21/08/2026: My brother, my girlfriend, and I went there. I don't know if it's because we're young or if he treats all customers this way, but there was only one waiter, and he was anything but friendly. First of all, he spoke to us incredibly quickly and curtly, and when we tried to ask him a question, he told us to "hurry up." I understand we weren't the only customers, but the least he could do is greet us politely. Our experience wasn't great, which is a shame because the atmosphere itself was actually quite nice.

22/04/2026: Burger restaurant with a warm atmosphere! The portions are generous and the brioche bun is delicious. I highly recommend it, especially since I opted for the vegetarian option, which pleasantly surprised me! (Burger with a soy patty)

20/03/2026: I chose this restaurant after seeing many people eating there while walking down the street. It was very local, very popular, and the ingredients were very fresh.

27/07/2026: A real gem! We were recommended Café du Nord in Arnay-le-Duc during our trip to Burgundy, and we absolutely didn't regret it. Generous dishes, prepared with local and/or organic products. The wine was also excellent. A huge thank you for your warm welcome and kindness. We will gladly return if we are ever back in the area.

27/08/2026: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Every dish was a true delight, prepared with quality ingredients and great expertise. The service also deserves special mention: smiling, attentive, and professional. Between the head chef Aurel and Jagol in the kitchen, Guigui, Raf, or Stef, it's hard to know who to choose, but you can feel a genuine passion behind this establishment. A must-visit for me, a 40-year-old native of Pontoise. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will return with great pleasure!

27/08/2026: Great atmosphere, but I'm not so sure if serving natural wine on tap is good for the wine. One glass we had didn't taste very good, and overall the wines seemed a bit watery. Perhaps the selection simply wasn't to our taste.

02/08/2026: Excellent beer selection. Prices for draft and bottled beers are good. Service is adequate, if not very friendly. The indoor seating area is cramped.

13/09/2026: A must-visit in Valence! We recently discovered their macarons and ice cream, and what a delightful surprise: they are simply delicious! A true gourmet discovery. The service is also top-notch, with a warm, smiling, and professional team. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to sample some products, especially the chocolate, for free before making our selection, in front of the Peynet kiosk and Crussol Castle. And of course, it's impossible to talk about Guillet without mentioning their pogne and suisses, whose quality has remained true to my memories for years. They are classic treats that we always enjoy. This is a place I love to visit and which has become a must for us whenever we return to Valence. I highly recommend it!

After a few minutes, the owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience caused by a technical issue and asked us to return to enjoy his dishes. Which we will do...

Whether it was the appetizers to share—roasted Camembert, cheeses, ham, rillettes… 🤤—or the delicious wines, both red and white, everything was perfect! A super pleasant atmosphere, excellent products, and above all, that friendly vibe we love. A place where you want to take your time, share, enjoy a good glass of wine, and most importantly… relax! 🍷✨ We'll definitely be back! ❤️
