09/12/2025: A simple brasserie for a light meal. We simply ordered the cheese and charcuterie board. The welcome and service were satisfactory. A minor drawback was the stained chairs by the window and the walls, which could use a cleaning.

The service is impeccable, courteous, and friendly. The meal is served promptly. A must-stop if you're in Saint-Brieuc and love kebabs.

27/12/2025: Very good kebabs, very tasty, and homemade sauces. A little pricey, but that's the price you pay when you don't want mass-produced food. We thoroughly enjoyed them!

27/03/2026: I have stayed at this hotel several times and I am used to staying at Accor hotels (Diamond member). I just left the hotel after a week's stay and I am extremely disappointed! I booked from Monday to Saturday. Due to a change of plans, I wanted to cancel the last night, but the hotel refused. Which I can understand, but the worst part is: THEY CHARGED ME FOR BREAKFAST AND PARKING ON SATURDAY even though I won't be there!! This is completely unacceptable. I tried to reason with the receptionist, but it was impossible to remove it from the bill. So I'm left paying for two breakfasts that my wife and I won't be having, as well as for parking that I won't be using. This lack of consideration and flexibility is something I have never encountered before, despite my many hotel stays. You may have received payment for an extra night and additional services, but you've primarily lost a loyal customer. I wanted to express my deep dissatisfaction.

That's why I don't understand why they were closed last night, February 7th, 2026. If anyone has an answer, please let me know? Hoping it's a temporary closure.

30/12/2025: A surprise birthday party organized with the help of the Balafon team was wonderful! The staff were so dedicated and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The meal was truly excellent, the atmosphere incredible, the room lovely, we had a great time laughing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to the whole team! 07/12/2025: This place is great if you want to eat classic, well-proportioned, and delicious ramen. But here's the thing. Be warned. It's really well-proportioned. Compared to other ramen shops, you don't feel overly full after your meal. There's always a little room left for dessert. It's true that they could do a bit more work on the saltiness of the broth. It didn't bother me too much, but objectively, it's a little too salty. And finally, I absolutely love your dessert with the matcha ice cream. The best dessert in the world!

07/12/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience. The prices have gone up again, which might be acceptable if the service had kept pace… I ordered extra noodles, but they were served separately on a plate, without any additional broth. As a result, I quickly ended up with a dry and unbalanced ramen. Even worse, despite several requests, no one was willing to add more broth. It's a shame, because the concept is good, but the customer experience clearly leaves much to be desired.
