01/07/2025: Very good experience. Top service with very friendly servers. Excellent food.

30/06/2025: I love the quality at Sushi H, the dishes are really delicious BUT they have a real organizational problem. It's not possible to wait so long to be served... 30 minutes before getting drinks and more than an hour for sushi. It seems like they take way too many takeout orders and that dine-in customers are forgotten. I prefer to be told clearly that they can't take my reservation rather than to say yes and not be able to serve us in a reasonable time.

17/09/2024: Short menu only in French but the charming staff happily explained. 2 courses 43 euros and 3 is 49 euros. 3 choices of starter, main, dessert and an off-menu starter and main was also offered. A complimentary small cup of complex broth was followed by slices of a good, crusty bread and they were not afraid of offering the heel, my favourite part (but no butter). The lobster starter was +15 euros but impressively soft and fresh. All our dishes were complex and delicious. The mains, unusually, as much as the starters, Courses were free of the long waits between beloved of many french restaurants. One of the best meals of this year, perhaps even several years.

08/09/2024: From start to finish a wonderful experience. We were well looked after by our waiting staff who engaged with us beautifully and warmly . Given we couldn't speak french very well this was very nice. The food was superb and faultlessly executed. The best fish cookery i have experienced. Only negative was the noise level of the restaurant as it filled up and the tables were very close. I understand that is a constraint of the size . In summary food and service fantastic . dix a dix !

12/09/2024: An enchanted parenthesis! We loved everything, the place, the atmosphere, the service which was discreet, friendly and "non-stiff". The service is very original with all the staff serving according to the dishes! Very good advice. The sommelier is truly passionate about her job! Very pleasant to listen to. His explanations and advice are very informative. The dishes are divine! It was our first time in a Michelin-starred restaurant and we have absolutely no regrets. A very beautiful memory that will remain engraved with our children.

06/07/2025: We came to celebrate our grandmother's birthday without even mentioning it when we made our reservation, the team had the sensitivity to understand it and planned music + candles which delighted our table! The dishes are excellent, the welcome and the service warm and attentive. We had a great time! We highly recommend!!

23/09/2024: A very nice discovery!!!! We ate very well for a reasonable price. The owners and staff are very friendly with a point of honor to Esteban who made us spend a pleasant evening. The food was delicious, prepared by a master restaurateur. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return there the next time we are in the region.
