29/03/2026: 80s, 90s, 2000s Flashback Night… what a disappointment! Seven or eight 80s classics started an hour late (plus the daylight saving time change), then Aya Nakamura and Maître Gims were thrown in to scare away the old-timers who were hoping for a blast from the past. The party's advertising promised bands like Scorpions, Dépêche Mode, Madonna, Eurythmics, The Cure… none of which actually played. We're still waiting for rock. Very little funk or disco… just big names to attract a crowd, what a shame! I booked my tickets in advance. Never again. The venue had great potential, but it was so wasted. Once the old-timers left around 1 a.m., it was just a normal club, the dance floor sometimes empty. They played current French songs, which were awful. A fight broke out on the dance floor, and the bouncers chased the guys for 30 seconds, forcing us to move out of the way twice. No fun whatsoever. This evening was absolutely nothing legendary and the DJ set advertised as "100% flashback" (photo attached) must have had an extra "0" added by mistake.

10/02/2026: The restaurant is pretty good looking and I couldnt see any trash. You cant pay with card so I just gave a worker a 10€ note and for some reason he wouldnt accept it because I he couldnt understand me or how money works?! 10 min later someone different did his job then and we got our food in 15 mins (too long!). The food itself was mid BUT the MCFlurry was excellent. The glass cup was a nice variety from the usual paper cups.

01/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the meals were generous and delicious! We ordered two savory crepes ("Dré dans le pantu" & "sur une malentendu") which were very generously filled and then difficult to finish! We will definitely be back with our family! I highly recommend it!

11/03/2026: Visited L'Arc Cafe Brasserie Restaurant every morning for breakfast with a friend before heading to a conference. It was a pleasure to start the morning here. Everyone was so friendly and we almost felt like visiting friends. The matcha latte was perfect and my friend found the exact English Breakfast tea she was looking for. We also had dinner twice during the week and the food was equally delicious. What we loved most was the atmosphere and consistently friendly service that made every visit a wonderful Parian experience. Merci beaucoup!

29/03/2026: Spent two nights here as part of a Viking tour. Was not impressed with the quality of the dinner meal but the breakfast was overwhelming The rooms are newly decorated quite contemporary and there are views of the surrounding streets. Takes some time to figure out the lighting and the major option is no lights on at bedtime. They had problems using my credit card that they blamed on the machine but the next morning the machine still would not accept my card that had been used during our entire trip. Luckily my wife had her card that worked.

28/03/2026: A beautifully renovated hotel right in the city center, close to public transport, and a caring and attentive staff. I had a very pleasant stay.

29/10/2025: Nice selection of wines, less so for cocktails. Plenty of snacks to enjoy with a drink.
