17/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience at L'Azur By The Pool. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere is pleasant, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. A huge thank you to Ali, who was exceptional from beginning to end. Professional, smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind, he knows his job perfectly. Always there at the right moment, without ever being intrusive, he gave us excellent advice and ensured we had a fantastic time. It's rare to meet people so dedicated and passionate about their work. His sense of service, his attentiveness, and his professionalism truly make all the difference. Well done, Ali, keep up the good work! :)

27/06/2026: I'm not used to writing reviews, but after three years of frequenting The Kursaal and always receiving excellent service, I'm touched by the care the team has taken to serve their neighborhood with kindness and friendliness during this infernal heatwave. After days without feeling like eating or cooking, I tried the Thai beef salad, and it was wonderful. Plus, the coffee is fantastic. Thank you, The Kursaal, you'll always have a loyal customer in me ♥️

19/06/2026: The salmon and spinach quiche was as delicious as it was generous, and the goat cheese croque-monsieur was impeccable, served with a wonderful little side salad, well after 2 pm (2:45 pm), and with a big smile. When the food is good and the service is pleasant and impeccable, it's worth saying so! :) Perhaps a little pricey, but still... The experience is definitely worth the cost!

28/06/2026: The last time my friend and I ate here, we ordered the chicken menu, and the chicken was disgusting. My stomach hurt afterward. Then, some people at the next table forgot their trays, and he blamed us. He banned us from the restaurant, and good riddance! Avoid this place; it was very unpleasant.

24/01/2026: As a local, I fell in love with La Trincante, which has become my favorite spot. The oysters are delicious, and it's rare to find such good value for money on beer (special mention for La Belle Dalle, a must for craft beer lovers!). The owners are lovely, and their good humor is contagious. In short, I highly recommend it.

21/06/2026: We entered, and the young woman taking our order was admirably patient with our hesitant French. I am eternally grateful to her for having so graciously ensured that our order was taken correctly. We chose the dishes called the Master Class, the Pimp, and the Cheese Master, and all proved to be exquisitely flavorful. Being American, I pride myself on knowing what a good hamburger is—and this one, without a doubt, is one that stands out. Simply delicious.

24/06/2026: I highly recommend French Coffee in Dax. The waiter is always smiling, very attentive, and truly remembers his customers. He makes excellent recommendations, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A must-visit!

24/04/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant as a group of eight (adults and children). The welcome was friendly, and we enjoyed a very good meal. The prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. The restaurant's dining room had a charming, authentic feel. We highly recommend this place.

07/07/2026: 6€ for 2 half-scoops of ice cream is really outrageous. If you don't know how to make ice cream scoops, don't offer them because I was really disappointed with my meager sundae, not indulgent, no decoration, no whipped cream, finished in 2 bites and when they told me the price I thought it was a joke, a shame because the service was pleasant.

05/07/2026: We frequent this establishment regularly and on several occasions. It all starts with the warm welcome and friendliness of the manager and his team. The human touch, the magnificent setting, and as for the cuisine, you'll want to come back again and again… quality dishes with something for everyone. If you're ever in St. Paul les Trois Châteaux, be sure to stop by this lovely restaurant; you'll be delighted. D. Vincent
