08/03/2026: This place is very well located. The staff is professional, not overly smiley, but efficient. There's a pass-through for the upstairs area. The coffee and macarons are delicious. The portions are decent and the food is served hot. The atmosphere is understated, the decor is both simple and vintage. We had a lovely time enjoying a delicious afternoon treat.

30/03/2026: I went there to see a friend for a blind taste test and honestly, I wasn't disappointed. Their ravioli pizzas are incredibly good 😋 I thoroughly enjoyed them and even got a free cordial because it was my first time there 🙂 and I paid for my other cordial! I 100% recommend this bar, the staff is great

10/12/2024: Bar : Great bar! A long choice of craft beers, each as good as the other. You can order directly from your table with a QR code. There is happy hour Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bar is large with a ground floor, 2 floors, a terrace on the ground floor and a roof top. The roof top is much nicer than that of the Nū located 2 steps from here, it is large, with a beautiful view of the park. One of the best bars in Lille according to my criteria. Restaurant : We had the opportunity to test their estaminet located on the ground floor. Good surprise too. The food was local and very good. Desserts too. We will definitely come back. Very good quality price. The big advantage of Hein is that it is located a stone's throw from Lille Flandres station, and that it is large enough to never feel crowded. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

21/03/2026: Warning! The Bianca Suite listing clearly states 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, but I only learned after booking that access to the second bedroom costs extra (€45). Customer service was cold and inflexible, refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer any compensation, despite the inaccurate listing! Otherwise, the place is lovely.

21/03/2026: Very nice location. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside: a horrible sewage smell upon entering the room, which persisted until the morning of our departure, and a dirty bedspread. The breakfast price was exorbitant! At that price, we're used to an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a shame because without these minor inconveniences, the rating would have been perfect.

26/02/2026: We just left the restaurant, our eyes (and stomachs) sparkling with delight. Impeccable service from a lovely and very helpful team. Less than 10 minutes between courses, perfect timing, and delightful little touches (special mention for the birthday cake and candle for my partner – we were so touched). The dishes are delicious, perfectly balanced, light, and flavorful. The blend of flavors is sophisticated and very enjoyable; there's inventiveness, a touch of daring, and a lot of taste. We had the tasting menu at €77, and honestly, the price is completely justified – go for that incredible lobster! Truly a wonderful discovery, a very dedicated chef (thank you for the ginger pineapple recipe), and impeccable service. Bravo ✨ and thank you!

12/10/2025: In an absolutely magnificent setting, we had lunch on the terrace, allowing us to enjoy the scenery while enjoying delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The welcome and service reflected the cuisine: discreet and warm. A wonderful time and a wonderful discovery!

22/03/2026: Hygiene isn't great, it's often cold, the staff don't wear hairnets, they open the RED bin with their bare hands and then touch the burgers. I get home with my order and everything is cold. I live in Ternay, so it's not far. No atmosphere at all! And to top it off, the restaurant tables and booths are dirty.

21/03/2026: Hello, I stopped by today around 12:40 PM to buy two large potatoes. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's friendliness, considering his attire. Very nice and pleasant. I recommend it. We need more people like him. Excellent!
