27/08/2026: Excellent food - disastrous experience We ordered takeaway pad thai and bo bun. Everything could have been perfect if we hadn't waited so long (including 15 minutes while our dishes were waiting on the serving hatch), if the bag given and loaded by the server hadn't ripped open in the middle (neither the handles nor the bottom: a quality defect, it seems to me, visible in the photo), if the other server refused to take the trash we had collected from this accident, telling us to take it further down the street, and if the second time I was given the bags I was advised to "hold them properly underneath this time" (difficult when they're scalding hot, and why did we invent handles then?). Finally, upon arriving home, the new, less full bags also ripped open at the same point, despite no friction. To make matters worse, the food tray tore at the bottom due to the moisture from the dish… they seriously need to consider changing their equipment because at €17 a meal, this is quite unacceptable! Otherwise, the contents were excellent, generously filled, and full of flavor!

18/08/2026: The food is good and plentiful. The location is great. The service is friendly and welcoming. The only slight drawback: the wait time to be served was a bit too long.

18/08/2026: Fantastic crêperie! The menu offers an endless selection of savory and sweet crêpes. I highly recommend it.

03/09/2026: Walked outside no service ..went to bar had to get my own menus...then finally once I flagged down bartender to order they said they dont serve anything on the menu for lunch but 2 weird choices...haha best way to deter customers Oh and taps were out of order too

29/08/2026: This might be the best hamburger in Chamonix! It's that delicious! 😋 The balance between the meaty patty and the hearty bun is perfect! 👍 I ordered the MOO Burger, which is also the restaurant's namesake. ☆ It completely satisfied my rumbling stomach after the race! 😆 If you're wondering where to eat a hamburger in Chamonix, you can't go wrong with this place! ‼️ Highly recommended!

10/07/2026: Perfectly located snack bar! The staff is fantastic, friendly, and welcoming! The food is excellent, with a price-quality ratio rarely seen in Gérardmer! Fast service!

25/06/2026: Favourite spot. Chilled, great service from very pleasant young staff members. We came several evenings for a great ice-cream "glaces Italian". Today we are lunch. A salad and a steak with fries. Good price and delicious!

12/09/2026: Language barrier to start with (waiter wasn’t English speaker), besides the place did not give us the good vibe in general. Cannot rate their food as we did not eat here. In response to the owner’s reply: This service is to allow people to Review businesses based on THEIR personal experience. As foreign traveller it is important to know where you can find someone that understands my needs since at the end of the day I’m going to buy from your business. Maybe use these feedback to improve your service rather than getting upset of a review based on a personal experience of two customers who used your services and were not impressed. 26/08/2026: The couscous was really bad. The sauce was sour and the chicken was spoiled. The servers were closed to criticism and biased.

15/01/2026: We came as a group of four for a midweek meal with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything we were served, from the cocktails to the dessert, not forgetting the wine. There was nothing to criticize; everything was excellent. Despite the diverse choices, the cooking was perfect, and the sauces, side dishes, and all the other dishes were harmonious. The setting is pleasant and beautifully decorated. We were able to chat quietly while enjoying our meals, which is exactly what we wanted. The service was efficient and friendly, and the courses arrived one after another without excessive waiting. Of course, the price is high, but the quality is undeniable. We will be back.

03/08/2026: The Western-style meal on a JAL First Class flight departing from Paris. I'm sorry to say, but the smoked salmon mille-feuille was way too much and made me feel sick. The Chateaubriand was tough and chewy because too much fat had rendered out. There was also gazpacho... It was the first time I'd ever left food on a steak, and I didn't have the courage to even get to dessert.

10/05/2026: Surprised my mom with her first fine dining dinner and she loved it. 6 Course Menu was one of the best dinners i ever had. Thanks for the little birthday surprise and the perfect service.

23/08/2026: We won't be going back to this restaurant! It's expensive and not good! The egg was cold. The octopus was rock hard, the potatoes undercooked and cold! The pork was just a big chunk of fat! There was nothing to eat... And when we got home, we were sick!!! If only the waitress had been pleasant, but she wasn't at all! In short, a very bad experience. I don't recommend this restaurant! And paying so much only to end up sick is extremely frustrating!!!
