07/07/2025: Came to taste the brand new Quebec fries, we pay €2 extra on a €10 best of menu and we are served 4 fries in the tray as if it were a happy meal menu. We are made fun of, as always. I'm not going to mention the maxi best of menus which are served for fries as happy meals too. I don't know if this is a technique to save money after COVID but in any case it's not right especially given the advertisements it's false advertising.

07/02/2026: A must-try address in Serre Chevalier! Quality dishes, friendly staff. Special mention for La Pastorale, a delicious combination of raclette, reblochon cheese, and pierrade! 20/20 Reservations highly recommended

06/02/2026: *** You need to book this restaurant as it is the busiest in town *** This restaurant is a rare gem and packed to the brim from 7pm opening time, they have two sittings 7pm and 9pm - you have to have a reservation otherwise they will turn you away, they are not being rude, they are just so busy and therefore trying to serve the whole restaurant in one go. Food is fantastic snails are a must have and meat cooked on the hot plate or cooked on the open fire. They have many fondue options and french meats. We came to this restaurant four nights out of 7 as it was such a great atmosphere and authentic French cuisine. 10/10 from us we will defo be booking again next year. Also a lovely friendly house dog that sleeps under the fire place. Cutteeeeee.

21/09/2024: We just left the restaurant and absolutely won over!! Magical place in a vaulted cabin. A menu for all tastes, copious and very good dishes and, most importantly, exceptional staff!!! They are all wonderfully kind, very empathetic, smiling 😃, considerate!! Go there with your eyes closed!

24/01/2026: We've been sharing this place regularly with colleagues for the past five years. Tonight, for being 12 minutes late leaving, the waiter started talking about himself, saying he wanted to go home and get some sleep to be rested for tomorrow. He was pushy, even disrespectful. He told me that given my job, I should understand, that I'd been talking about my job all evening and that I should seek help... My conversation with my friends wasn't supposed to involve the staff. We were at our table, we were all very respectful of both the place and the staff, and we enjoyed our drinks and food. I will never set foot in this place again, despite its good points. Staff recruitment is crucial when you choose to work in the service industry, and I worked in quite a bit of it during my studies.

10/07/2025: We've been waiting at the drive-thru for 20 minutes without anyone taking care of us. So we decide to go to the next counter, where the crew members stare at us without reacting, while eating, right in the middle of our workplace. After another 10 minutes, a crew member finally comes to see us to tell us that the drive-thru closes at 11 p.m. Yet, they served the car right in front of us, which had arrived after 11 p.m. It's simply shameful.

02/02/2026: I'm extremely disappointed; this isn't the first time I've had cold burgers. I don't dare complain at the counter, but next time I will. If nothing changes, I'll switch to Burger King.

01/02/2026: Ordered at the drive-thru with an almost impossible-to-talk-to attendant, resulting in having to change the entire order at the time of payment. We left rather quickly because the cars behind us were starting to get impatient. We got home and found no fries, a cold burger, and tough pieces in the patties.
