09/05/2026: Unbearable! Every delivery is consistently missing items! I don't even get refunds anymore because I must look like a thief to customer service. It's getting more and more expensive while the competition does better. Come on, McDonald's, it's not what it used to be... goodbye.

08/05/2026: As usual, and just like three weeks ago, an item was missing, plus the prize for the trip—which, of course, is what we came for, the promotion, you know? Anyway, imagine my son's face, without his prize or his cake. "McDonald's sucks," he told me. Then try calling the number on the receipt; they don't even bother answering. I regularly shop at Carrefour. See you soon, McThief. And don't expect any sympathy, a smile, or an apology; it'll probably be my fault.

03/06/2026: L'Embarcadère, a charming little restaurant on the banks of the Loire. The welcome and service were excellent; the waiters were friendly and pleasant. The food was generally very good, however, not everything was perfect. For starters, we had the gravlax salmon and foie gras, which were delicious, but the croutons served with them were hard and stale. Luckily, the bread was fresh. For our main course, we chose the pollack fish and chips. The portion was generous, the fish was fresh, and the sauce was good, but the fries were just "ordinary" (I suspect they were frozen). The atmosphere was normal, a bit noisy as we were all on the shaded terrace, enjoying the heat, while the main dining room was open. It's a shame we didn't have the option of eating in the air conditioning. I will probably return later this year to try the "winter" menu.

31/05/2026: SUPERB experience, just one minor point: far too much oil in both our dishes (perhaps a chef's mistake). But I'll be back! On the other hand, vaping should be banned on terraces just like smoking! I thank my table neighbor for poisoning me last night.

12/11/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday at Open Kfe and I highly recommend it! The buffet was excellent, Eric was incredibly attentive throughout the evening and very responsive to our guests. Thank you for the warm welcome which allowed us to have a wonderful evening!

04/06/2026: I ordered click and collect around 9:30 PM. I was at McDonald's at 9:45 PM and received a notification saying my order was ready, but they only brought it to me at 10:15 PM. Our ice cream had melted and was cold.

12/05/2026: A lovely rooftop bar with reasonable prices. The terrace seating isn't very wide because the pool is quite close, but the attractive, shaded indoor dining area, which still offers the desirable rooftop view, is a definite plus.

16/05/2026: Dirty table, incomplete trays without napkins. At the counter, I asked for napkins and an explanation about the ice cream, which had barely been served and was already melted and liquid. The first person I met said, "Yes, that's not normal," and asked her manager for approval to replace them. I asked if it was possible to serve them later to prevent them from becoming even more liquid. Her manager came over and said, "That's normal. The ice cream is cold and the chocolate/caramel is hot, that's why it melts. Did you say to bring it back later?" But strangely enough, in other McDonald's, the ice cream is served perfectly and not melted. In short, the ice cream was thrown away, and a disappointed child was left because of an ego problem, as if we were going to create an ice cream shortage by replacing the mini chocolate sundaes! 😒

20/05/2026: One of the best cuisine and service from all Nice restaurants is here. Highly recommend a fish and onion soup, also muscles and frogs’ legs. Thank you very much for the service and recommendations to the waitresses.

30/04/2026: Friendly staff and a place where you can feel the old-world vibe. I stayed here without high expectations, but if I come back to Avignon, it is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

29/03/2026: Great hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The bedding is very comfortable. Dinner at the bistro was a very pleasant surprise: delicious from start to finish, and excellent value for money. Breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.
