09/07/2025: We had the pleasure of organizing our wedding at Bois du Bon Séjour on June 28, 2025. Everything was perfect, the service was discreet and impeccable. The team was attentive from start to finish, providing impeccable service. The cuisine was a visual and culinary delight. Mr. and Mrs. Chavanon are adorable, and a special mention goes to Pierre, who was exemplary in his professionalism. Bravo! The next generation is assured!

16/07/2024: A hidden gem in the French landscape. At first glance a village cafe like no other. With a small menu, it seems very modest. However, the lasagna and burgers are of top quality. Very tasteful! Highly recommended!

27/01/2025: I was tired from looking around the village, so I went to a random place, but the owner was so friendly and the atmosphere was nice, so it was a memorable place!! The menu recommendations and explanations were meticulous, and at the end, the owner smiled and gave me a postcard as a gift, which was very heartwarming ☺️🥹
25/01/2025: I spent the whole day in Colmar, where I stopped by on my way to Starsbourg.
The cute houses were very pretty, but the last dinner I had here made me want to come back to this city.
I love the softness of the base cream and cheese of tarte blambé, a traditional dish from Alsace (where Colmar and Strasbourg are located), and the sweet harmony of pinot gris.
-- We added something called Christmas cheese, so be sure to try it!
The wine was so good that I asked the waiter and he handed me a note with a recommended store.
How about having dinner here today?

01/04/2025: Honestly the owners are adorable but the tacos with kebab meat are not good because of the cheddar sauce and the tacos were mostly made up of fries. My friend found bits of plastic in her tacos and didn't like the cheddar sauce which had an unusual taste.

J'entre par l'une des 2 entrées. Il y a 2 caisses l'une à 3/4 personnes qui font la queue, l'autre à 1 homme puis un groupe de 3 femmes. Par l entrée que je suis rentrée je me mets derrière les 3 femmes.
Une personne recharge le pain en face de moi. Je fais la queue tranquillement. Les personnes en face de moi sont servi arrive mon tour. Et la la personne qui rechargeait le pain prends la seconde caisse. J attends 2/3 personnes qui passent puis je demande "excusez moi il y a un sens de queue" car personne ne me sert et personne ne me regarde alors que je suis arrivée depuis 10 minutes
Cette personne me répond "oui" je lui demande de me dire ou cela est indiqué et elle me répond "déjà on Dit Bonjour..." histoire de bien me faire passer pour une mal polie devant plus de 10 personnes qui attendent, alors que ma demande initiale n était ni agressive ni impoli.
Cette personne femme avec des mèches blonde d'une quarantaine d année aurait pu me dire des mon arrivée gentiment que la queue est de l'autre côté puisqu elle a mis le pain en face de moi pendant 5 minutes et ainsi éviter une altercation inutile et surtout que je décide de partir sans consommer car j avais un train à prendre.
Bref, très déçue je ne reviendrai pas.

24/08/2024: We came by chance to have dinner around noon...but what a happy coincidence!! Cakes with fresh, quality products... a small menu which accurately reflects the assurance of quality cuisine... located on a small square, you are sure to have a pleasant time.
