The savory galettes are excellent and very generous, the sweet crêpes are to die for, and the owners are very friendly! We highly recommend this establishment!

31/01/2026: It's a lovely place, a place to live and enjoy lunch. The welcome is simple and efficient; they take your order and guide you through it, which is very friendly. I started with a very thinly sliced ​​pig's ear terrine—a delight! Then a magnificently cooked and flavorful calf's head with vegetables and brains. But wait, I have a huge complaint! Where is the gribiche sauce? It's just a vulgar vinaigrette you serve with it; it's sacrilege... no, no, no, please, why serve that? (And it's a shame not to sauté the brains in butter :-( ). It's a shame a star has been lost...

21/12/2025: To have missed Caves Petrissans all these years… unforgivable! A restaurant for regulars and their habits. It's obvious. Having a drink at the bar. Picking up a bottle before dinner. Or just popping in to say hello to the owner. As for us, a small table for two tucked into the banquette. A glass of champagne. Then the classics. But very good classics. Celery or egg mayonnaise. Then calf's head. And for digestion, prunes in brandy. All accompanied by a well-chosen wine. But since this is a place that knows how to welcome guests, we didn't stop there. 21/06/2025: Very friendly bar, especially the new boss!! He is very nice, as is the rest of the team (Antho is a very sociable and pleasant bartender) and gives very good advice on beers. The bar is often full and lively on weekends, as it is very popular with students. But be careful not to push grandma into the nettles: getting naked upstairs is a no, vomiting in the urinals is a no, and shouting on the terrace is also a no.
