23/02/2026: Table service was fairly quick outside of peak hours. The burger modification was done well. It arrived at the table piping hot, not lukewarm or cold.

23/02/2026: I'm a bit disappointed that they don't offer ambulance discounts like all the other McDonald's; they could at least do that, especially since we eat anywhere we can sit down.

14/02/2026: It could have been good because the food is tasty. But the manager calls the servers over by snapping his fingers and making rather insensitive remarks. The service isn't very efficient, probably due to staff shortages (but given how they're treated, I understand why they're leaving!). And it's cold... when a curtain could easily insulate the entrance, for example. The desserts look beautiful but are cloying. What a shame.

13/02/2026: One of the best bars in Clermont, right in the city center so easily accessible, with a wide variety of themed nights! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, the crowd is so friendly… It was a pleasure to DJ there, thanks to the whole team 😉

08/03/2026: March 8, 2026, click and collect placed at 9:12 PM. Served at 9:50 PM. Is that normal? I had to get out of the car to go and get my order while I saw other cars being served before us. The order had been ready for a while and was waiting on the counter for some unknown reason. Cold. Being pregnant, there was no way I was eating that. They had the nerve to offer to remake it or reheat it (hygiene, anyone?). In short, not an apology for the delay, not a gesture of goodwill, nothing. Just the feeling that I was bothering the young woman (who seemed completely nonchalant, by the way) who was serving the other cars. The cheeseburgers were still cold, are you kidding me?

19/02/2026: It would be appropriate to pay people to clean the dining area and restrooms. At the prices you charge for your products, I couldn't even take my son to the toilet because the urinals and toilets were filthy, covered in urine. I agree, people are incredibly disgusting, but working in customer service, you have no choice but to clean up after them.

12/03/2026: I asked the young man for advice on a very substantial sandwich, but I was a little disappointed. They weren't substantial at all; I had to buy one elsewhere to feel full. The baguette was just for decoration, as it didn't provide any real nourishment. Next time, I'll go to Paul's; I'll surely be less disappointed. They have real bread, not just airy bread.
