09/08/2026: We were advised to go. First impression: it doesn't look like much, but we were looking for authenticity… and we certainly got it! Marie, the cook, only wants one thing: to please her customers. The result: a perfect evening, top-notch service despite the crowd that night, and cuisine that was as delicious as it was refined. Thank you again, ladies!
07/08/2026: We had a great meal, the food was made with fresh market produce, and the house cocktail (lemon and ginger) was fantastic. The setting was lovely. There was a blind taste test evening, which we couldn't attend, but we heard from our rental that there was a great atmosphere! 😂

22/08/2026: In two days, we ate at two radically different brasseries. The quality of both the service and the food was evident from the moment we arrived until we left, with genuine attention paid to children. A great place to remember and share when you're in the area!
17/08/2026: We chose to have our daily lunch break at Le Masselet and we're delighted with our choice. From the warm welcome and excellent service to the chef, this establishment truly deserves its 5-star Google review. Parents and soon-to-be teenagers alike 😜 all agree. Thank you for responding to our requests without judgment (which isn't always the case) and with great efficiency. If we're ever back in the area on holiday, we'll definitely return.

Very convenient, very good, same dishes as on the menu but cheaper.
Reheating instructions were very clearly indicated.
16/08/2026: A wonderful time for two! A lovely terrace without feeling crowded. Efficient and impeccable service. The dishes were exceptional: beautifully presented with a magnificent marriage of flavors! Tip: let them guide you in your wine selection!

One minor complaint: the carrot cake was a little dry for me.

25/06/2026: A very nice café and co-working space, with a great selection of hot and cold drinks, and desserts (including gluten-free options!).
And bingo! They have espresso and tonic, wow! It's very rare to find that in Lyon! During this heatwave, it's nice and warm inside; there's no air conditioning, but thanks to the old building and high ceilings, it's quite comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Try the coffee! It's excellent!
Also recommended is the sugar-free, French-made orangeade.
