03/02/2026: First day, great welcome, great punch 😜. The waiters and the owner were friendly and helpful. We went back the next day and weren't disappointed. Very good value for money. I recommend it.

08/03/2026: The waitress was quite nice and pleasant, no complaints about the service. The children's menu was decent. However, the rest of the dishes were a huge disappointment. I ordered a poke bowl that was frankly awful: the mango and avocado were bad, the rice was soggy and tasted like boiled rice… I practically left it all. The €28 ribeye steak was also very disappointing, and the chimichurri sauce that came with it was truly terrible. We usually take pictures of our food in restaurants, but we were so disappointed that we didn't even bother. When the waitress came to clear our table, she asked if everything was alright. I explained that the poke bowl was really bad, but there was no gesture or reaction whatsoever. The owner was right there, he overheard the conversation, and he didn't even come over. 29/12/2025: Contrary to other reviews, I was very disappointed with my salmon pizza... the topping was okay, but the crust was really bad! It crumbled like defrosted bread crust or a toasted taco; it was very fragile. It was impossible to eat the edges of the pizza.

14/02/2026: Disappointed! When I ordered a Belgian hot chocolate from the waitress, I heard the owner, a couple of meters away, say, "Well, she wants a Viennese hot chocolate..." Then, when it came time to pay, they told us they didn't accept credit cards... It smells like fraud! And they make it very clear to customers that they're the only ones open. In short, I won't be going back.

11/11/2025: In the summer we love to come and relax on the terrace at this bar; the non-alcoholic cocktails are fantastic. We'll definitely be back, just like every year.

10/03/2026: Fantastic experience at Salon de Thé Dussourd in Colmar! The restaurant is lovely, with a warm atmosphere and a perfect location in the heart of the city. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; you really feel at home. Special mention for the pastries, which are excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant; I will definitely be back. Colmar is worth a visit, and so is this restaurant! 😋🍰

27/02/2026: We were there again for lunch today: the "plat du jour" of pollock with risotto and chorizo ​​sauce was delicious, and the omelet with spaetzle and salad was also excellent... the service (Tristan) was very friendly, and the complimentary "Arabica" dessert tart and cappuccino were a perfect ending.
