12/07/2026: An excellent restaurant that truly showcases the flavors of the Drôme region. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The service is attentive. The restaurant is located a little way up in the hills above Grignan, but it's well worth the detour. Forget the usual Grignan favorites and discover this little gem. Thank you to the entire team for delighting our taste buds.

This is our second time here, enjoying dishes with original flavors and a presentation so exquisite you almost hesitate to touch them. Several years ago, I discovered Basile and his Café Cyclette quite by chance in Lyon… and I already had an amazing memory of it. Well, I just went back a few days ago, and it's simple: it's still THE best coffee in Lyon, without a doubt! The taste is just perfect, balanced, rich, truly superior to anything else you can find. But beyond the coffee, it's the service that makes all the difference: an incredibly warm welcome, genuine passion, a sincere smile… you can tell everything is done with heart, a true Lyonnais heart! It's rare to see such consistent quality after several years. Honestly, it's a pleasure, and it deserves to be recognized! If you're ever in Lyon, don't even hesitate: go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Une équipe en salle merveilleuse grâce à sa femme délicieuse, avenante, professionnelle et si drôle ! Des produits frais, de qualité, du terroir avec des producteurs sourcés, tout est réalisé dans le respect ! Nous nous souviendrons très longtemps de ces ravioles de langoustes si légères et parfumées ainsi que de ces giroles cuisinées à la perfection ! Au sein de ce restaurant le show est assuré ! 23/06/2026: Le Moulin des Gypses is a place you'll find hard to leave. This historic setting exudes a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. José gave us a very warm welcome and even anticipated our needs. The wines he and Yves produce are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The accommodations are very spacious and spotless. The swimming pool is very large with plenty of sun loungers. It's ideally located for sightseeing.
