The ambiance is so cozy and welcoming, especially the upper floor with all the games and a jar full of quotes and poems that customers can add to🥹 had so much fun going with a big group of friends but its also perfect for studying alone. 23/01/2026: My favorite place when travelling to Beaune. La Maison du Colombier is a must stop for any Burgundy lover. The wine list is one of the best i've ever seen, with fair prices. The food is delicious, well made, with high quality ingredients. Antoine, the sommelier, is very knowledgeable, explaining with precision every wine and suggesting always the right one. The other staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly reccomended!

26/11/2025: I keep coming back to La Maison du Colombier for one simple reason: it brings together everything I love about Burgundy in one place. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Beaune, and the moment you step inside the charm takes over. Old stone walls, wooden beams, a touch of history in every corner. Cozy in a way that feels both local and effortless. The wine list is a small universe of its own. Deep, focused, filled with bottles that are hard to find elsewhere and offered at genuinely great prices. The food follows the same philosophy. Simple, honest dishes that pair naturally with the wines. Rustic enough to feel authentic, thoughtful enough to feel refined. I also appreciate the people who work here. Warm, welcoming, easy to talk to. A team that clearly enjoys what they do, and that spirit shapes the entire atmosphere. And one detail that deserves an extra thank you: they are open on Mondays. In Beaune that is a real gift. When half the town goes quiet, this place becomes a little refuge. If you want great wine, comforting food, a beautiful setting and the feeling that you’re exactly where you should be, this is the spot. I absolutely love it here.

16/11/2025: The setting was very pleasant. The food was good, but on the day of our visit, the service was very slow. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our main course, without a starter, and with four children.

21/10/2025: Magical place with a superb sea view. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Delicious and locally sourced food. The coffee is very good too. Reasonable prices.

22/09/2025: We entered the patio a bit by chance for a cocktail... and frankly, we don't regret it. Pierrick gave us a warm welcome, directing us to the very unusual room (a former farmhouse) where there are high tables, low tables, chairs, stools, and large benches. The first evening, we kept it simple with mojitos, which turned out to be excellent. For the next three evenings, we left it to Max, the cocktail master, to surprise us with a new drink each time. They were all to our taste, even though we hardly ever drink alcohol. The Mai Tai/Espresso Martini/Jamaican Mule and Raspberry Daiquiri were lovely discoveries, but he wowed us with a cocktail that tasted like a madeleine... (yes, grandma's madeleine). We will happily return if our travels bring us back to Vallon 😁

19/09/2025: Very nice restaurant! Everything is plentiful, generous and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. We enjoyed the wings and a tasting board, so generous that we left with a doggy bag!! Not to mention the free knife. We will be back

27/08/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this restaurant is a true gem. The view is breathtaking, each dish is a journey for the taste buds, and the welcome is as warm as it is sincere. You can feel the passion in each plate, fresh products enhanced with talent and creativity. I envy those who live nearby and can go there regularly... it's an address we would like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known to everyone.

23/11/2025: For my part, the meal was very good, the welcome was nice, just the accompanying portion was very minimalist, a small dish of crushed mashed potatoes and a small dish of sautéed potatoes which for me was the value for one person and we were 6 adults plus I found it very expensive.
