. We will obviously never be back.

22/07/2026: The waiter and bartender are misogynistic and contemptuous. Even if you're pleasant and polite to them, they respond rudely. If you can't be polite and at least a little friendly, don't go into this profession!

19/05/2026: Food was okay, service needs improvement. Plenty of staff but not very efficient. Very dirty, long wait for little service, very noisy, even unbearable. If you're coming for the food, fine. If you want to have a good time, go across the street or somewhere else. Disappointment guaranteed. ✅

13/07/2026: This place is practically unsanitary! Flies and ants are everywhere in the food containers, the bread and cookies are undercooked, unlike what you'd find at other franchises. This place needs an urgent inspection!
